本发明公开了一种地板蜡，是由以下重量份的组分组成的：白蜡10～20份，硅油10～20份，天然植物蜡10～20份，白油10～20份，虫蜡10～20份，甜橙油2～10份。本发明的地板蜡全部为天然产品，不添加石油蜡成分，产品散发天然橙香，无刺激性气味，产品为半液态膏体，使用操作简单。使用后，木质纹理更为清晰，不但可对木器起到光亮效果，且可滋养木质，更易渗透，延长木质品的使用时间。适用于家庭或是公共场所的木质地板及家具摆件。

本发明涉及一种地板蜡。
背景技术
地板蜡，为现在家庭装修常用品之一，其作用为：清除地板顽固污渍，通过打蜡使材料本身与空气隔绝，减少因氧化或接触空气中的有害物质对材料造成的损害，达到延长材料使用寿命和美观光洁的目的；更重要的是其形成的镜亮表面特别持久耐用，能防止洗涤剂、划痕、滑擦、鞋跟磨擦等伤害，同时经抛光后，蜡面更光更硬及更耐行。
目前，市面常见的地板蜡多为固体或液体蜡，一般为石油提取物，需添加香精增加其香味以遮盖蜡质品本身的味道，石油提取物挥发到空气中，对人体健康不利。固体蜡操作比较麻烦，多被商场或宾馆等公共场所使用，需使用专用设备抛光，不为家庭所常用。液体蜡又叫合成聚脂蜡，分为水溶蜡和油溶蜡，水溶蜡即为家庭常用的地板精油，油溶蜡百货超市比较常见；液体蜡操作比较简单，但是因含蜡量极其低，进而使用效果欠佳。无论是固体蜡还是液体蜡，均只具上光效果，对木质滋养几乎没有效果。虽然现有技术中也有效果非常好的高级地板蜡，但其成本高，制作工艺复杂，不适合普通家庭使用。
发明内容
针对上述现有技术，本发明提供了一种地板蜡，本发明的地板蜡成本低廉，制作简便，使用后可滋养木质，延长木质品的使用时间，适合普通家庭使用。
本发明是通过以下技术方案实现的：
一种地板蜡，是由以下重量份的组分组成的：白蜡10～20份，硅油10～20份，天然植物蜡10～20份，白油10～20份，虫蜡10～20份，甜橙油2～10份。
优选的，是由以下重量份的组分组成的：白蜡15份，硅油15份，天然植物蜡15份，白油15份，虫蜡15份，甜橙油6份。
优选的，是由以下重量份的组分组成的：白蜡10份，硅油20份，天然植物蜡10份，白油20份，虫蜡10份，甜橙油10份。
优选的，是由以下重量份的组分组成的：白蜡20份，硅油10份，天然植物蜡20份，白油10份，虫蜡20份，甜橙油2份。
本发明的地板蜡的制备方法为：将各原料混合，加入熔化，混匀，冷却，即得半液态膏状的地板蜡。
使用时，将本发明的地板蜡均匀地涂覆于木质地板、木质家具的外表面即可，地板蜡的使用量为15～20m2/千克。
本发明的地板蜡所采用的原料简介如下：
白油(white oil)，又成白色油，为无色透明油状液体，没有气味，密度0.831～0.883g/cm3，闪点(开式)164～223℃，运动黏度(50℃)5.7～26mm2/s，酸值≤0.05；对酸、光、热均稳定，不溶于乙醇，溶于乙醚、苯、石油醚等，并可与多数脂肪油互溶。白油为液体类烃类的混合物，主要成分为C16～C31的正异构烷烃的混合物，是自石油分馏的高沸馏分(即润滑油馏分)中经脱蜡、碳化、中和、活性白土精制等处理后而成。本发明采用工业品8～17号白油。
虫蜡，又名中国虫蜡，即虫白蜡，主要产于中国四川，是寄生在女贞或白蜡树上的白蜡虫所分泌的物质，它是二十六羧酸与二十六碳一元醇酯化而成；其主要成分为二十六碳酸二十六碳醇酯CH3(CH2)24COO(CH2)25CH3，白色或淡黄色固体；密度(15℃)：0.950～0.970g/cm3；熔点80～85℃；碘值：1.4；酸值：0.2～1.5；皂化值：70～93；硬度大，性质稳定，不溶于水、乙醇和乙醚，易溶于苯、汽油等有机溶剂。实际上，天然虫蜡中还含有少量的高级脂肪酸、高级一元醇和烃类物质。
甜橙油(sweet orange oil；orange oil)，为黄色、橙色或黄棕色液体。有特殊的橙子气味和温和的芳香滋味。由甜橙的果皮经压榨或蒸汽蒸馏而得。密度：0.848～0.853g/cm3，折射率：1.473-1.475。溶于乙醇和冰醋酸。
在本发明的地板蜡中，各原料所起的作用为：
白蜡：使用后，可在地板或家具表面形成特有的保护蜡膜和润泽效果，增加地板或家具质感与光泽，起到防潮防裂等保养作用；
虫蜡：油润，上光，能够增加地板或家具的硬度，起防潮、防刮、防磨损、提升亮度的作用，赋予地板光泽性、耐水性、疏水性。
白油：基础油，稀释白蜡和虫蜡，起稀释溶解作用。
甜橙油：清洁，上光，含天然植物清香，散发香味。
本发明的地板蜡全部为天然产品，不添加石油蜡成分，产品散发天然橙香，无刺激性气味，产品为半液态膏体，使用操作简单。使用后，木质纹理更为清晰，不但可对木器起到光亮效果，且可滋养木质，更易渗透，延长木质品的使用时间。适用于家庭或是公共场所的木质地板及家具摆件，贵重木质工艺品也可以用此产品。
本发明为膏状，解决了传统蜡只能做成固体或液体的缺陷；不含对人体有害的石油提取物，解决了传统的化学地板蜡对人体有危害的缺陷。本发明的特点为：光泽度好，渗透力强，去污擦净力强，天然无污染，原料易得，配置简单，使用方便，对木质地板或木质家具起到渗透滋润+成膜+清洁+修复的功效。
具体实施方式
下面结合实施例对本发明作进一步的说明。
实施例1制备一种地板蜡
配方为：白蜡15份，硅油15份，天然植物蜡15份，白油15份，虫蜡15份，甜橙油6份
制备方法为：将各原料混合，加入熔化，混匀，冷却，即得半液态膏状的地板蜡。
实施例2 制备一种地板蜡
配方为：白蜡10份，硅油20份，天然植物蜡10份，白油20份，虫蜡10份，甜橙油10份
制备方法为：将各原料混合，加入熔化，混匀，冷却，即得半液态膏状的地板蜡。
实施例3 制备一种地板蜡
配方为：白蜡20份，硅油10份，天然植物蜡20份，白油10份，虫蜡20份，甜橙油2份。
制备方法为：将各原料混合，加入熔化，混匀，冷却，即得半液态膏状的地板蜡。

1.一种地板蜡，其特征在于，是由以下重量份的组分组成的：虫蜡20～40份，硅油10～20份，天然植物蜡10～20份，白油10～20份，甜橙油2～10份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种地板蜡，其特征在于，是由以下重量份的组分组成的：虫蜡30份，硅油15份，天然植物蜡15份，白油15份，甜橙油6份。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种地板蜡，其特征在于，是由以下重量份的组分组成的：虫蜡20份，硅油20份，天然植物蜡10份，白油20份，甜橙油10份。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种地板蜡，其特征在于，是由以下重量份的组分组成的：虫蜡40份，硅油10份，天然植物蜡20份，白油10份，甜橙油2份。
