Abstract
一种支座,其包括底座、承载盘、一个定位杆和两个支撑杆,该定位杆两端分别固定于该底座与承载盘上,每一支撑杆的一端均可转动的装设该底座上,另一端分别固定于该承载盘上,该定位杆可变形并定位承载盘于多个角度位置,该两个支撑杆提供抵抗承载盘所受外力,以平衡承载盘的支撑力。

技术领域
本发明是关于一种支座,尤其是用于支撑电子装置的支座。
背景技术
移动电话、个人数位助理(personal digital assistant,PDA)、平板电脑等电子装置已成为人们日常生活中必不可少的工具。随着移动通信技术的发展,在这些电子装置中,移动电话、个人数位助理、平板电脑的性能逐渐提升,在实现自身功能上还可用于观看视频,相应的该等电子装置自身设置有支撑结构,以便于观看,但是,这些支撑结构一般结构较复杂,而且一些支撑在对电子装置操作时会向一侧倾斜,难以保证电子装置的平衡,给使用者带来诸多不便。
发明内容
有鉴于此,有必要提供一种结构简单且支撑较稳定的支座。
一种支座,其包括底座、承载盘、一个定位杆和两个支撑杆,该定位杆两端分别固定于该底座与承载盘上,每一支撑杆的一端均可转动的装设该底座上,另一端分别固定于该承载盘上,该定位杆可变形并定位承载盘于多个角度位置,该两个支撑杆提供抵抗承载盘所受外力,以平衡承载盘的支撑力。
上述支座结构简单,通过柔性定位杆及两个刚性支撑杆共同支撑该承载盘来承载电子装置,支撑杆支撑承载盘,防止承载盘发生倾斜,保证其电子装置平稳操作。

具体实施方式
本发明较佳实施例的支座适用于支撑移动电话、个人数位助理(Personal Digital Assistant,PDA)或电脑液晶显示器等电子装置及。
请参阅图1与图2,本发明较佳实施例的支座100包括一底座10、两个支撑杆20、固定于底座10的定位杆30及承载盘40。该两个支撑杆20可旋转地装设于底座10上。该承载盘40由该两个支撑杆20及定位杆30固定于底座10上方,且可相对支撑杆20及定位杆30拆装。
该底座10包括圆弧形面板11、设于面板11的两个球孔12及固定座15。该固定座15设有固定孔151及数个固定柱152。该固定孔151开设于该固定座15外表面中部。该数个固定柱152凸设于该固定座15底面上。相应的,在该面板11上对应数个固定柱152设有数个通孔153。数个通孔153所在区域与两个球孔12呈三角形分布于该面板11上。
该两个支撑杆20由刚性材质制成,设有转动部21及吸附部22。该转动部21为一固定于该支撑杆20端部的球体。该转动部21如此可旋转装设于该球孔12内,使该支撑杆20可旋转的装设于该底座10上。该吸附部22由支撑杆20另一端部延伸形成,其外端部设有吸附层221。该吸附层221设置有磁铁。
请一并参阅图3,该定位杆30由柔性材质制成,其可以随意扭转弯曲成多种形态,并在扭转弯曲后保持形态。该定位杆30包括一连接端31及固定块32。该固定块32通过铰接或者螺纹连接方式连接于连接端31上,以实现该固定块32可相对该连接端31旋转,本实施例是通过螺纹连接该连接端31上。该定位杆30另一端可固定于该固定座15的固定孔151内,从而该定位杆30装设于该底座10上。
该承载盘40为一矩形板,其包括表面41、四个卡持块42、与表面41相反的背面43。该卡持块42为“L”形块体,可以由橡胶或者塑料材质制成。该四个卡持块42呈矩形分布凸设于该表面41上,围成一卡持空间,用以卡持电子装置。本实施例中,卡持块42与电子装置抵持的表面设有橡胶垫421。该背面43中相对两端开设有卡持槽431。卡持槽431内设有磁铁,该支撑杆20的吸附层221卡持于该卡持槽431内并磁性吸附固定。
组装该支座100,将该支撑杆20转动部21装设于该底座10的球孔12内,将该固定座15通过固定柱152固定于通孔153内,该定位杆30一端固定于该固定座15的固定孔151内,另一端弯曲一角度使固定块32通过销钉或者粘贴或者卡持的方式固定于该承载盘40的背面43中部,再将该支撑杆20的吸附部22的吸附层221与该承载盘40的卡持槽431内通过磁力吸附固定即可,此时,该承载盘40给该支撑杆20的轴向施有一压力,从而给转动部21一个抵持力使转动部21与球孔12内壁抵持,该定位杆30与该支撑杆20将该承载盘40稳定支撑。
使用该支座100时,将电子装置卡持于该承载盘40的卡持块42形成的卡持空间内即可,当使用者需要在该承载盘40上的按压电子装置时,手指给电子装置的按压力会抵推承载盘40,如果按压电子装置侧边的位置,该支撑杆20给该承载盘40一支撑力,防止承载盘40受力位置向一侧倾斜,保证了该电子装置的平稳。使用者也可以扭转定位杆30调整承载盘40及电子装置的角度位置,在调节的过程中,该转动部21于球孔12内转动使支撑杆20随着承载盘40移动,定位杆30发生相应的变形,直至调整到一位置后,定位杆30及支撑杆20一并定位承载盘40及电子装置于该位置。
可以理解,可以更换不同尺寸的卡持块42调整卡持空间大小,便于卡持各种尺寸的电子装置。
所述支座100结构简单,由柔性定位杆30及两个刚性支撑杆20共同支撑该承载盘40来承载电子装置,支撑杆20支撑承载盘40,防止承载盘40发生倾斜,保证其电子装置平稳操作,通过调整该定位杆30以调整该承载盘40的角度。
Claims (5)
1.一种支座,其包括底座及承载盘,其特征在于:该支座还包括一个定位杆和两个支撑杆,该定位杆两端分别固定于该底座与承载盘上,每一支撑杆的一端均可转动的装设该底座上,另一端设有吸附部,该吸附部具有磁性,该承载盘包括设有磁铁的卡持槽,该吸附部装设于该卡持槽内并通过磁性吸附固定,该定位杆可变形并定位承载盘于多个角度位置,该两个支撑杆提供抵抗承载盘所受外力,以平衡承载盘的支撑力。
2.如权利要求1所述的支座,其特征在于:该支撑杆一端设有转动部,底座设有球孔,该转动部可旋转装于该球孔内,调整该定位杆带动该承载盘移动从而带动该两个支撑杆的转动部于底座球孔内转动。
3.如权利要求2所述的支座,其特征在于:该承载盘还包括表面、与表面相反的背面及数个卡持块,该卡持槽开设于该背面相对两端,该数个卡持块间隔设于该表面上,围成一卡持电子装置的卡持空间。
4.如权利要求3所述的支座,其特征在于:该定位杆一端设有连接端及与连接端旋转连接的固定块,该固定块固定于该承载盘背面中部。
5.如权利要求4所述的支座,其特征在于:该底座还上还装设有固定座,该定位杆另一端固定于固定座上。
