本发明公开了一种固体物料的分料方法，它是在固体物料输送中设置固体物料分料设施、滑轮组和手柄控制装置(6)；其中固体物料分料设施由分料片(1)、分料口(2)和分料装置支架(3)构成，分料片(1)安装在分料装置支架(3)上；滑动组由软绳(5)和滑轮(4)构成；手柄控制装置(6)通过软绳(5)控制滑轮组。本发明通过手柄控制装置控制滑轮组的软绳伸缩，操作分料片，实现分料、分料切换，操作人员能够有效实现固体物料输送分料远距离操作。

技术领域
本发明涉及固体物料输送分料领域，具体是一种固体物料的分料方法。
背景技术
固体输送一般有风力输送、螺旋输送、皮带输送等方式，其中，物料在传输过程中，常需要分一部分料用作另外的用途。
根据所需分配物料用途的不同，分料设施也不相同，但大多临时性停止输送设施的方式进行切换。
这样在切换过程中常存在安全隐患，操作也不方便，需操作人员到分料的地方进行切换。
通过中国专利网查询，目前尚未有固体物料分料操作采用远距离操作方法的申请件。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种固体物料的分料方法，可以让操作人员在固体物料输送过程中，分料操作实现远离操作。
本发明的技术方案是：实现固体物料的分料方法是在固体物料输送中设置固体物料分料设施、滑轮组和手柄控制装置；其中固体物料分料设施由分料片、分料口和分料装置支架构成，分料片安装在分料装置支架上；滑动组由软绳和滑轮构成；手柄控制装置通过软绳控制滑轮组。
采用本发明可通过手柄控制装置控制滑轮组的软绳伸缩，操作分料片，实现分料、分料切换，操作人员能够有效实现固体物料输送分料远距离操作。
本发明的优点：⑴投资少，根据分料的特点、操作距离的远近，投资在1000－5000元；⑵消除员工操作切换中的安全隐患，改善操作条件；⑶操作可实现间隙分料、连续分料的互换。

在固体物料输送中设置固体物料分料设施、滑轮组和手柄控制装置6；其中固体物料分料设施由分料片1、分料口2和分料装置支架3构成，分料片1安装在分料装置支架3上；滑动组由软绳5和滑轮4构成；手柄控制装置6通过软绳5控制滑轮组。
本设计在瓮福（集团）有限责任公司下属的磷铵、复合肥装置投用，实施后效果显著。

1. 一种固体物料的分料方法，其特征在于它是在固体物料输送中设置固体物料分料设施、滑轮组和手柄控制装置(6)；其中固体物料分料设施由分料片(1)、分料口(2)和分料装置支架(3)构成，分料片(1)安装在分料装置支架(3)上；滑动组由软绳(5)和滑轮(4)构成；手柄控制装置(6)通过软绳(5)控制滑轮组。
