Abstract

本发明公开了一种结构简单,安装使用方便,成本较低等优点的采用高压电能功耗测试装置的测量方法,并确保人机安全。它包括底板,所述底板上设置有接地端子,所述底板上设置有三相采样模块,所述三相采样模块连接电测量模块,所述电测量模块连接开关电源和无线发射模块,所述三相采样模块、电测量模块、开关电源和无线发射模块都连接到所述接地端子。本发明的三相采样模块,高压电阻和精密电流互感器将高电压转换为mA级的微电流,实现微功耗测试,而且采样模块与电测量模块连接,可以对高压电能表或其他高压小电流如电压互感器设备的功耗进行直接测试,利用无线发射模块和无线接受模块进行无线射频隔离方式测量,确保人机安全。

技术领域
本发明涉及高压电能功耗测试领域,具体地讲,涉及一种采用高压电能功耗测试装置的测量方法。
背景技术
随着国家对节能减排政策的深化,需要对一些领域进行用电管理计量与节能控制,同时对高压电能装置本身的功耗有明确的控制,也提出了更高的要求。但是目前对高压电能装置本身的功耗一直都是凭经验进行估算,并不能得到相应的准确值。不足之处是:误差大,不同的人估算值不同,不统一,无法准确的衡量,不便于用电节能精细化管理。此为现有技术的不足之处。
发明内容
本发明的目的就是为了解决目前对高压电能装置本身的功耗凭经验进行估算的不足,提供一种结构简单,安装使用方便,成本较低等优点的采用高压电能功耗测试装置的测量方法,并确保人机安全。
为实现上述目的,本发明采用如下技术手段:
一种采用高压电能功耗测试装置的测量方法,该装置包括底板,所述底板上设置有接地端子,所述底板上设置有三相采样模块,所述三相采样模块将采集到的电压、电流信号送入电测量模块,所述电测量模块连接开关电源和无线发射模块,所述三相采样模块、电测量模块、开关电源和无线发射模块都连接到所述接地端子;计算机通过转换模块与无线接收模块连接,无线接收模块与所述无线发射模块配合,测量方法包括以下步骤:
采样,将高电压和小电流均采样为mA级的电流信号;
传输,将mA级的电流信号传输到电测量模块;
信号处理,电测量模块对采集的电流信号进行处理计算;
无线发送,处理后的数据通过无线模块传到计算机中,实时显示被测高压设备的功耗。
利用三组高压电阻将高电压转换为mA级的微电流,再通过精密电流互感器来实现高低电气隔离,保证良好绝缘的同时实现电压、电流信号采样;采样后的信号传输到电测量模块进行信号处理,处理后的数据通过无线发送模块传输到计算机中,从而实现高压电能表或其他高压小电流设备的功耗测量,并将其实时显示出来。
所述三相采样模块包括A相采样模块、B相采样模块和C相采样模块。
与现有技术相比,本发明的优点和积极效果是:1.本发明的三相采样模块将高电压转换为mA级的微电流,实现微功耗测试,而且采样模块与电测量模块连接,可以对高压电能表或其他高压小电流如电压互感器设备的功耗进行直接测试;2.利用无线发射模块和无线接受模块进行无线射频隔离方式测量,确保人机安全。另外,本发明体积小,携带方便,安装使用简单,有较好的应用推广前景。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图和优选实施例对本发明作更进一步的详细描述。
参见图1,在底板1上设置有接地端子6,所述底板1上设置有A相采样模块2、B相采样模块3、C相采样模块4,它们连接EDA9033A型的电测量模块5和接地端子6,所述EDA9033A型的电测量模块5连接开关电源7和无线发射模块8。
无线发射模块8配设有无线接收模块9,所述无线接收模块9连接EDA485TZ转换模块11,所述计算机10连接EDA485TZ转换模块11。
本发明的工作流程为:本发明的A相采样模块2、B相采样模块3和C相采样模块4分别采集高压电能表或者其它高压小电流设备的电压、电流信号,发送到EDA9033A电测量模块5,EDA9033A型的电测量模块5对采集的信号进行处理,并通过无线发射模块8、无线接收模块9发送到EDA485TZ转换模块11,EDA485TZ转换模块11与计算机10连接,计算机10,计算机10把接收到的测量信息显示出来,供人们了解被测量设备的工作状态。

Claims (2)

1.一种采用高压电能功耗测试装置的测量方法,该装置包括底板,所述底板上设置有接地端子,所述底板上设置有三相采样模块,所述三相采样模块将采集到的电压、电流信号送入电测量模块,所述电测量模块连接开关电源和无线发射模块,所述三相采样模块、电测量模块、开关电源和无线发射模块都连接到所述接地端子;计算机通过转换模块与无线接收模块连接,无线接收模块与所述无线发射模块配合,其特征是:测量方法包括以下步骤:
利用三组高压电阻将高电压转换为mA级的微电流,再通过精密电流互感器来实现高低电气隔离,保证良好绝缘的同时实现电压、电流信号采样;采样后的信号传输到电测量模块进行信号处理,处理后的数据通过无线发送模块传输到计算机中,从而实现高压电能表或其他高压小电流设备的功耗测量,并将其实时显示出来。
2.根据权利要求1所述的测量方法,其特征是,所述三相采样模块包括A相采样模块、B相采样模块和C相采样模块。
