本发明提供的是10KV输电线隔离刀闸无线遥控方法。将输电线的单根线相连接的刀闸进行组合,使三相输电线的刀闸组合成为三相一体式隔离刀闸,并在组合后的隔离刀闸上安装隔离刀闸电动操作结构,在隔离刀闸电动操作机构上安装10KV智能配电终端控制器,智能终端控制器动作信号通过无线通讯终端进行传递,并由配网自动化系统平台交互操作信息。本发明通过将单相输电线上的隔离刀闸组合成三相一体式隔离刀闸,并安装电动操作机构和智能配电终端控制器,通过无线网络终端传递操作信息,实现配网自动化系统平台的遥控操作。能够实现隔离刀闸动作自动化,节省人力和物力。适用输电线路隔离刀闸的遥控操作。

技术领域
本发明是供电企业10KV配电线路自动化建设用到的一种新型隔离开关设备,具体地说是10KV输电线隔离刀闸无线遥控方法。 
背景技术
10KV配电线路隔离刀闸是一种常见的开关设备。在不带负荷的情况下,起到对配电线路与电源进行隔离的作用。目前线路上使用的隔离刀闸,多为分相的,手动操作分合闸的。在配网自动化建设过程中,这种手动操作的隔离刀闸制约了自动化建设的发展。 
发明内容
为了实现隔离刀闸的遥控操作,本发明提供一种10KV输电线隔离刀闸无线遥控的方法。该刀闸将三相电源隔离刀闸组合成一体,采用横轴连接电动操作机构驱动,在电动操作机构上安装智能终端控制器,通过无线操作进行刀闸的动作。解决10KV电动刀闸遥控操作的技术问题。 
本发明解决技术问题所采用的方案是: 
将输电线的单根线相连接的刀闸进行组合,使三相输电线的刀闸组合成为三相一体式隔离刀闸,并在组合后的隔离刀闸上安装隔离刀闸电动操作结构,在隔离刀闸电动操作机构上安装10KV智能配电终端控制器,智能终端控制器动作信号通过无线通讯终端进行传递,并由配网自动化系统平台交互操作信息。
积极效果,本发明通过将单相输电线上的隔离刀闸组合成三相一体式隔离刀闸,并安装电动操作机构和智能配电终端控制器,通过无线网络终端传递操作信息,并实现配网自动化系统平台的遥控操作。能够实现隔离刀闸动作自动化,节省人力和物力,且减少安全事故的发生。适宜在输电线路隔离刀闸的遥控操作中应用。

具体实施方式
据图所示,将输电线的单根线相连接的刀闸进行组合,使三相输电线的刀闸组合成为三相一体式隔离刀闸1,并在组合后的隔离刀闸上安装隔离刀闸电动操作结构2,在隔离刀闸电动操作机构上安装10KV智能配电终端控制器3,智能终端控制器动作信号通过无线通讯终端4进行传递,并由配网自动化系统平台5交互操作信息。 
本发明刀闸部分采用三相一体式,采用横出轴连接电动操作机构,电动机构接收智能配电终端控制器的动作信号,通过无线通信终端单元,将开关的状态信息传递给配网自动化系统后台,接收系统后台发送的动作指令信息。 
本发明的目的是针对10KV配电线路隔离刀闸手动操作,无法实现自动化操作的问题,设计的一种使用与10KV架空线路现场情况,通过后台,远方遥控操作分合的新型配网隔离刀闸。 
主要功能是:配合配网自动化系统,通过后台遥控操作,实现刀闸的分合而隔离线路。隔离刀闸通过接收配电终端智能控制器的分合指令,自动通过电动操作机构进行分合。隔离刀闸配合线路上的真空断路器开关设备,产生明显断开点。解决了以往配网自动化,真空断路器开关设备分闸动作之后,线路工作人员想对线路进行维修操作时,仍需要到现场,检验线路不带电之后,手动操作隔离刀闸进行分闸。这样的操作,无法实现真正意义上的配网自动化,耗费人力和时间。 
优点: 
10KV隔离刀闸的自动化操作,对配网线路运行检修,维护等工作,将节约大量的人力和物力。本发明在配电线路上得到广泛应用,将实现配电线路上的开关设备的完全自动化,实现真正的配电自动化系统,实现自动化隔离故障,通过后台遥控操作,排除故障,恢复供电操作。

1. 10KV输电线隔离刀闸无线遥控方法,其特征是: 将输电线的单根线相连接的刀闸进行组合,使三相输电线的刀闸组合成为三相一体式隔离刀闸(1),并在组合后的隔离刀闸上安装隔离刀闸电动操作机构(2),在隔离刀闸电动操作机构上安装10KV智能配电终端控制器(3),智能终端控制器动作信号通过无线通讯终端(4)进行传递,并由配网自动化系统平台(5)交互操作信息。
