技术领域
本发明涉及防治环境污染,尤其涉及一种生物脱硫设备的结构。
背景技术
甲烷发酵过程经常用作处理下水道淤泥、有机废弃物,和邮寄排水的方法。所述甲烷发酵过程是这样的处理过程:将有机废弃物或有机排水引入生物反应罐中,以使生物反应罐中的甲醛发酵细菌分解有机物。从而形成主要由甲烷气体组成的生物气,同时分解并除去排水中的有机物。然而,当排水中含有硫组分时,硫组分被硫酸盐还原细菌的作用还原,因此在所述生物气中形成硫化氢气体。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种生物脱硫设备,所述设备可以在含微生物的液体或淤泥的循环下通过使硫氧化细菌附着于载体层而启动。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供一种生物脱硫设备,其包括生物反应罐,其特征在于:该生物脱硫设备还包括设置于所述生物反应罐中的载体层及多个喷洒机件,喷洒机件设置在所述载体层上部。
进一步的,所述喷洒机件包括第一喷洒机件和第二喷洒机件,所述第一喷洒机件设有循环罐、循环泵和管道;所述第二喷洒机件设置在生物反应罐的顶部,其设有在载体层上喷洒水的管道,该管道延伸至所述生物反应罐的内部。
本发明所述的生物脱硫设备可以在含微生物的液体或淤泥的循环下通过使硫氧化细菌附着于载体层而启动。

符合本发明的一种生物脱硫设备,其包括生物反应罐1,该生物脱硫设备还包括设置于所述生物反应罐1中的载体层11及多个喷洒机件12,喷洒机件12设置在所述载体层11上部。
所述喷洒机件12包括第一喷洒机件121和第二喷洒机件122,所述第一喷洒机件121设有循环罐1211、循环泵1212和管道1213;所述第二喷洒机件122设置在生物反应罐1的顶部,其设有在载体层11上喷洒水的管道1221,该管道1221延伸至所述生物反应罐的内部。

1.一种生物脱硫设备,其特征在于:滚筒在其径向中心通过水平轴向可旋转地支撑在固定管中,所述固定管一端具有进气口,另一端具有出气口,所述滚筒的左右两侧及其圆周面为格子状结构,且滚筒的内部空间填充有气液接触填充件,浆料储存槽设置在旋转滚筒的下面。
