A kind of container data center, comprise a counter, be somely installed on this lift-on-lift-off server system, a cooling system and an electrostatic precipitator, this counter is provided with an air intake vent and some exhaust outlets, each server system comprises a frame and is installed on some servers of this frame, this electrostatic precipitator is installed on the air intake vent place of this counter, this cooling system flows into this counter from the air intake vent of this counter after making air flow through this electrostatic precipitator, and the hot-air of being discharged by these servers discharges this counter from the exhaust outlet of this counter.
Container data center of the present invention utilizes the electrostatic precipitator being arranged at the air intake vent place of this counter to purify air, and reduces the dust entering counter.

This counter 10 comprises top board 11, base plate 12 and the two corresponding side plates 14 connecting the arranged on left and right sides of this top board 11 and base plate 12.The top of this base plate 12 is provided with a raised floor 16 parallel with this base plate 12.This raised floor 16 is provided with some perforation 161.The top of every side plate 14 is provided with some exhaust outlets 142 (Fig. 1 only shows a wherein exhaust outlet 142).Its exhaust outlet 142 place corresponding, outside of every side plate 14 installs a shutter 130, the blade of this shutter 130 tilts to the direction away from this counter 10 from top to bottom, the opening of shutter 130 is tilted to down, avoids rainwater to enter into this counter 10 through exhaust outlet 142.The part that every side plate 14 is positioned at the below of this raised floor 16 is provided with an air intake vent 144.
These server systems 20 are supported by this raised floor 16.Each server system 20 comprises a frame 24 and level and is installed on server 26 in this frame 24.The left and right sides of each server 26 is respectively equipped with some ventilation holes (figure does not show).In the present embodiment, these frames 24 are arranged in two row be parallel to each other, and are provided with the dividing plate 242 of the arc upwards arched upward in the middle part of in the of between the top of two row frames 24.
This cooling system 30 to comprise between the extractor fan 31 between base plate 12 and raised floor 16 being located at this counter 10, the base plate 12 being arranged at this counter 10 and raised floor 16 and lays respectively at the air exhausting device 33 that the cooling device 32 of these extractor fan 31 both sides and some correspondences are arranged at the inner side of the exhaust outlet 142 of this counter 10.
This two electrostatic precipitator 40 is arranged at the outside of the biside plate 14 of this counter 10 respectively.Each electrostatic precipitator 40 comprises a housing 42 and is installed on filter screen 43, positive plate 44a, a negative plate 44b and the collecting plate 45 in housing 42.This housing 42 is provided with an air inlet 421 and air outlet 422.The air intake vent 144 that this air outlet 422 is corresponding with this counter 10 communicates.The air inlet 421 of this filter screen 43 this housing 42 contiguous.This positive and negative pole plate 44a, 44b and this collecting plate 45 are positioned at the side of this filter screen 43 away from this air inlet 421.This collecting plate 45 is posted by this negative plate 44b.Be appreciated that the quantity of electrostatic precipitator 40 corresponds to the quantity of the air intake vent 144 of this counter 10.Therefore, in other embodiments, such as, when this counter 10 only has an air intake vent 144, only an electrostatic precipitator 40 is needed.

The positive and negative of each electrostatic precipitator 40 forms electric field between pole plate 44a, 44b, and in this electric field generating strap charged particle.When extraneous air flows through this two electrostatic precipitator 40, first flow through this filter screen 43 and positive and negatively to flow through between pole plate 44a, 44b from this again.When air flows through this filter screen 43, the larger dust granule in air is by this filter screen 43 filtering.When air from this positive and negative flow through between pole plate 44a, 44b time, less in air dust granule absorption charged particle and charged, wherein the minute dust particle of positively charged moves to negative plate 44b and is adsorbed in this collecting plate 45 under the effect of electric field, thus reduces the dust entering counter 10.In the present embodiment, filter screen 43 and collecting plate 45 all can be pulled down in electrostatic precipitator 40, are convenient to periodic cleaning and Reusability, reduce use cost.
Be appreciated that this collecting plate 45 also can be posted by this positive plate 44a, thus make electronegative minute dust particle move to positive plate 44a under electric field action and be adsorbed in this collecting plate 45.
Refer to Fig. 2, another better embodiment at this data type counter center comprises an electrostatic precipitator 50.This electrostatic precipitator 50 comprises a housing 52 and filter screen 53, positive plate 54a, the negative plate 54b and two be installed in this housing 52 is posted by the collecting plate 55 of this positive and negative pole plate 54a, 54b respectively.During use, the minute dust particle with positive and negative electricity is adsorbed in this two collecting plate 55 respectively.
