Abstract

一种电源插座,包括盒体,盒体通过总电源线连接有总插头,盒体的侧部通过分接线电性连接有多个分插座,所述盒体是由上盖与底座对合而成,其特征在于:所述上盖内底面成型有用来安装金属接触件的、成对的座体,在成对座体的两侧分别设置有多个固定板,使固定板及座体之间的沟槽成为固定槽,而连接所述分插座的各股分接线中的三根电线按照火线、地线、零线的类别,将各股分接线中的同一类别电线和电源插座中的电路板上输出端同一类别电线铰接后点焊固定,然后将各个焊接段分别嵌固在各自的固定槽中。这样使得安装快速方便,并可有效防止弧电,使用安全可靠,本发明的整体结构合理紧凑,使用安全,可以满足多种需要。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种电源插座。
背景技术
现在的多孔插座,一般都是在插板上设计有若干个插孔,各组插孔相邻设置,这样由于插孔间距有限,而插头的大小形状不一,在使用时容易将一些未使用的插孔遮盖住,使得插孔的使用率降低,因此出现了各种新型的电源插座,如专利号为200920099265.6,一种软线连接多孔插座,其组成包括:主线,所述主线是一端连接电源插头的软线,所述主线的另一端连接多个分支软线,所述分支软线上各连接一个小插座,这种插座可随身携带,非常方便,但是这种插座由于没有插板安全性不够高,并且没有电源开关,所以还需改进。还有专利号为200920116946.9一种电源插座,包括一其上设置有开关的盒体,其特征在于多个插座通过各自接线与盒体呈现电连接,盒体通过电源线连接有插头,使插座通过盒体上的开关与外接电源构成回路,它通过柔性接线,使各组电源插座分别于不同的平面中,使用时安插于各插孔中的插头相互不受影响,并且各插座都是有单独的接线和插座孔组成,无论在什么角度都不会受影响,而且接线和插座都是用绝缘的柔性材料制作而成,无论在死角或狭隘的地方,都能方便的使用,而且还可以作电源延长线来使用,这种电源插座提高了使用的安全性,但是其缺陷在于,各个接线采用传统连接方法连接,连接手续烦琐,降低生产效率,而且,容易产生弧电打火,影响安全使用,所以在盒体内多股电线的设计固定上还是有待改进。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是针对上述的技术现状而提供一种安装方便快捷、能有效防止弧电、使用安全可靠的电源插座。
本发明解决上述技术问题所采用的技术方案为:一种电源插座,包括盒体,盒体通过总电源线连接有总插头,盒体的侧部通过分接线电性连接有多个分插座,所述盒体是由上盖与底座对合而成,其特征在于:所述上盖内底面成型有用来安装金属接触件的、成对的座体,在成对座体的两侧分别设置有多个固定板,使固定板及座体之间的沟槽成为固定槽,而连接所述分插座的各股分接线中的三根电线按照火线、地线、零线的类别,将各股分接线中的同一类别电线和电源插座中的电路板上输出端同一类别电线铰接后点焊固定,然后将各个焊接段分别嵌固在各自的固定槽中。
优选,所述的固定板在座体的每一侧布置有三个,三个固定板基本上和座体侧面平行,从而使固定板之间及固定板和座体之间形成三个固定槽,从外至里是零线固定槽、火线固定槽、地线固定槽。
进一步,所述的固定槽间隔是均匀一致的。
作为进一步改进,所述盒体上盖设有2-4个三孔插座,三孔插座的插孔分别布置在座体底面上和座体之间间隔的底面上,座体中设置了火线或者零线的金属接触件,在座体之间间隔设置了地线的金属接触件。这样使盒体上的插座和分接线连接的分插座组合起来,使用更加方便,拓宽了应用范围。
作为改进,所述电路板设置在盒体内,电路板的输入端与总电源线相连接,电路板上固定有一控制开关,所述上盖开设有供对应控制开关按钮设置的通孔。
作为改进,所述分插座的分接线采用柔性接线,所述分插座采用绝缘的柔性材料制成分插座壳体,且分插座4~6个,便于使用。
最后,所述上盖和底座的侧面均开有多个半孔,上盖侧面的半孔与底座侧面的半孔相配合构成多个圆孔,该圆孔供连接各个分插座的分接线穿过进入盒体内。所述上盖的内侧至少在分接线部位的各侧设有连接柱,对应的底座上设有配合连接沉孔,进行插接对合,并用螺钉紧固。
与现有技术相比,本发明的优点在于:在盒体内设有多个固定板构成的固定槽,将分插座的多股分接线中电线按照各自类别和电路板上输出端同一类别电线经铰接后电焊固定,然后分别嵌固在固定槽中,这样使得连接牢固,而安装快速方便,并通过固定板可有效防止弧电,使用安全可靠;同时在盒体上设有插座与开关,这样就使得整个插座得到了充分利用,本发明的整体结构合理紧凑,使用安全,可以满足多种需要。

具体实施方式
以下结合附图实施例对本发明作进一步详细描述。
如图1~3所示,一种电源插座,包括盒体1、总插头、控制开关9和5个分插座,盒体1的外形像鼠标状,控制开关9设置在盒体1的后部,盒体1的后端通过总电源线2与总插头是电性连接,盒体1的前端侧部通过5根分接线3分别电性连接有5个分插座,使分插座通过盒体1能够和总插头电性连接,盒体1上表面还依次并列地设置有3个三孔插座8;所述盒体1是由上盖1.1与底座1.2对合而成,上盖1.1上开设了3个三孔插座8的插孔,三孔插座8的插孔分别布置在上盖1.1底面上,这是传统的技术手段,其发明的关键之处在于上盖1.1内底面成型有用来安装金属接触件的、成对的座体10,上盖1.1在座体10的左侧和和右侧部位分别布置有三个固定板4,三个固定板4基本上和座体10侧面平行,从而使固定板4之间及固定板4和座体10之间形成三个固定槽5,每个固定槽5间隔是均匀一致,从外至里分别是零线固定槽5.1、火线固定槽5.2、地线固定槽5.3,连接分插座的各股分接线3中有三根电线,分别是火线3.1、地线3.2、零线3.3,电源插座中的电路板6的输入端分别有接总电源线2中的火线、地线、零线,并且,电源插座中的电路板6的输出端分成两个分输出端,各个分输出端分别有火线、地线、零线的连接端,使各股分接线3中的同一类别电线和电路板6上分输出端7上同一类别电线铰接后,点焊固定,再将火线、地线、零线的焊接段14分别嵌固在火线固定槽5.2、地线固定槽5.3、零线固定槽5.1中,三孔插座8的插孔分别布置在座体10底面上和座体10之间间隔的底面上,左、右座体10中分别设置了火线或者零线的金属接触件11、12,在左、右座体10之间间隔设置了地线的金属接触件13,火线或者零线或者地线的金属接触件和电路板6的输出端连接,这样,使得安装更为方便快速,同时避免了相邻焊接段电线之间接触,可有效防止弧电,提高了安全性;所述上盖1.1和底座1.2的侧面均开有5个半孔1.1a、1.2a,上盖11侧面的半孔1.1a与底座1.2侧面的半孔1.2a相配合构成多个圆孔,该圆孔供连接各个分插座的分接线3穿过进入盒体1并与电路板6进行连接;所述连接5个分插座的分接线3采用柔性接线,使5个分插座分布于不同的位置中,使用时安插于各分插座的插孔中的插头相互不受影响,所述的分接线3长短不等,便于使用;分插座的形状与插头的主体外形大体相同,颜色为黄色,分插座是用绝缘的柔性材料制作而成插座壳体,使用时更加方便、安全、灵活度强;所述电路板6设置在盒体1内,控制开关9的底部固定在电路板6上,这样使得分插座通过控制开关9与外界电源构成回路;上盖1.1的内侧至少在分接线3部位的各侧设有连接柱1.1b,对应的底座1.2上设有配合连接沉孔1.2b,进行插接对合,并用螺钉紧固。

Claims (8)

1.一种电源插座,包括盒体,盒体通过总电源线连接有总插头,盒体的侧部通过分接线电性连接有多个分插座,所述盒体是由上盖与底座对合而成,其特征在于:所述上盖内底面成型有用来安装金属接触件的、成对的座体,在成对座体的两侧分别设置有多个固定板,使固定板及座体之间的沟槽成为固定槽,而连接所述分插座的各股分接线中的三根电线按照火线、地线、零线的类别,将各股分接线中的同一类别电线和电源插座中的电路板上输出端同一类别电线铰接后点焊固定,然后将各个焊接段分别嵌固在各自的固定槽中。
2.根据权利要求1所述的电源插座,其特征在于所述的固定板在座体的每一侧布置有三个,三个固定板基本上和座体侧面平行,从而使固定板之间及固定板和座体之间形成三个固定槽,从外至里是零线固定槽、火线固定槽、地线固定槽。
3.根据权利要求2所述的电源插座,其特征在于所述的固定槽间隔是均匀一致的。
4.根据权利要求1~3任意一项权利要求所述的电源插座,其特征在于所述盒体上盖设有2-4个三孔插座,三孔插座的插孔分别布置在座体底面上和座体之间间隔的底面上,座体中设置了火线或者零线的金属接触件,在座体之间间隔设置了地线的金属接触件。
5.根据权利要求4所述的电源插座,其特征在于所述电路板设置在盒体内,电路板的输入端与总电源线相连接,电路板上固定有一控制开关,所述上盖开设有供对应控制开关按钮设置的通孔。
6.根据权利要求5所述的电源插座,其特征在于所述上盖和底座的侧面均开有多个半孔,上盖侧面的半孔与底座侧面的半孔相配合构成多个圆孔,该圆孔供连接各个分插座的分接线穿过进入盒体内。
7.根据权利要求6所述的电源插座,其特征在于所述上盖的内侧至少在分接线部位的各侧设有连接柱,对应的底座上设有配合连接沉孔,进行插接对合,并用螺钉紧固。
8.根据权利要求7所述的电源插座,其特征在于所述分插座的分接线采用柔性接线,所述分插座采用绝缘的柔性材料制成分插座壳体,且分插座4~6个。
