It can be seen from the above description that, in the present invention, by setting a color ring identifier for the non-color ring user to which the HLR belongs, when the calling user calls the called user, no matter whether the called user customizes the called color ring service, as long as the called user belongs to the home area of the HLR, the calling MSC can receive the color ring identifier returned by the HLR, and therefore, the calling MSC can overlap the speech path to the color ring platform, so that the calling color ring service can be implemented on the color ring platform based on the called user, and the application range of the calling color ring service is greatly improved.
Furthermore, the method and the system for realizing the calling color ring service also support the request of the calling user for switching the color ring tone, and in the invention, the calling user can randomly select the color ring tone which the calling user wants to listen to by pressing keys on the user equipment, thereby further improving the initiative of the user for using the color ring service.

Claims (10)

1. A method for realizing calling color ring back tone service is characterized in that the method comprises the following steps:
after receiving a call request of a calling user, a calling Mobile Switching Center (MSC) continues the call to a color ring platform; and
the color ring platform inquires whether the calling party customizes the calling color ring service, if the calling party customizes the calling color ring service, the color ring sound customized by the calling party is played to the calling party;
wherein, the calling MSC connecting the call to the color ring platform comprises:
the home location register HLR sets a color ring identifier for all the users to which the HLR belongs, and the color ring identifier is carried in a route inquiry response SRI _ ACK returned to the calling MSC; and
after receiving the color ring identification returned by the HLR and judging that the called party is idle, the calling MSC connects the call to the color ring platform.
2. The method of claim 1, further comprising: if the calling user does not customize the calling color ring back tone service, the color ring back tone platform inquires whether the called user customizes the called color ring back tone service, and if the called user customizes the called color ring back tone service, the color ring back tone customized by the called user is played to the calling user.
3. The method of claim 1, wherein the querying whether the calling user customized the calling coloring ring back tone service comprises: inquiring the polyphonic ringtone service information of the user stored by the user to determine whether the calling user customizes the calling polyphonic ringtone service or not;
the playing of the customized color ring tone to the calling party comprises: and selecting the polyphonic ringtone set by the calling user according to the polyphonic ringtone service information of the user stored by the user, and sending the selected polyphonic ringtone to the calling user.

The method of claim 2, wherein said querying whether the called party has customized the called color ring back tone service comprises: inquiring the polyphonic ringtone service information of the user stored by the user to determine whether the called user customizes the called polyphonic ringtone service or not;
the playing of the customized color ring tone of the called party to the calling party comprises: and selecting the color ring tone set by the called user according to the color ring service information of the user stored by the user, and sending the selected color ring tone to the calling user.
5. The method of claim 1, further comprising:
after receiving a switching ring tone request of a calling user, a calling MSC sends the switching ring tone request to a color ring platform; and
the polyphonic ringtone platform switches between calling polyphonic ringtones or called polyphonic ringtones or switches between the previous or next ring of a calling/called polyphonic ringtone list according to the ring tone switching request of the calling MSC.
6. A system for realizing calling color ring back tone service is characterized in that the system comprises: a telephone switching network and a color ring platform; wherein,
the telephone switching network includes: the system comprises a calling user, a calling Mobile Switching Center (MSC), a Home Location Register (HLR), a called user and a called MSC; the calling MSC is mainly used for connecting the call to the polyphonic ringtone platform after receiving the call request of the calling user and receiving the polyphonic ringtone identification returned by the HLR and judging that the called user is idle, and providing polyphonic ringtone service for the calling user through the polyphonic ringtone platform;
the HLR sets a color ring identifier for all the users to which the HLR belongs, and carries the color ring identifier in a routing inquiry response message returned to the calling MSC;
the color ring platform is used for inquiring whether the calling party customizes the calling color ring service, and if the calling party customizes the calling color ring service, the color ring sound customized by the calling party is played to the calling party.
7. The system of claim 6, wherein if the calling user does not customize the calling CRBT service, the CRBT platform further queries whether the called user customizes the called CRBT service, and if so, plays the CRBT customized by the called user to the calling user.
8. The system of claim 7, wherein the CRBT platform comprises: the system comprises a color ring database module, a control module, a trigger module, a calling color ring service module and a called color ring service module; wherein,
the color ring back tone database module is used for storing color ring back tone service information of a user;
the control module is used for analyzing the signaling message of the calling MSC and transmitting the signaling message to the trigger module;
the triggering module is used for inquiring the color ring back tone service information of the user stored in the color ring back tone database module to determine whether the calling user customizes the calling color ring back tone service or not, triggering the calling color ring back tone service module to execute the color ring back tone service when the calling user customizes the calling color ring back tone service, inquiring the color ring back tone service information of the user stored in the color ring back tone database module to determine that the called user rejects the called color ring back tone service when the calling user does not customize the calling color ring back tone service, and starting the called color ring back tone service module to execute the color ring;
the calling color ring back tone service module is used for selecting color ring back tone set by the calling user according to the color ring back tone service information of the user stored in the color ring back tone database module and sending the selected color ring back tone to the calling user; and
the called color ring back tone service module is used for selecting the color ring back tone set by the called user according to the color ring back tone service information of the user stored in the color ring back tone database module and sending the selected color ring back tone to the calling user.
9. The system of claim 8, wherein the triggering module is further configured to trigger the calling color ring back tone service module or the called color ring back tone service module to execute the color ring back tone service according to the switching ring tone request of the calling user.
10. The system of claim 6, further comprising: and the color ring platform interface module is used for indicating the HLR to set a color ring identifier for each user to which the HLR belongs.
