Abstract

一种脊柱矫形器械,其特征在于设有传动支架、左摆杆、右摆杆、左连接杆、右杆和连接销轴,传动支架上设有一对矫形双向丝杠,一对矫形双向丝杠上分别设有四个铰接块,一对矫形双向丝杠通过四个铰接块与左、右摆杆连接在一起,左、右摆杆的下端通过夹头与左、右连接杆连接在一起,而左、右连接杆则通过椎弓根钉与畸形椎体连接在一起,使用时,先将椎弓根钉打入患者畸形椎体内,再通连接杆和夹头连接成一个整体,然后旋转矫形双向丝杠,带动左摆杆和右摆杆做复杂的空间运动,从而带动畸形椎体按医生意愿完成矫形工作,本发明具有结构新颖、操作方便、安全可靠、实现渐进持续矫正,使患者痛苦小、治疗效果好、患者截瘫概率小等优点。

一种脊柱矫形器械
技术领域
 本发明涉及骨科矫形器械,特别是一种应用于脊柱后凸和侧凸的脊柱矫形器械。
背景技术
众所周知,由于患者脊柱后凸和侧凸畸形的状况千差万别,畸形矫正过程中各椎体的运动轨迹是复杂的空间运动轨迹,实现过程具有极高的难度,目前国际国内尚无成熟的专用器械,同时脊柱矫形手术风险极高,造成患者截瘫的概率极大,由于上述原因极大地制约了此类手术的开展,从而严重影响脊柱畸形患者的身体健康和生活质量。
发明内容
本发明针对现有技术中存在的不足,提出一种操作方便、使用安全的脊柱矫形器械。
本发明可以通过如下措施达到。
一种脊柱矫形器械,其特征在于设有传动支架、左摆杆、右摆杆、左连接杆、右杆和连接销轴,传动支架上设有一对矫形双向丝杠,一对矫形双向丝杠上分别设有四个铰接块,一对矫形双向丝杠通过四个铰接块与左、右摆杆连接在一起,左、右摆杆的下端通过夹头与左、右连接杆连接在一起,而左、右连接杆则通过椎弓根钉与畸形椎体连接在一起。
本发明左、右摆杆通过夹头与左、右连接杆相连以方便操作。
本发明所述的传动支架上的一对矫形双向丝杠分别设有转动柄,转动柄设在矫形双向丝杠的端部,以方便操作。
本发明使用时,先将椎弓根钉打入患者畸形椎体内,再通过左、右连接杆和夹头与本发明连接成一个整体,然后通过旋转矫形双向丝杠,经四个铰接块带动左摆杆和右摆杆做复杂的空间运动,从而带动畸形椎体按医生意愿完成矫形工作,然后再实施脊柱内固定,实现手术目的,具有结构新颖、操作方便、安全可靠、实现渐进持续矫正,使患者痛苦小、治疗效果好、患者截瘫概率小等优点。

具体实施方式
    下面结合附图对本发明作进一步描述。
如图所示,一种脊柱矫形器械,其设有传动支架1、左摆杆2、右摆杆3、左连接杆4、右连接杆5,传动支架1上分别设有双向矫形丝杠6和双向矫形丝杠7,双向矫形丝杠6、7还可以采用双向梯形螺纹丝杠或滚珠丝杠,双向矫形丝杠6、7可以通过滑动轴承或滚动轴承与传动支架1相连接,双向矫形螺纹丝杠6、7可以用扳手通过端部六方进行驱动旋转,双向矫形丝杠6、7上分别设有铰接块8、9,四个铰接块一端通过内螺纹与双向矫形丝杠6、7连接,另一端和左、右摆杆连接在一起,左、右摆杆下端通过夹头10与左、右连接杆固定在一起,左、右连接杆通过椎弓根钉11与椎体连接。
本发明使用时,先根据患者情况将数根椎弓根钉11打入患者畸形椎体12内,并通过左、右连接杆分别将两侧的畸形椎体连接成两个整体,然后矫形器械通过左、右摆杆下端的夹头与左、右连接杆连接在一起成为一个整体,矫形时通过扳手旋转一对双向矫形丝杠,使四个铰接块在一对双向矫形丝杠上作水平方向的直线运动,而四个铰接块的直线运动则会带动与其通过左、右摆杆、夹头、左、连接杆、椎弓根钉连接在一起畸行椎体的按照医生的意愿完成所需的复杂运动,从而完成矫形工作,然后再实施脊柱内固定,实现手术目的。具有结构新颖、操作方便、安全可靠、实现渐进持续矫正,治疗效果好、患者截瘫概率小等优点。

1.一种脊柱矫形器械,可用于脊柱后凸侧凸畸形矫形,其特点是能够按照医生的意愿使与之相连的畸形椎体完成安全可靠的复杂的空间运动,从而完成矫形手术,其特征在于设有传动支架、左摆杆、右摆杆、左连接杆、右杆和连接销轴,传动支架上设有一对矫形双向丝杠,一对矫形双向丝杠上分别设有四个铰接块,一对矫形双向丝杠通过四个铰接块与左、右摆杆连接在一起,左、右摆杆的下端通过夹头与左、右连接杆连接在一起,而左、右连接杆则通过椎弓根钉与畸形椎体连接在一起。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种脊柱矫形器械,其特征在于左、右连接杆经夹头与左、右摆杆相连接。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种脊柱矫形器械,其特征在于传动支架上的一对矫形双向丝杠分别设有转动柄,转动柄设在矫形双向丝杠端部。
