Abstract
本发明公开了一种集成太阳能光伏发电系统和垂直轴风能发电系统一体化的发电系统,太阳能光伏系统与汇流箱连接,汇流箱与控制器连接,控制器与逆变器连接,逆变器与变电站连接,风能发电系统与控制器连接,控制器与逆变器连接,逆变器与变电站连接,最后由变电站统一升压后并入电网。与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:双系统提高利用率;系统部分结构共用,降低整体采购成本;垂直轴风能发电系统对部件的设计要求要低于水平轴风能发电系统对部件的设计要求,减少了系统投资的成本;太阳能光伏组件围绕旋转轴进行圆周运动降低组件表面温度,增加太阳能光伏系统的发电量;系统易于安装及拆卸,系统拆卸后运输方便,降低了运输及安装成本,综合上述有益效果促成发电成本降低,低于一元每度。

风光一体化发电系统
技术领域
[0001 ] 本发明涉及一种新能源发电装置,尤其是太阳能光伏发电系统和垂直轴风能发电系统集成一体的风光一体化发电系统。
背景技术
[0002] 随着传统化石能源的大量使用,地球上的化石能源存储量减少,全球各国政府和很多公司为寻找新的能源作了大量的尝试,其中太阳能和风能以自身来源的无限性、安装地点可选择性好、工作过程安全环保、发电装置能环保回收循环利用等优点成为新能源中优先发展的技术。
[0003] 太阳能光伏发电系统需要一定光照强度的阳光照射就能工作发电,白天太阳光照在太阳能组件就能把太阳光能转换为电能。光照强度不足的白天、夜晚将不能发电。
[0004] 风能利用目前主流的是水平轴风力发电机发电系统,风叶安装在离地一百多米高的塔架上端的水平轴上,材料应力等因素对发电系统的各部件的材料性能要求比较高,叶片等部件是整体结构,对运输车辆及安装要求比较高。系统在风速低于启动风速时不能正常发电。
[0005] 目前太阳能光伏发电装置只能利用太阳光发电,风能发电装置只能利用风力发电,一般情况下,这两者资源是共存的,在风力不足、光线不足时就无法正常发电,系统利用效率低。
[0006] 上述目前的现状最终都表现为发电成本比较高。 发明内容
[0007] 本发明所提供一种集成太阳能光伏发电系统和垂直轴风能发电系统一体化的发电系统,解决目前太阳能光伏和风能发电成本较高的问题,能有效控制发电成本在每度一元以内。
[0008] 本发明解决其技术问题采用的技术方案是:提供一种集成太阳能光伏发电系统和垂直轴风能发电系统的风光一体化发电系统。风光一体化系统中,太阳能光伏系统和风能发电系统有部分部件是共用的。
[0009] 在垂直轴风能发电系统中,垂直于地面的旋转轴上通过圆形框架安装多组叶片, 叶片是以多个太阳能组件通过组合框架互相链接形成一个整体平面,旋转轴整体放置在系统承重轨道上,减少旋转轴的应力,旋转轴与齿轮箱连接将风能转化成机械能,齿轮箱与传动轴连接将机械能进行传导,传动轴与风力发电机连接讲机械能转化成电能,发电机与控制器、逆变器连接将电能转换市电,通过安装的监测系统将实时信息传递给相关单位,电力通过变电站升压后并入电网;
[0010] 在太阳能光伏系统中,太阳能光伏组件的组合框架的上端安装在顶部连接圆形框架上,太阳能光伏组件组合框架的下端安装在底部的连接圆形框架上,太阳能光伏组件组合框架与水平面有一定的夹角,当光照照射到太阳能光伏组件表面,光能转化成电能,通过
3汇流箱、控制器、逆变器将电能转化成市电,通过安装的监测系统将实时信息传递给相关单位,电力通过变电站升压后并入电网。
[0011] 在太阳能光伏系统中,支架由垂直轴风能发电系统的叶片结构代替,而垂直轴风能发电系统中,叶片由太阳能光伏组件组合框架来代替。
[0012] 与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:
[0013] 1 :有阳光的时候利用太阳能光伏系统发电,有风的时候利用垂直轴风能系统发电,有阳光又有风的时候系统同时发电,只有当风能低于启动风速,阳光的光照强度低于一定阀值的时候,系统才无法发电,因此设备利用效率高,总发电量增加。
[0014] 2:太阳能光伏组件作为垂直轴风能发电系统的叶片,而垂直轴风能发电系统的叶片结构作为太阳能光伏组件的框架,本风光一体化发电系统总体成本比各建一个发电系统成本要低,垂直轴风能发电系统的设计对部件的要求要低于水平轴对部件的要求,减少了设备投资的成本。
[0015] 3:在垂直轴风能发电系统工作过程中,太阳能光伏组件面围绕轴进行圆周运动, 降低组件表面温度,有利于增加太阳能光伏的发电量。
[0016] 4 :设备总的占地面积少,对安装的地点要求不苛刻,同时各个部件是组合而成的, 系统易于安装及拆卸,系统拆卸后运输方便,对运输车辆及公路没有苛刻要求,降低了运输及安装成本。

[0024] 系统工作时:太阳能、风能转换成电能的过程如下:
[0025] 风吹过系统时,太阳能光伏组件组合框架构成的叶片3沿顺时针方向围绕旋转轴 7旋转,旋转轴7将风能转化成机械能,旋转轴7将机械能通过齿轮箱14并经过传动轴16 接入风能发电机17,从而将机械能转化成电能,再经过控制器18/逆变器19/监控系统及保护开关20接入变电站21,由变电站21升压到规定要求后并入电网22 ;太阳光照射在叶片 3上后,随着光伏效应而产生电流,通过控制器11/逆变器12/监控系统及保护开关13接入变电站21,由变电站21升压到规定要求后并入电网22。
Claims (4)
1.风光一体化发电系统,包括顶部连接圆形框架、底部连接圆形框架、叶片(太阳能组件组合框架)、旋转轴、辅助支架、系统承重轨道、系统承重立柱、太阳能汇流箱、控制器、逆变器、监测系统及保护开关、齿轮箱、传动轴、风力发电机、变电站、电网。其特征在于:所述太阳能光伏组件、风能发电机分别与控制器/逆变器电连接,电站发电系统的相关数据由监测系统记录并加入保护开关,再由变电站接入电网成并网系统。
2.如权利要求1所述风光一体化发电系统,其特征在于,所述顶部圆形连接框架和底部圆形连接框架以旋转轴为圆心,在旋转轴的顶部和底部通过连接杆与旋转轴连接为一体,并围绕旋转轴旋转,太阳能光伏组件框架安置在两个圆形连接框架上,太阳能组件框架用辅助支架连接到旋转轴上,用系统承重轨道承受太阳能光伏系统和垂直轴风力发电系统的重量。
3.如权利要求1所述风光一体化发电系统,其特征在于,所述太阳能光伏组件框架与水平面形成一定夹角,夹角范围为0〜90度,太阳能组件框架旋转一定夹角,夹角范围为 0〜90度,所述太阳能组件框架作为风力发电机的受风叶片。
4.如权利要求1所述风光一体化发电系统,其特征在于,连接杆和辅助支架是规则的扁形截面,连接太阳能光伏组件框架与旋转轴,风吹过辅助支架时,促进叶片旋转,增加机械能输出。
