Detailed Description
The present invention will be described in further detail with reference to the accompanying drawings and specific embodiments.
The method for diagnosing network faults of the invention, as shown in fig. 1, comprises the following steps:
step 101: after a network fails, the automatic remote diagnosis platform operates a preset fault script corresponding to the fault, and the fault script acquires information of each network device directly related to the fault by sending an interactive diagnosis command to the network device related to the fault;
here, before performing the present step, the method may further include:
the automatic remote diagnosis platform is connected with each network device forming the network through a Telnet technology;
in practical application, the automatic remote diagnosis platform may be installed on a Personal Computer (PC) of a network manager, and the automatic remote diagnosis platform may be connected to each network device constituting the network through a Telnet technology by using a management IP address of each network device configured on the PC. Here, the specific process of connecting to each network device constituting the network by the Telnet technology may employ the related art.
In order to enable each network device to receive a diagnosis command and return corresponding information to the fault script, a diagnosis mode or a command Interface for the diagnosis command, such as an Application Programming Interface (API), needs to be configured in advance on the network device; here, the specific implementation process of configuring the diagnostic mode or the command interface for the diagnostic command on the network device may adopt the prior art.
When setting the fault script, a script developer can set different fault scripts by using a script language according to the type of the service fault; for example, assuming that a first router and a second router form a network, when a fault occurs in which a direct connection interface address ping between the first router and the second router is not connected, the following six diagnoses need to be performed in a fault script:
1. the first checks whether the interface IP addresses of the router and the second router have a local Address Resolution Protocol (ARP) 1;
2. inquiring whether an ARP corresponding to an interface IP address of the first router exists on the second router or not according to the IP address of the first router, and inquiring whether an ARP corresponding to the interface IP address of the second router exists on the first router or not according to the IP address of the second router;
3. inquiring whether a connection port between the first router and the second router is correctly in an up state;
4. inquiring whether the first router correctly sends out a ping message;
5. according to the content of the ping message sent by the first router, whether the second router receives the ping message sent by the first router is inquired;
6. querying the first router 1 and the second router whether various other states are normal, such as: whether the CPU is normal, whether the protocol state is normal, etc.
Based on the six diagnoses, a fault script is set. Here, it should be noted that: the diagnostic sequence of the six diagnoses can be set as required. The 2 nd diagnosis and the 5 th diagnosis need to perform related query on another device according to the parameters of one device, namely: the diagnostic commands in the fault script that are sent to the fault-related device are interactive diagnostic commands.
Fault scripts corresponding to different service faults are embedded in the automatic remote diagnosis platform; when the network has faults, the automatic remote diagnosis platform can select corresponding fault scripts according to different service faults, so that fault diagnosis is carried out.
When a certain service fault occurs in the network, an alarm corresponding to the service fault is generated on the PC of the network manager, and the automatic remote diagnosis platform can acquire the type of the service fault through the alarm so as to select a corresponding fault script.
The method for acquiring the information of each network device directly related to the fault by the fault script by sending an interactive diagnosis command to the network device related to the fault specifically includes:
the fault script acquires corresponding parameter information of each network device by sending a corresponding diagnosis command to the network device related to the fault;
the fault script acquires information related to the fault according to the corresponding parameter information of each network device;
sending interactive diagnosis commands to related network equipment according to the acquired information related to the fault, and repeating the steps until the information of each network equipment directly related to the fault is acquired;
for example, assume that the network device associated with the failure comprises: the router comprises a first router and a second router, and the first router and the second router are associated network devices. When a fault occurs, a fault script corresponding to the fault firstly sends corresponding diagnosis commands to a first router and a second router, and the first router and the second router return corresponding parameter information to the fault script; the fault script acquires information related to the fault from corresponding parameter information returned by the first router and the second router, and sends an interactive diagnosis command to the first router and the second router according to the acquired information related to the fault, and the first router and the second router return information directly related to the fault script for subsequent comparison to obtain a diagnosis result.
Wherein the interactive diagnostic command is: and analyzing the information of the network devices which are related to the faults and are mutually related, and then sending a diagnosis command to each network device related to the faults. The network devices associated with each other refer to: some parameters of each network device are the same in nature, such as: the IP addresses of certain interfaces are equal. The information of each network device directly related to the fault refers to: and the information of the diagnosis result can be directly obtained according to the acquired information of each network device.
In practical application, the fault script can display the acquired information of each network device in a human-computer interaction window of the automatic remote diagnosis platform, so that a network manager can see the running condition, the state machine condition and the like of each network device at any time. In other words, since the acquired information of each network device can be displayed, the acquired information of each network device can be referred to as acquired echoed information of each network device.
Step 102: the fault script compares the acquired information of each network device directly related to the fault to obtain a diagnosis result of the fault;
specifically, the fault script compares the acquired information of each network device directly related to the fault according to each set check item to obtain a diagnosis result of the fault.
Here, the diagnosis result of the failure means: the problem sources of the failure, namely: accurate positioning results of the fault.
After the diagnosis result of the fault is obtained, the method may further include:
and outputting the diagnosis result. Specifically, the diagnosis result of the fault can be displayed in a human-computer interaction window of the automatic remote diagnosis platform.
The present invention will be described in further detail with reference to examples.
The application scenario of this embodiment is as follows: two routers form a direct connection network, namely: the router A and the router B are directly connected, the router A and the router B are both connected to a PC of a network manager through a network management channel, a fault of link interruption occurs between the two routers, and the router A and the router B are configured with a diagnosis mode in advance. The method for diagnosing network faults in the embodiment, as shown in fig. 2, includes the following steps:
step 200: installing an automatic remote diagnosis platform on a PC of a network manager, configuring management IP addresses of a router A and a router B on the automatic remote diagnosis platform, and then executing a step 201;
step 201: through the management IP address, the automatic remote diagnosis platform is connected with each network device forming the network through a Telnet technology;
step 202: after a network fails, the automatic remote diagnosis platform sends a command for entering a diagnosis mode, and the router A and the router B enter the diagnosis mode after receiving the command;
step 203: the automatic remote diagnosis platform runs a preset fault script corresponding to the fault, and the fault script firstly sends a corresponding diagnosis command to the router A and the router B;
step 204: after receiving the diagnosis command, the router A and the router B return corresponding echoing information to the fault script;
for example, it is assumed that, after receiving a diagnostic command for querying an IP address of a port, the router a returns echoed information to the fault script as the IP address of the port, for example, gei _1/1 IP address 10.10.10.1;
step 205: after receiving the echoed information, the fault script extracts parameters related to the fault and sends interactive diagnosis commands to the router A and the router B according to the extracted parameters related to the fault;
accordingly, for the above example, the parameter extracted by the failure script and related to the failure is that the IP address of gei _1/1 of router a is 10.10.10.1, and according to the IP address of gei _1/1 of router a is 10.10.10.1, it is necessary to know whether router B has correctly learned the ARP corresponding to the IP address of gei _1/1 of router a, so that the failure script sends a diagnosis command to router B to inquire whether router B has the ARP corresponding to the IP address of 10.10.10.1 according to the IP address of gei _1/1 of router a is 10.10.10.1.
Step 206: after receiving the diagnosis command, the router A and the router B return the fault-related and more accurate echoing information to the fault script, and the process is circulated until the fault script obtains the echoing information of the router A and the router B directly related to the fault;
here, for the above example, after receiving the command, the router B returns the echoing information including gei2/1 learned ARP10.10.10.1 to the fault script, and after receiving the echoing information, the fault script finds that the ARP of the router a and the ARP of the router B do exist through the ARP comparison, and continues to perform more accurate diagnosis on other information of the router a and the router B, for example: whether the line state of the connection between the router A and the router B is normal, whether the receiving and sending packets are normal, whether the CPU is normal and the like are achieved until the fault script obtains the echoing information of the router A and the router B directly related to the fault.
Step 207: the fault script compares the acquired echoed information of the router A and the router B directly related to the fault according to each set check item to obtain a diagnosis result of the fault;
here, the fault script may obtain whether the current operating states of the router a and the router B are normal by comparing the echoed information of the router a and the router B with the expected result of each check item preset in the fault script, so as to obtain the diagnosis result of the fault. For the above example, assuming that the trouble script considers that router B should have IP address10.10.10.1 of gei 1/1 of router a and should learn from gei2/1 of router B, the trouble script would preset that the echoed information returned by router B should include display information of gei2/1 learned ARP10.10.10.1, and if the echoed information returned by router B matches the expected result, it is considered correct, otherwise, an error is reported, that is: and obtaining a specific diagnosis result of the fault.
Step 208: and the fault script displays the diagnosis result of the fault in a man-machine interaction window of the automatic remote diagnosis platform, and the current processing flow is ended.
From the above description, it can be seen that, in the present invention, the diagnosis result of the fault is obtained by interactive comparison of information of a plurality of network devices, compared with the traditional script management and diagnosis technology, and the technical scheme provided by the invention is more convenient and faster; and moreover, by adopting the information comparison technology of the interactive multi-network equipment, the time cost and the labor cost of fault positioning are greatly saved.
In order to implement the method, the present invention further provides a diagnosis platform for network faults, as shown in fig. 3, the diagnosis platform includes: an operation module 31 and a fault script 32; wherein,
the operation module 31 is used for operating a preset fault script 32 corresponding to a fault after the network has the fault;
a fault script 32, configured to obtain information of each network device directly related to the fault by sending an interactive diagnosis command to the network device related to the fault; and comparing the acquired information of each network device directly related to the fault to obtain a diagnosis result of the fault.
The fault script 32, when sending an interactive diagnosis command to the network device related to the fault to obtain information of each network device directly related to the fault, is specifically configured to:
the fault script acquires corresponding parameter information of each network device by sending a corresponding diagnosis command to the network device related to the fault;
the fault script acquires information related to the fault according to the corresponding parameter information of each network device;
and sending an interactive diagnosis command to the related network equipment according to the acquired information related to the fault, and repeating the steps until the information of each network equipment directly related to the fault is acquired.
When comparing the acquired information of each network device directly related to the fault, the fault script 32 is specifically configured to:
and the fault script compares the acquired information of each network device directly related to the fault according to each set check item.
The diagnostic platform may further comprise: and the connection module is used for connecting with each network device forming the network through a Telnet technology.
The fault script 32 is further configured to output the diagnosis result.
The above description is only a preferred embodiment of the present invention, and is not intended to limit the scope of the present invention.
