一种紫外线磁能灯
(一)        技术领域
    本发明涉及无极灯应用技术领域,特别涉及一种紫外线磁能灯。
(二)        背景技术
传统紫外线杀菌灯由于石英玻璃管的特殊性质,使得紫外线杀菌灯的生产不能大规模化,造成石英杀菌灯的成本较高,阻碍它的进一步推广运用,靠二极管发光的阴阳两极随长时间应用,紫外线灯管光衰严重,寿命缩短。
一般厂家生产的紫外线杀菌灯点燃数百个小时后,它的紫外光强度衰减很快,最高达到50%,杀菌效果大大减弱。目前市场上常见的紫外线灯,均以杀菌为目的,虽然品种繁多,但功能单一,不能使照明与杀菌相结合同时使用。
(三)        发明内容
    本发明为了弥补现有技术的不足,提供了一种结构简单、省电节能的紫外线磁能灯。
本发明是通过如下技术方案实现的:
一种紫外线磁能灯,包括内管和外管,其特征在于:所述内管和外管均呈环形连接固定在连桥固定器上,内管和外管设置在同心圆上,且外管内径大于内管内径。
本发明将内管和外管设置为同心圆排列,实现了以面发光的效果,增大照射范围,拓宽消毒杀菌角度,连桥固定器的设置增大了灯管的体积,便于实现安装。
本发明的更优方案为:
所述内管为石英玻璃管,外管为无极灯管,实现了照明与消毒杀菌相结合的目的。。
所述外管直径为32~40cm,内管直径为15~21cm。
所述内管的紫外线穿透率在90%以上。
本发明为面光源发光体,照射范围广,消毒杀菌角度宽,省电节能,成本低,使用寿命长,并且照明与消毒相结合,应用范围广,可大面积推广应用。

附图为本发明的一种具体实施例。该实施例包括内管3和外管1,所述内管3和外管1均呈环形连接固定在连桥固定器2上,内管3和外管1设置在同心圆上,且外管1内径大于内管3内径;所述内管3为石英玻璃管,外管1为无极灯管;所述外管1直径为32~40cm,内管3直径为15~21cm;所述内管3的紫外线穿透率在90%以上。
在使用时,内管3和外管1同时通电,内管3为使用玻璃管,对周围进行消毒杀菌,外管1为无极灯管实现照明作用,整体装置实现了照明与消毒的结合,功能性较强,便于广泛应用。

1.一种紫外线磁能灯,包括内管(3)和外管(1),其特征在于:所述内管(3)和外管(1)均呈环形连接固定在连桥固定器(2)上,内管(3)和外管(1)设置在同心圆上,且外管(1)内径大于内管(3)内径。
2.根据权利要求1所述的紫外线磁能灯,其特征在于:所述内管(3)为石英玻璃管,外管(1)为无极灯管。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的紫外线磁能灯,其特征在于:所述外管(1)直径为32~40cm,内管(3)直径为15~21cm。
4.根据权利要求2所述的紫外线磁能灯,其特征在于:所述内管(3)的紫外线穿透率在90%以上。
