Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种消防设备，尤其涉及一种用于消防系统上的隔膜雨淋阀。
背景技术
当保护区发生火警时，通过火灾报警灭火控制器，直接打开隔膜雨淋阀的电磁阀，使压力腔的水快速排出，由于压力腔泄压，从而作用于密封膜片下部的水压迅速推起密封膜片，从而使水流进入工作腔，流向整个管网喷水灭火，同时一部分压力水流向报警管网，使水力警铃发出铃声报警、压力开关动作，给值班室发出信号指示或直接启动消防水泵供水，因而隔膜雨淋阀在消防系统中起到非常重要的作用。而隔膜雨淋阀中的密封膜片存在安装要求高，容易产生渗漏等不足。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是提供一种安装方便、密封可靠的隔膜雨淋阀。
为了解决上述技术问题，本发明是通过以下技术方案来实现的：
本发明包括阀体、设于阀体上的阀盖，所述阀体内设有密封膜片，所述密封膜片与阀体接触处设有圆弧形突起，所述密封膜片与阀盖接触处也设有圆弧形突起。
本发明与现有技术相比，具有以下突出特点和显著进步：
1、安装方便。由于本发明中的密封膜片上设有圆弧形突起，装配时即使密封膜片产生偏斜，也不会影响密封效果，因而使安装方便。
2、密封可靠。由于本发明中的密封膜片上设有圆弧形突起，保证了与阀体、阀盖的良好密封，因而有效提高运行可靠性。

如附图所示：本发明包括阀体1，阀体1上设有阀盖2，阀体1内设有密封膜片3，密封膜片3与阀体1接触处设有圆弧形突起5，与阀盖2接触处设有圆弧形突起6、7。由于密封膜片上圆弧形突起的增设，不仅降低了装配的技术要求，而且保证了与阀体、阀盖的良好密封，有效提高了运行可靠性。

1.一种隔膜雨淋阀，包括阀体、设于阀体上的阀盖，所述阀体内设有密封膜片，其特征在于所述密封膜片与阀体接触处设有圆弧形突起，所述密封膜片与阀盖接触处也设有圆弧形突起。
