Abstract

一种电压检测电路,用于对一电压源进行电压检测,该电压检测电路包括一稳压管、一单向可控硅、一第一发光二极管、一第二发光二极管、一第一电阻及一第二电阻,该稳压管的阴极连接至该电压源,该稳压管的阳极通过该第一电阻连接至该单向可控硅的控制端,该单向可控硅的阳极连接至该第一发光二极管的阳极,还通过该第二电阻连接至该电压源,该单向可控硅的阴极连接至该第一发光二极管的阴极及该第二发光二极管的阳极,该第二发光二极管的阴极接地。该电压检测电路可方便检测电路中的电源电压是否满足要求。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种电压检测电路。
背景技术
很多时候,当电源(电池或者其它形式的各种电源)没电时或者提供的电压不够时,可能就会影响到整个电路的性能。例如,如果主机板上的电池没电了就会导致计算机系统不开机。
发明内容
鉴于上述内容,有必要提供一种电压检测电路,以检测电路中的电源电压是否满足要求。
一种电压检测电路,用于对一电压源进行电压检测,该电压检测电路包括一稳压管、一单向可控硅、一第一发光二极管、一第二发光二极管、一第一电阻及一第二电阻,该稳压管的阴极连接至该电压源,该稳压管的阳极通过该第一电阻连接至该单向可控硅的控制端,该单向可控硅的阳极连接至该第一发光二极管的阳极,还通过该第二电阻连接至该电压源,该单向可控硅的阴极连接至该第一发光二极管的阴极及该第二发光二极管的阳极,该第二发光二极管的阴极接地。
上述电压检测电路通过对该稳压管、第一及第二发光二极管的稳压电压及导通电压进行适当的设定,即可判断出该电压源的电压在哪一范围内,进而判断出该电压源是否满足要求,简单易行,且成本低。

具体实施方式
请参考图1,本发明电压检测电路100用于对一电子设备的电压源Vin进行电压检测,例如对主机板上的电池电压源进行检测,该电压检测电路100的较佳实施方式包括一稳压管VD、一单向可控硅SCR、一第一发光二极管LED1、一第二发光二极管LED2及两电阻R1、R2。
该稳压管VD的阴极连接至该电压源Vin,该稳压管VD的阳极通过电阻R1连接至该单向可控硅SCR的控制端,该单向可控硅SCR的阳极连接至该第一发光二极管LED1的阳极,还通过电阻R2连接至该电压源Vin,该单向可控硅SCR的阴极连接至该第一发光二极管LED1的阴极及该第二发光二极管LED2的阳极,该第二发光二极管LED2的阴极接地。本实施方式中,该第一发光二极管LED1及第二发光二极管LED2分别为两种不同颜色的发光二极管,导通电压分别为V1及V2。该稳压管VD的稳压电压为VD。
工作时,当该电压源Vin的电压Vin高于稳压管VD的稳压电压VD时,此时Vin>VD,该电压源Vin的电压Vin经电阻R1触发单向可控硅SCR导通,单向可控硅SCR导通后,该电压源Vin的电压Vin经电阻R2和第二发光二极管LED2,从而使第二发光二极管导通LED2导通而发光,而此时第一发光二极管LED1不发光。此时,表明该电压源Vin的电压Vin高于所需的电源电压范围。
当电压源Vin的电压Vin低于稳压管VD的稳压电压VD时,此时V1+V2<Vin<VD,电压源Vin的电压Vin无法经电阻R1触发单向可控硅SCR,单向可控硅SCR截止,电压源Vin的电压Vin经电阻R2后流过第一发光二极管LED1和第二发光二极管LED2,从而使第一发光二极管LED1和第二发光二极管LED2导通而发光。此时,表明该电压源Vin的电压Vin符合所需的电源电压范围。
当电压源Vin的电压Vin继续降低,即V1<Vin<V1+V2时,电压源Vin的电压Vin只能保证第一发光二极管LED1发光。此时,表明该电压源Vin的电压Vin小于所需的电源电压范围,但能勉强使电子设备进行工作。
当Vin<V1时,第一发光二极管LED1和第二发光二极管LED2都不发光。此时,表明该电压源Vin的电压Vin小于所需的电源电压范围,且完全不能使电子设备进行工作。
上述第一发光二极管LED1及第二发光二极管LED2的导通电压V1及V2、稳压管VD的稳压电压为VD均可根据需要进行相应的设定,以验证电压源Vin的电压Vin的电压范围,该电压检测电路100仅应用简单的电子元件即实现了对电源电压是否满足要求进行检测,成本低且简单实用。

Claims (3)

1.一种电压检测电路,用于对一电压源进行电压检测,该电压检测电路包括一稳压管、一单向可控硅、一第一发光二极管、一第二发光二极管、一第一电阻及一第二电阻,该稳压管的阴极连接至该电压源,该稳压管的阳极通过该第一电阻连接至该单向可控硅的控制端,该单向可控硅的阳极连接至该第一发光二极管的阳极,还通过该第二电阻连接至该电压源,该单向可控硅的阴极连接至该第一发光二极管的阴极及该第二发光二极管的阳极,该第二发光二极管的阴极接地。
2.如权利要求1所述的电压检测电路,其特征在于:该第一发光二极管及第二发光二极管分别为两种不同颜色的发光二极管。
3.如权利要求1所述的电压检测电路,其特征在于:该稳压管的稳压电压大于该第一发光二极管与第二发光二极管的导通电压之和。
