Abstract

本发明涉及一种叉车蓄电池的自锁底脚。底脚上部设有卡住排管内壁的卡勾,底脚底部设计成和排管配合的椭圆形状。本发明底脚在采用新材质的基础上,通过改变底脚结构,上部两侧各有一个可压缩的小倒刺,将其装入到极板的排管中后,倒刺能够勾住排管内壁防止使用振动过程中脱落,同时塑料底脚底部呈椭圆形,椭圆的周长大于排管内径周长,能够与排管实现良好的密封效果;用于叉车蓄电池中,可防止活性物质脱落,延长蓄电池的使用寿命,同时节省了成本,降低了资源消耗。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种叉车蓄电池的自锁底脚,是叉车蓄电池中的一个部件,属于铅酸蓄电池技术领域,。
背景技术
蓄电池的应用领域十分广泛,有的蓄电池用来作为辅助电源,也有的蓄电池用来作为备用电源,现有的铅酸蓄电池,不管其用途如何,其主要结构基本上由以下几部分构成,根据电压电流要求的不同,由 若干串并联的单体构成,每个单体由壳体、壳体内的正、负极板,正、负极板之间的隔膜以及壳体内的电解液构成,作为叉车用铅酸蓄电池,其正极板是管状的,活性物质被包裹在排管内,极板底部使用塑料底脚进行封底,传统的塑料底脚靠内部直径与板栅筋条的配合来达到密封的效果,但由于受工艺等条件及叉车电池使用时经常振动的的影响,其与排管的结合强度及密封效果差强人意,同时由于配合部分需要消耗部分板栅合金,无形当中造成了资源的浪费和制造成本的升高。
本发明的目的为适应叉车运行时经常振动、深度放电的需要,提供一种用于叉车蓄电池用的新型自锁塑料底脚。
本发明的目的是通过以下技术方案实现的:本发明在底脚上部设有卡住排管内壁的卡勾,底脚底部设计成和排管配合的椭圆形状。
所述卡勾为倒刺形,设置在底角上部两侧。
所述底脚上部开设有凹槽。
本发明底脚在采用新材质的基础上,通过改变底脚结构,上部两侧各有一个可压缩的小倒刺,将其装入到极板的排管中后,倒刺能够勾住排管内壁防止使用振动过程中脱落,同时塑料底脚底部呈椭圆形,椭圆的周长大于排管内径周长,能够与排管实现良好的密封效果;用于叉车蓄电池中,可防止活性物质脱落,延长蓄电池的使用寿命,同时节省了成本头降低了资源消耗。

具体实施方式
   结合附图和实施例进一步说明本发明,本发明底脚采用新PVC材料制做,两侧各有一个可压缩的小倒刺1,倒刺直径9.15mm;底脚与排管接触面为椭圆接触面2,长短半轴分别为8.4mm和8.0mm; 底脚配合部位中心距9.7mm; 4底脚上部开有1mm宽度的顶部凹槽3。

1.叉车蓄电池底脚,其特征在于,底脚上部设有卡住排管内壁的卡勾,底脚底部设计成和排管配合的椭圆形状。
2.根据权利要求1所述的叉车蓄电池底脚,其特征在于,所述卡勾为倒刺形,设置在底角上部两侧。
3.根据权利要求1所述的叉车蓄电池底脚,其特征在于,所述底脚上部开设有凹槽。
