Abstract
The invention discloses a constant water outlet controller and a constant temperature water supply system, which are used for controlling the opening ratio between a hot water pipeline and a cold water pipeline and comprise a water mixing valve, a mixed water temperature sensor, a mixed water flow direction control valve and a constant temperature control circuit. A mixed water outlet of the water mixing valve is provided with the mixed water flow direction control valve provided with a mixed water inlet connected with the water mixing valve, a first water outlet connected with a water outlet pipeline and a second water outlet connected with a water return pipeline. The mixed water temperature sensor is arranged between the water mixing valve and the mixed water flow direction control valve. The constant temperature control circuit is respectively connected with the water mixing valve, the mixed water temperature sensor and the mixed water flow direction control valve. The temperature of mixed water is detected through the mixed water temperature sensor, and work of the water mixing valve and the mixed water flow direction control valve is simultaneously controlled. the water mixing valve is provided with a hot water inlet connected with a hot water pipeline, a cold water inlet connected with a cold water pipeline and a mixed water outlet; the mixed water outlet is provided with a mixed water flow direction control valve; the mixed water flow direction control valve is provided with a mixed water inlet connected with the water mixing valve, a first water outlet connected with the water outlet pipeline and a second water outlet connected with the water return pipeline; the mixed water temperature sensor is arranged between the mixed water outlet of the water mixing valve and the mixed water inlet of the mixed water flow direction control valve;
the constant temperature control circuit is respectively connected with the water mixing valve, the mixed water temperature sensor and the mixed water flow direction control valve, detects the temperature of the mixed water through the mixed water temperature sensor, and controls the work of the water mixing valve and the mixed water flow direction control valve.
Specifically, the specific technical solutions of the components of the constant-temperature water outlet controller provided by the embodiment of the present invention may include:

Specifically, the corresponding thermostatic control circuit can further comprise a water mixing valve driving module, a mixed water temperature sensor driving module and a mixed water flow direction control valve driving module; the corresponding central processing module is connected with and drives the water mixing valve through the water mixing valve driving module, is connected with and drives the mixed water temperature sensor through the mixed water temperature sensor driving module, and is connected with and drives the mixed water to flow to the control valve through the mixed water flow direction control valve driving module.
The power supply module is connected with the information input module and the central processing module and provides stable electric energy for the information input module and the central processing module.
A user can input the required water temperature through the information input module and start the water outlet button; the information input module transmits the required water temperature input by the user as a water temperature parameter set by the user to the central processing module, and transmits a parameter of starting a water outlet button by the user to the central processing module; the central processing module receives the parameters and controls the water mixing valve to mix water so as to output water according with the water temperature set by a user.
The central processing module detects the temperature of the mixed water through the mixed water temperature sensor and compares the temperature with the user set water temperature parameter acquired through the information input module:
A. if the temperature of the mixed water is inconsistent with the water temperature parameter set by the user, controlling the mixed water to flow to a control valve to close a first water outlet connected with a water outlet pipeline and open a second water outlet connected with a water return pipeline, and simultaneously controlling a water mixing valve to adjust the opening proportion of a hot water pipeline and a cold water pipeline until the temperature of the mixed water is consistent with the water temperature parameter set by the user; the mixed water inconsistent with the water temperature parameter set by the user flows into the water return pipeline through the second water outlet.
B. If the temperature of the mixed water is consistent with the water temperature parameter set by the user, controlling the mixed water to flow to a control valve to open a first water outlet connected with a water outlet pipeline and close a second water outlet connected with a water return pipeline; the mixed water flows into the water outlet pipeline through the first water outlet and then flows out, and the water outlet at the moment is completely consistent with the water temperature set by a user; therefore, the constant-temperature water outlet controller provided by the embodiment of the invention can provide water with accurate temperature for users at any time.
In addition to the above technical solutions, as shown in fig. 1, fig. 2, fig. 3 and fig. 4, in practical applications, the corresponding thermostat control circuit may further include at least one of the following technical solutions:
a. a wireless transmission module: the central processing module of the constant-temperature water outlet controller can be connected with the wireless sending module and can send a wireless control signal to the water heater connected with the hot water pipeline through the wireless sending module; the power module is connected with the wireless sending module and provides electric energy for the wireless sending module.
