Abstract

本发明公开了一种管道可燃物检测器，包括阀门、语音报警装置、电磁阀、检测探头，其中阀门、电磁阀、检测探头连接在管线中，电磁阀和检测探头与语音报警装置电连接。本发明结构简单，方便实用，推广容易，当把本检测器接入油气管道时，油气经过此装置进入到反应罐中，当压力发生变化引起气体倒流时，检测探头把信号传递到语音报警装置，发出语音报警提示，同时语音报警装置关闭电磁阀，从而防止了事故的发生。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种使用在石油化工上原油氧化还原反应装置中的管道可燃物检测器。
背景技术
通常情况下，油液与空气或氧气在反应罐中充分混合后，在一定条件下发生反应，油液与气体是同时通过一条管线输送到反应罐中去的，由于油、气的比重不同，气体往往产生倒流，流到其它管路去，从而极易引起燃烧或爆炸，造成重大事故。
发明内容
本发明的目的就是提供一种能够防止管道中气体倒流的管道可燃物检测器。
本发明采用的技术方案是：一种管道可燃物检测器，包括阀门、语音报警装置、电磁阀、检测探头，其中阀门、电磁阀、检测探头连接在管线中，电磁阀和检测探头与语音报警装置电连接。
本发明的优点在于：结构简单，方便实用，推广容易，当把本检测器接入油气管道时，油气经过此装置进入到反应罐中，当压力发生变化引起气体倒流时，检测探头把信号传递到语音报警装置，发出语音报警提示，同时语音报警装置关闭电磁阀，从而防止了事故的发生。

如图1所示，一种管道可燃物检测器，包括阀门1、语音报警装置4、电磁阀3、检测探头2，其中阀门1、电磁阀3、检测探头2连接在管线中，电磁阀3、检测探头2的一端分别与语音报警装置4电连接。
