Abstract
本发明的目的是提供建筑构造部件,其包括几个通过铣削、锯、剪切或其它切削方法制得的尺寸精确的零件,这些零件的外观为自由形式且被附联于彼此的顶部,以形成结构上呈刚性的建筑构造部件。本发明还涉及制造所述建筑构造部件的方法。
Description
本发明的任务是提供制造一种建筑构造部件(part)的方法以及用该方法制造的建筑构造部件及如何使用所述建筑构造部件。
已知的木质建筑构造部件:墙壁、屋顶或地面通常具有一些带独立支撑结构的结构,该独立支撑结构带有覆盖和隔热结构,所述覆盖和隔热结构由紧固系统被附联到支撑结构。除此之外,由于木质结构标准部件的制造方法和测量原因,这些建筑结构部件主要为矩形建筑构造部件,其由直板或不同强度的其他矩形建筑构造部件构成。如果需要自由形式的建筑构造部件,其可由单独的框架和弯曲的木板或板条制成。
本发明的目的是消除此限制并获得一种木质建筑构造部件,其具有自由形式的外观,同时不用单独的支撑或刚性结构也具有支撑性和刚性。
通过铣削、锯或其它方式尺寸准确地切削木板、并通过将几个这样成型的零件附联于彼此的顶部而制成建筑构造部件可以实现所述目的,以这样的方式,端部能够被用来作为建筑构造部件;作为支撑的外墙或隔墙,用于顶部、用于中心或用于底部的基部,或者作为其他建筑构造部件,在这种方式中所述部件或者可以具有刚性和支撑性,或者因制造原因仅具有刚性,在此情况下可将所述部件附联到建筑物的支撑框架。这些彼此附联后形成建筑构造部件的成型零件可以具有相同形状或不同形状。在本申请中,附联于彼此的顶部是指成型零件的直水准面彼此水平地附联。借助使用弯曲的形状和借助在所需要的部位处提高结构零件(piece)的材料强度通过制造工艺可以获得要求的刚性和支持力。在本申请中,建筑构造部件或零件的材料强度是指建筑构造部件或零件垂直于薄板水平时所述板的剪切方向的测量值,因此其被称为水平材料强度或水平位置上的材料强度。成型零件主要通过胶粘或其它紧固系统彼此附联。所使用的胶根据建筑构造的使用目的以及根据所使用的木板来确定。因为这种方法,建筑构造部件的形状呈自由形式。通常,所使用的木板是层压板、粘接木板、Kerto或碎木板(woodchip board)。本发明中的建筑构造部件可以或者是独立设计和测量的单一零件,或者是标准部件。
本发明的建筑构造部件的区别特征被表述在权利要求1的特征部分中,而本发明方法的区别特征被表述在权利要求6的特征部分中。
下面将参考附图1、2和3对本发明进行详细描述,这些附图描绘出了本建筑构造部件的三种不同应用。

Claims (9)
1.一种建筑构造部件,事实上已知的是,其包括通过铣削、锯、剪切或其它切削方法而制成的一些尺寸精确的零件,这些零件具有自由形式的外观且被附联于彼此的顶部,以形成结构上呈刚性的建筑构造部件。
2.如权利要求1所述的建筑构造部件,事实上已知的是,所述尺寸精确的零件具有弯曲的外观,它们被附联于彼此的顶部,以形成结构上具有支撑性的建筑构造部件。
3.如权利要求1或2所述的结构上具有支撑性的建筑构造部件,事实上已知的是,其水平的材料强度在需要部位被增加。
4.如权利要求1至3所述的建筑构造部件,事实上已知的是,所述尺寸精确的零件通过胶粘彼此附联。
5.如权利要求1至4所述的建筑构造部件被用作构造的外墙或隔墙,或被用作顶部、中心或底部的基部。
6.一种制造如权利要求1所述的结构部件的方法,事实上已知的是,从木板上通过铣削、锯、剪切或其它切削方法制作出尺寸精确的零件,这些部件的外观为自由形式并被附联于彼此的顶部。
7.如权利要求6所述的方法,事实上已知的是,所述尺寸精确的零件在外观上被制造成弯曲的,且被附联于彼此的顶部,以形成结构上具有支撑性的建筑构造部件。
8.如权利要求6或7所述的用于制造结构上具有支撑性的建筑构造部件的方法,事实上已知的是,以这样的方式对尺寸精确的零件的外观进行选择,即,它们被附联于彼此的顶部时,在所需要的部位增加建筑构造部件的水平材料强度。
9.如权利要求6至8所述的方法,事实上已知的是,尺寸精确的零件通过胶粘彼此附联。
