Abstract
The invention provides a device and a method for implementation of interaction with a television and the television. The device comprises a screen unit, a touch control unit, a control unit and a first zooming unit. The screen unit is used for sensing touch control input and displaying a first zoomed picture, and the first zoomed picture comprises a current television zoomed display picture and/or state control picture. The touch control unit generates touch control information according to touch control input, the control unit packages the touch control information into touch control information data accordant with corresponding protocols and sends the data to a television system platform, and the touch control information data are operated by the television system platform. The first zooming unit is used for zooming the current television display picture according to orders of the television system platform to superpose the state control picture onto the zoomed display picture to form the first zoomed picture, and sending the first zoomed picture to the screen unit. The screen unit is positioned on the device interacted with the television, so that no extra auxiliary control panel needs to be reserved for the television, and the television is converted into an interactive mode from a conventional passive accept mode.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of televisions, in particular to a device and a method for realizing interaction with a television and the television.
Background
In recent years, with the rapid development of television technologies, various new technology television products, such as LED (Light Emitting Diode) backlight televisions, 3D televisions, and internet televisions, have been developed and popularized. In the apparatus, the control unit further includes: the second zooming unit is used for zooming the current display picture of the television according to the instruction of the television system platform to generate a second zooming picture, and sending the second zooming picture to the first zooming unit as the first zooming picture; or, zooming the current display screen of the television to generate a second zoom screen, performing variable-ratio zooming on the local features of the current display screen to replace the corresponding local features on the second zoom screen, taking the replaced screen as a third zoom screen, and sending the third zoom screen to the first zoom unit as the first zoom screen.

A method of enabling interaction with a television, comprising: sensing touch input; displaying a first zooming picture, wherein the first zooming picture comprises a zoomed-out current display picture and/or a state control picture of the television; generating touch information according to the touch input; packaging the touch information into touch information data which accords with a corresponding protocol and sending the touch information data to a television system platform, and operating the touch information data by the television system platform; and zooming the display picture according to the instruction of the television system platform, and superposing the state control picture on the zoomed display picture to generate and display the first zoomed picture.
In the method, zooming the current display screen of the television according to the instruction of the television system platform to generate the first zoom screen further includes: zooming the current display picture of the television to generate a second zooming picture, performing scaling zooming on the local features of the current display picture, and then superposing the zoomed partial features on the second zooming picture as a third zooming picture, wherein the third zooming picture is used as the first zooming picture.

Detailed Description
In order to make the technical problems, technical solutions and advantages of the present invention more apparent, the following detailed description is given with reference to the accompanying drawings and specific embodiments.
In an embodiment of the present invention, a device for implementing interaction with a television is provided, as shown in fig. 1, including:
a screen unit 101 for sensing a touch input; displaying a first zooming picture, wherein the first zooming picture comprises a zoomed-out current display picture and/or a state control picture of the television;
a touch unit 102, configured to generate touch information according to the touch input;
the control unit 103 is configured to encapsulate the touch information into touch information data meeting a corresponding protocol, and send the touch information data to a television system platform, where the television system platform operates on the touch information data;
the first zooming unit 104 is configured to zoom the display image according to an instruction of the television system platform, and when the state control image exists, superimpose the state control image on the zoomed display image to generate the first zooming image, and send the first zooming image to the screen unit 101.
By applying the technical scheme, because the screen unit is positioned on the device for realizing interaction with the television, an additional auxiliary control panel is not required to be reserved for the television, and the space is saved; the screen unit can sense touch input and operate on the screen unit to control the display picture of the television display screen in real time, so that the television is converted from a traditional passive receiving mode to an interactive mode; and cost is saved since the area required for the screen unit is small relative to the entire display screen of the television.
The control unit 103 further includes:
the second zooming unit is configured to zoom the current display screen of the television according to an instruction of the television system platform to generate a second zooming screen, and send the second zooming screen to the first zooming unit 104, where the first zooming unit 104 does not adjust the second zooming screen and directly sends the second zooming screen to the screen unit 101 as the first zooming screen; or,
the second zooming unit zooms the current display screen of the television to generate a second zooming screen, performs scaling on the local features on the display screen to replace the corresponding local features on the second zooming screen, uses the replaced screen as a third zooming screen, and sends the third zooming screen to the first zooming unit 104, and at this time, the first zooming unit 104 does not adjust the third zooming screen and directly sends the third zooming screen as the first zooming screen to the screen unit 101.
According to the provided technical solution, the first zooming unit 104 can zoom the display screen according to the instruction of the television system platform, and the second zooming unit in the control unit 103 can also complete the zooming function. Furthermore, the current display is a data stream conforming to the corresponding transmission protocol, and each component in the display is a sub-item in the data stream, so that different sub-items can be finely adjusted. For example, a local feature in the display, such as a program menu (programenu), is often obscured by a user because the font is small, and at this time, the program menu is enlarged and the area ratio occupied by the program menu in the second zoom frame is changed; since the frame generated by scaling the current display frame of the television according to the instruction of the television system platform is conventionally referred to as the second scaling frame, the frame with the changed area proportion occupied by the local features is referred to as the third scaling frame.
The device for realizing the interaction with the television is specifically a remote controller, and the screen unit 101 is specifically a touch display screen on the remote controller. Alternatively, as shown in fig. 2, the screen unit 101 is all or a part of a display 401 of a television.
The screen unit 101, the touch unit 102 and the control unit 103 are realized by corresponding chips; or, the interactive service logic is implemented by the interactive service logic, and the interactive service logic is located on a television system platform.
The television system platform may be an X86 or ARM platform on which various applications may run.
In a scene using the technical solution provided by the embodiment of the present invention, since the interactive operation needs to be implemented, the screen unit 101 is used for sensing the touch input and displaying a first zoom screen, where the first zoom screen includes a zoomed-out current display screen and/or a state control screen of the television; and a touch unit 102 for generating touch information according to the touch input and displaying output content by using the screen unit 101. Therefore, when a user performs handwriting input on the screen unit 101 or operates a corresponding menu, the user can really view the handwriting input and which specific part of the menu corresponds to the current display picture on the screen unit 101, and the experience of the user in the process of adjusting the current display picture of the television is enhanced.
The touch function of the screen unit 101 may be implemented by using devices such as a resistive device or a capacitive device, and mainly receives various input controls and handwriting inputs from a user, where the input controls include: the user can perform various menu operations, such as operating various functions of the television control panel, adjusting various working parameters of the television, and synchronously displaying the content of the television display screen; the television control panel mainly completes the operations of adding and subtracting channels, adding and subtracting volume, calling/hiding menus and signal sources. by applying the provided technical scheme, the screen unit 101 only occupies a small area on the television display screen to realize the touch operation function, and compared with the method for realizing the touch function on the whole television display screen, the cost and the technical complexity are greatly reduced. Meanwhile, the control unit 103 or the first zooming unit 104 can zoom the current display image on the television display screen according to the instruction of the television system platform and send the zoomed first zoomed image to the screen unit 101, so that the screen unit 101 can synchronously display the output content of the television display screen, and based on the two characteristics, the operation on the screen unit 101 is equivalent to the operation on the television display screen, and playing of animation flash, computer games and the like on the television is very convenient.
The control unit 103 is configured to encapsulate the touch information into touch information data meeting a corresponding protocol, and send the touch information data to a television system platform, where the television system platform operates on the touch information data. Specifically, the control unit 103 is used as a main control unit and is also a main interface for implementing interaction with a television system platform, and functions of service logic carried by the control unit include: the method comprises the steps of controlling a zoom picture to input a service of a first zoom unit 104, controlling an interaction flow between a user and the first zoom picture, calling a touch function drive of a screen unit 101, realizing display synchronization between the screen unit 101 and a television display screen, and supporting a relevant protocol of functions of mouse sliding, multi-point touch and the like.

step 301, sensing touch input; displaying a first zooming picture, wherein the first zooming picture comprises a zoomed-out current display picture and/or a state control picture of the television;
step 302, generating touch information according to the touch input;
step 303, packaging the touch information into touch information data which accords with a corresponding protocol and sending the touch information data to a television system platform, and operating the touch information data by the television system platform;
and 304, zooming the display picture according to the instruction of the television system platform, and superposing the state control picture on the zoomed display picture to generate the first zooming picture for displaying.
By applying the technical scheme, because the screen unit 101 for realizing sensing touch input is positioned on the device for realizing interaction with the television, an additional auxiliary control panel does not need to be reserved for the television, and the space is saved; because the screen unit 101 can sense touch input and the operation performed on the screen unit can control the display content of the television screen in real time, the television is converted from a traditional passive receiving mode to an interactive mode; and since the area required for the screen unit 101 is small relative to the entire screen of the television, costs are saved.
Wherein, zooming the current display picture of the television according to the instruction of the television system platform to generate the first zooming picture further comprises:
and zooming the current display picture of the television to generate a second zooming picture, performing variable-ratio zooming on local characteristics of the display picture, and superposing the local characteristics of the display picture on the second zooming picture as a third zooming picture, wherein the third zooming picture is used as the first zooming picture in the output information.
And in the process of zooming the current display picture of the television to generate the first zooming picture, the first zooming picture is a picture of the current display picture of the television after being scaled down in equal proportion.
Correspondingly, an embodiment of the present invention further provides a television, as shown in fig. 4, including:
a display 401, configured to display a current display screen of a television; and a part thereof is a screen unit 101;
an image display output module 402, configured to output data corresponding to the display screen 401;
a screen unit 101 for sensing a touch input; displaying a first zooming picture, wherein the first zooming picture comprises a zoomed-out current display picture and/or a state control picture of the television;
a touch unit 102, configured to generate touch information according to the touch input;
the control unit 103 is configured to encapsulate the touch information into touch information data meeting a corresponding protocol, and send the touch information data to a television system platform, where the television system platform operates on the touch information data;
the first zooming unit 104 is configured to zoom the display image according to an instruction of the television system platform, superimpose the state control image on the zoomed display image to generate the first zoomed image, and send the first zoomed image to the screen unit 101.
Wherein the control unit 103 further comprises:
a second scaling unit, configured to scale the current display screen of the television according to an instruction of the television system platform to generate a second scaling screen, and send the second scaling screen to the first scaling unit 104 as the first scaling screen;
or,
zooming the current display picture of the television to generate a second zooming picture, performing variable-ratio zooming on the local features of the display picture to replace the corresponding local features on the second zooming picture, taking the replaced picture as a third zooming picture, and sending the third zooming picture to the first zooming unit 104 as the first zooming picture.
The technical scheme of the invention has the following beneficial effects: the screen unit 101 is arranged on the device or is used as a part of the display screen 401, so that an auxiliary control panel is not required to be additionally reserved for controlling and adjusting the work of the television only by touching, and the interaction between a user and the television is simple and easy; with the development of internet television technology, since the screen unit 101 can sense touch input, interactive operation between a user and a television is realized, and the setting of a remote controller device is simplified, thereby saving occupied space and cost. Meanwhile, the control unit 103 or the first scaling unit 104 can scale the current display image on the television display screen according to the instruction of the television system platform, so that the screen unit 101 can synchronously display the content of the television display screen, and based on the two functions, the operation on the screen unit 101 is equivalent to the operation on the television display screen, which is very convenient for playing animation flash, computer games and the like on a television.

1. An apparatus for enabling interaction with a television, comprising:
a screen unit for sensing a touch input; displaying a first zooming picture, wherein the first zooming picture comprises a zoomed-out current display picture and/or a state control picture of the television;
the touch control unit is used for generating touch control information according to the touch control input;
the control unit is used for packaging the touch information into touch information data which accords with a corresponding protocol and sending the touch information data to a television system platform, and the television system platform operates the touch information data;
and the first zooming unit is used for zooming the current display picture of the television according to the instruction of the television system platform, superposing the state control picture on the zoomed display picture to generate the first zooming picture and sending the first zooming picture to the screen unit.
2. The apparatus of claim 1, wherein the control unit further comprises:
the second zooming unit is used for zooming the current display picture of the television according to the instruction of the television system platform to generate a second zooming picture, and sending the second zooming picture to the first zooming unit as the first zooming picture;
or,
zooming the current display picture of the television to generate a second zooming picture, performing variable-ratio zooming on the local features of the current display picture to replace the corresponding local features on the second zooming picture, taking the replaced picture as a third zooming picture, and sending the third zooming picture to the first zooming unit as the first zooming picture.
3. The apparatus of claim 1,
the device for realizing the interaction with the television is a remote controller, and the screen unit is a display screen on the remote controller.

6. A method for enabling interaction with a television, comprising:
sensing touch input; displaying a first zooming picture, wherein the first zooming picture comprises a zoomed-out current display picture and/or a state control picture of the television;
generating touch information according to the touch input;
packaging the touch information into touch information data which accords with a corresponding protocol and sending the touch information data to a television system platform, and operating the touch information data by the television system platform;
and zooming the display picture according to the instruction of the television system platform, and superposing the state control picture on the zoomed display picture to generate and display the first zoomed picture.
7. The method of claim 6, wherein zooming the current display of the television according to the instruction of the television system platform generates the first zoom screen, further comprising:
zooming the current display picture of the television to generate a second zooming picture, performing scaling zooming on the local features of the current display picture, and then superposing the zoomed partial features on the second zooming picture as a third zooming picture, wherein the third zooming picture is used as the first zooming picture.
8. The method according to claim 6, wherein in the process of generating the first zoom picture by zooming the current display picture of the television,
the first zooming picture is a picture of the current display picture of the television after being scaled down.
9. A television set, comprising:
the display screen is used for displaying the current display picture of the television; and a part of it is a screen unit;
the image display output module is used for outputting the data corresponding to the display picture to a display screen;
a screen unit for sensing a touch input; displaying a first zooming picture, wherein the first zooming picture comprises a zoomed-out current display picture and/or a state control picture of the television;
the touch control unit is used for generating touch control information according to the touch control input;
the control unit is used for packaging the touch information into touch information data which accords with a corresponding protocol and sending the touch information data to a television system platform, and the television system platform operates the touch information data;
and the first zooming unit is used for zooming the current display picture of the television according to the instruction of the television system platform, superposing the state control picture on the zoomed display picture to generate the first zooming picture and sending the first zooming picture to the screen unit.
10. The television set according to claim 9, wherein the control unit further comprises:
the second zooming unit is used for zooming the current display picture of the television according to the instruction of the television system platform to generate a second zooming picture, and sending the second zooming picture to the first zooming unit as the first zooming picture;
or,
zooming the current display picture of the television to generate a second zooming picture, performing variable-ratio zooming on the local features of the display picture to replace the corresponding local features on the second zooming picture, taking the replaced picture as a third zooming picture, and sending the third zooming picture to the first zooming unit to be used as the first zooming picture.
