Abstract

本发明涉及一种太阳能恒温沼气池,包括3个相对独立的系统:太阳能集热板(1)、太阳能储水箱(3)、循环水泵(4)和换热器(7)组成的热交换系统:太阳能水箱内的温度传感器(2)、沼气池内的温度传感器(8)和温控仪(9)组成的温度控制系统;沼气发酵池(6)、沼气池进料口(5)和沼气池出料口(10)组成的沼气发酵系统。温度控制系统根据太阳能储水箱(3)和沼气发酵池(6)的温度,控制循环水泵(4)的开启或关闭,实现沼气池内料液与循环水之间的热量交换,使沼气池内的温度保持相对恒定,从而获得稳定持续的沼气。

太阳能恒温沼气池
技术领域
本发明涉及一种太阳能助热式沼气池,属于资源环境领域。
背景技术
沼气是解决我国农村环境污染和清洁能源的有效途径。但传统的地埋式沼气池在我国北方地区的冬季,常常会因为池内温度过低而不能正常产气和使用。沼气池内温度是影响沼气产率的关键因素,适宜的温度在20~40℃,而在我国北方地区,冬季的地埋式沼气池内温度常低于15℃,严重影响甲烷菌的活性和沼气产率。因此,有必要对现有的传统地埋式沼气池进行适当改造,以提高沼气池内的温度,维持池内温度的相对恒定,使其在冬季也能正常产气和使用。
发明内容
本发明的目的是将太阳能集热技术应用到沼气池的发酵中,通过太阳能集热循环系统和沼气发酵系统的组合,实现沼气池内发酵温度的相对恒定,使沼气池全年都能正常产气和使用。
为达到上述目的,本发明采取如下的技术方案:由太阳能集热板、太阳能储水箱、循环水泵和换热器组成的一套相对独立的热交换系统,通过温控仪在线采集分析由温度传感器获得的太阳能水箱和沼气池内温度,控制循环水泵的开启或关闭,实现沼气池内料液与循环水之间的热量交换,使沼气池内的温度保持相对恒定,从而获得稳定持续的沼气。
本发明的优点在于:热交换系统与沼气池相对对立,适合于新建的沼气池,也适合于对现有沼气池的改造;在冬季可以利用太阳能使沼气池内的温度升高,以维持沼气产量的稳定;在夏季可以将太阳能集热板和太阳能储水池换成普通储水池,通过水循环降低沼气池内的温度,以避免因池内温度过高而影响沼气池的安全和稳定。

具体实施方式
下面结合图1对本发明进一步说明。
本发明包括3个相对独立的系统:由太阳能集热板(1)、太阳能储水箱(3)、循环水泵(4)和换热器(7)组成的热交换系统;由太阳能水箱内的温度传感器(2)、沼气池内的温度传感器(8)和温控仪(9)组成的温度控制系统;由沼气发酵池(6)、沼气池进料口(5)和沼气池出料口(10)组成的沼气发酵系统。温度控制系统中的温控仪(9)通过在线采集分析由太阳能水箱内的温度传感器(2)和沼气池内的温度传感器(8)获得的太阳能储水箱(3)和沼气发酵池(6)的温度,控制循环水泵(4)的开启或关闭,实现沼气池内料液与循环水之间的热量交换,使沼气池内的温度保持相对恒定,从而获得稳定持续的沼气。

Claims (3)

1.一种太阳能恒温沼气池,包括3个相对独立的系统:由太阳能集热板(1)、太阳能储水箱(3)、循环水泵(4)和换热器(7)组成的热交换系统;由太阳能水箱内的温度传感器(2)、沼气池内的温度传感器(8)和温控仪(9)组成的温度控制系统;由沼气发酵池(6)、沼气池进料口(5)和沼气池出料口(10)组成的沼气发酵系统。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种太阳能恒温沼气池,其特征在于:温度控制系统中的温控仪(9)通过在线采集分析由太阳能水箱内的温度传感器(2)和沼气池内的温度传感器(8)获得的太阳能储水箱(3)和沼气发酵池(6)的温度,控制循环水泵(4)的开启或关闭。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种太阳能恒温沼气池,其特征在于:在冬季可以利用太阳能使沼气池内的温度升高,以维持沼气产量的稳定;在夏季可以将太阳能集热板和太阳能储水池换成普通储水池,通过水循环降低沼气池内的温度,以避免因池内温度过高而影响沼气池的安全和稳定。
