Abstract

本发明公开一种滑动模组及具有该滑动模组的电子装置,所述滑动模组包括第一构件、第二构件、弹性件,滑动件、转动板及一连杆,该滑动件转动的连接于第一构件,并与该连杆滑动配合,该转动板两侧分别与第一构件及第二构件可旋转地连接,该弹性件一端与第二构件连接,该弹性件的另一端与该滑动件连接,该滑动件相对第二构件滑动并驱动该连杆旋转,同时带动转动板相对第二构件旋转,该转动板进而带动第一构件相对第二构件倾斜抬升。该滑动模组使具有该滑动模组的电子装置具有较好的视角,方便操作。

滑动模组及具有该滑动模组的电子装置
技术领域
本发明是关于一种滑动型电子装置,尤其是关于一种在滑动时盖体相对本体可倾斜滑动打开的滑动模组及具有该滑动模组的电子装置。
背景技术
通常,滑盖型便携式电子装置包括一本体、一盖体及与本体、盖体分别连接的一滑动模组。该滑动模组包括一上滑板,一下滑板及设置于上、下滑板之间且与上、下滑板分别连接的一弹性件。所述电子装置的盖体与上滑板固接,电子装置的本体与下滑板固接。推动所述盖体相对本体滑动,则上滑板相应地相对下滑板滑动,同时,弹性件形变积累势能,当上滑板相对下滑板滑动一预设的距离后,弹性件的积累的势能释放,上滑板可相对下滑板自动滑行,从而,盖体相应地相对本体自动打开或关闭。
然而,该种滑盖型电子装置,盖体相对本体滑动打开后,本体上显露的键盘与盖体上的视窗均保持在水平位置,键盘与视窗无法呈现一定的角度,以便使用者观看视窗的荧幕信息,达到最佳的视觉效果。
发明内容
鉴于上述内容,有必要提供一种具有较佳视角的滑动模组及电子装置。
一种滑动模组,包括第一构件,第二构件及一弹性件,该滑动模组还包括一滑动件、一转动板及一连杆,该滑动件转动的连接于第一构件,并与该连杆滑动配合,该转动板两侧分别与第一构件及第二构件可旋转地连接,该弹性件一端与第二构件连接,该弹性件的另一端与该滑动件连接,该滑动件相对第二构件滑动并驱动该连杆旋转,同时带动转动板相对第二构件旋转,该转动板进而带动第一构件相对第二构件倾斜抬升。
一种电子装置,包括本体、盖体及一使盖体连接至本体上的滑动模组,所述滑动模组包括第一构件、第二构件、弹性件,滑动件、转动板及一连杆,该滑动件转动的连接于第一构件,并与该连杆滑动配合,该转动板两侧分别与第一构件及第二构件可旋转地连接,该弹性件一端与第二构件连接,该弹性件的另一端与该滑动件连接,该滑动件相对第二构件滑动并驱动该连杆旋转,同时带动转动板相对第二构件旋转,该转动板进而带动第一构件相对第二构件倾斜抬升。
相较于现有技术,本发明滑动模组的第一构件相对第二构件滑开后形成一定的角度,容许与其连接的设有显示屏的盖体与电子装置的本体呈现一定的倾斜角度,便于使用者观察显示屏,达到最佳的视觉效果。

具体实施方式
请参阅图1及图2,本发明较佳实施例的一滑动模组100包括第一构件10、第二构件20、转动板30、滑动件40、弹性件50及连杆60。
所述第一构件10在其一表面上设有至少一枢转座12,其用于与该转动板30转动连接。在本实施例中,该第一构件10在其一表面的中部位置对称设有二枢转座12,所述枢转座12与该转动板30的一侧转动连接。该第一构件10的一侧中部设置接合部14,该接合部14用于与滑动件40转动连接。
所述第二构件20上设置至少一卡合部22,其用于与转动板30转动连接。在本实施例中,该第二构件20的一侧对称设置二卡合部22,所述卡合部22与转动板30的另一侧转动连接。该第二构件20的中部设置一销钉24及一开孔26,该销钉24用于固定该弹性件50的一端,该开孔26用于转动连接该连杆60的一端。
该转动板30二相对侧分别设置第一铰接部32和第二铰接部34,该第一铰接部32与第一构件10的枢转座12通过转轴36转动连接。该第二铰接部34与第二构件20的卡合部22通过转轴28转动连接。
该滑动件40一侧设置固定部42,该固定部42与该第一构件10的接合部14通过一转轴48转动连接。该滑动件40的表面上设置一销钉44及一导向槽46,该销钉44用于固定弹性件50的另一端,该导向槽46用于连接该连杆60的另一端。
该弹性件50为线形弹簧,也可为压缩弹簧、扭簧或簧片等,所述弹性件50的一端固定在第二构件20的销钉24上,另一端固定在滑动件40的销钉44上。
该连杆60的一端上设有一凸块62,另一端开设有一轴孔64,该凸块62可滑动连接在该滑动件40的导向槽46内,该连杆60的另一端可通过一销66穿过轴孔64和开孔26而将该连杆60转动连接在该第二构件20上。
组装该滑动模组100时,所述滑动件40置于该第二构件20上,该连杆60通过销66穿过轴孔64和开孔26而将该连杆60转动连接在该第二构件20上,该连杆60的凸块62滑动地容置在该导向槽46内。所述弹性件50的一端通过销钉24固定在第二构件20上,另一端通过销钉44固定在滑动件40上。该转动板30的第一铰接部32与第一构件10的枢转座12通过转轴36转动连接。该第二铰接部34与第二构件20的卡合部22通过转轴28转动连接。最后,将滑动件40的固定部42与该第一构件10的接合部14通过转轴48转动连接。如此,滑动模组100的组装完成。
请参阅图3,第二构件20相对第一构件10关闭时,所述第一构件10位于第一构件20上,该转动板30在第一构件10及连杆60限定滑动件40的情况下无法旋转,从而保持该第一构件10与第二构件20平行设置。
请参阅图4及图5,沿图中箭头F方向,推动该滑动件40及第一构件10相对第二构件20滑动,该连杆60在滑动件40的作用下,绕第二构件20的销66转动,同时,该滑动件40及第一构件10相对第二构件20滑动过程中,将带动转动板30的第一铰接部32一同移动,由于转动板30与第二构件20转动连接,转动板30绕第二铰接部34旋转,由于该第一构件10与滑动件40转动连接,因此,在推动滑动件40的过程中,迫使该第一构件10第二构件20滑行和抬升运动。该弹性件50积累弹性势能,当滑到一定距离后,弹性件50积累的弹性势能达到最大,当滑动件40滑过该位置后,弹性件50将可自动释放弹性势能,滑动件40在弹性件50弹力的作用下进一步自动滑动。当凸块62运动至导向槽46的另一端时,该第一构件10运动至完全打开状态。
请参阅图6,若将此滑动模组100组装到一电子装置200时,该电子装置200包括一盖体70和一本体80,该第一构件10与电子装置盖体70固定连接,该第二构件20与电子装置的本体80固定连接。该滑动模组100使该种电子装置的盖体可相对本体倾斜打开,可使盖体相对本体具有较佳视角,方便操作。

Claims (8)

1.一种滑动模组,包括第一构件,第二构件及一弹性件,其特征在于:该滑动模组还包括一滑动件、一转动板及一连杆,该滑动件转动的连接于第一构件,并与该连杆滑动配合,该转动板两侧分别与第一构件及第二构件可旋转地连接,该弹性件一端与第二构件连接,该弹性件的另一端与该滑动件连接,该滑动件相对第二构件滑动并驱动该连杆旋转,同时带动转动板相对第二构件旋转,该转动板进而带动第一构件相对第二构件倾斜抬升。
2.如权利要求1所述的滑动模组,其特征在于:该转动板一侧设置第一铰接部,该第一构件上设有枢转部,该第一铰接部与该枢转座转动连接。
3.如权利要求2所述的滑动模组,其特征在于:该转动板另一侧设置第二铰接部,该第二构件上设有卡合部,该第二铰接部与第二构件的卡合部转动连接。
4.如权利要求1所述的滑动模组,其特征在于:该滑动件上开设一导向槽,该连杆的一端上设有一凸块,该凸块滑动连接在该滑动件的导向槽内。
5.如权利要求4所述的滑动模组,其特征在于:该滑动模组进一步包括一销,该连杆的另一端开设有一轴孔,该第二构件上开设一开孔,所述销配合在轴孔和开孔内,将连杆转动连接在该第二构件上。
6.如权利要求4所述的滑动模组,其特征在于:该第一构件设置一接合部,该滑动件上设置一固定部,该固定部与该接合部转动连接。
7.如权利要求1所述的滑动模组,其特征在于:该第二构件及该滑动件上分别设置一销钉,该弹性件分别固定在销钉上。
8.一种电子装置,包括本体、盖体及一使盖体连接至本体上的滑动模组,其特征在于:该滑动模组为权利要求1~7中任意项所述的滑动模组。
