Abstract

Description
本发明涉及铰链组件,并且更具体地,涉及包括肘节式铰链(toggle type hinges)和阻尼装置的组件,该类肘节式铰链通常被用在厨房橱柜上。
本发明提供一种铰链组件,包括:肘节式铰链;具有线性阻尼装置的阻尼器组件;以及,夹具;其中所述阻尼装置被布置为其轴线平行于所述铰链的运动轴线,并且所述阻尼装置被安装在夹具和铰链杯形法兰(cup flange)之间;所述铰链组件还包括用于在所述铰链的至少一部分旋转运动的范围内将所述铰链的旋转运动转换为所述阻尼装置的线性运动的器件(means),该运动转换器件包括凸轮面和凸轮从动件,该凸轮面和凸轮从动件中的一个被设置在所述阻尼器组件上,另一个被设置在所述夹具和/或所述铰链杯形法兰上。
现在将通过示例方式,参考附图来描述本发明的实施方案,在附图中:

图3示出了图1的铰链组件处于其闭合位置。
从附图中可以看出,铰链组件包括铰链机构10,该铰链机构10基本上是用于将门悬置在例如厨房橱柜上的公知的肘节式结构。该铰链机构10包括:臂组件11,其可通过已知方式附接至门框;以及,铰链杯形法兰12,其可通过已知方式附接至门。所述铰链杯形法兰12通过组合式联动装置(compound linkage)13以已知方式枢轴连接至所述臂组件11。
该铰链组件包括阻尼器组件14。在此,阻尼器组件14包括保持在套筒21内的一种常规已知形式的线性阻尼器。所述线性阻尼器具有活塞20,该活塞20被布置为在圆柱体(未示出)内所包含的阻尼介质中往复运动,且通常一个内部弹簧(未示出)将所述活塞偏置朝向其伸展位置。阻尼器组件14被安装在铰链机构10上,从而至少在所述铰链的闭合运动的最后部分,以已知方式为所述闭合运动提供衰减的阻力。出于这样的目的,线性阻尼器比旋转式阻尼器更为优选,因为在这样类型的布置中,旋转式阻尼器往往不能够传递足够的阻尼功率。
在此,阻尼器组件14被直接安装在铰链杯形法兰12上。具体地,套筒21被定位在所述铰链杯形法兰12的上表面上的细长径向凹槽26中。该凹槽26有助于定位套筒21并且引导套筒21的运动。套筒21通过夹具15被保持就位在凹槽26中,且套筒的末端的轴颈在夹具15的相应末端段15a、15b中。如此布置以允许套筒21的轴向运动和旋转运动,如下面将更加详细描述的。
便利地,夹具15由压制金属板制成,并且被成形从而装配在所述铰链杯形法兰12上。夹具15中的一对孔16、17被设计为与铰链杯形法兰12中的安装孔18、19对准,便利地允许通过使用相同的紧固件将所述夹具和铰链杯形法兰一起安装在所述门上。当然,将夹具15安装在铰链杯形法兰12上的其他装置也是可以的,包括例如使用扣合(snap-fit)连接。
从套筒21伸出一个致动翼22。如附图中可看到的,所述翼22被布置为突出穿过夹具15的中间部分的开口段15c。所述翼22被设计为在趋向于所述铰链的闭合运动结束时与臂组件11的下段接合。与臂组件11接合的翼22的所述面是轮廓相合的,使得其用作凸轮。具体地,随着所述臂组件11接近其闭合位置,臂组件11与翼22的接合使得套筒21围绕其纵向轴线25旋转。
除了引起套筒21的旋转运动,还引起套筒21沿着凹槽26轴向运动。引起上述运动的机构包括套筒21上的凸轮从动件23(在附图中仅局部可见),该凸轮从动件23与位于铰链杯形法兰12上的螺旋延伸的凸轮系统轨道(camming track)24接合。当由于臂组件11对翼22的作用使套筒21旋转时(由附图中的箭头A示出),由于凸轮从动件23对凸轮系统轨道24的作用使得所述套筒沿着凹槽26运动(由附图中的箭头B示出)。由于阻尼器活塞20被保持抵住夹具15的末端段15a,以及阻尼器圆柱体被保持在套筒21内,所以实际效果是造成所述阻尼器的压缩。所述阻尼器的压缩经由翼22将阻尼力传递回至臂组件11,从而抵制所述铰链的闭合运动。
螺旋延伸的凸轮系统轨道24位于该布置的中心,并且形成在所述铰链杯形法兰12本身上。所述任何一个都不是必须的。凸轮系统轨道可被形成至一侧。或者,凸轮系统轨道可被形成为两个分开的段,一侧上存在一个段。可替代地或者额外地,凸轮系统轨道可形成在夹具15上。如果凸轮系统轨道24被设置在夹具15上,则具有如下优势,即,可将阻尼器组件14装配至标准铰链、或者仅以最小修改被重新装配至现有铰链。然而,出于美观原因,优选的是将铰链杯形法兰12上的凸轮系统轨道24形成作为其整体部分。在任何布置中,总体上所述铰链和阻尼器组件的部件的数目能够保持为最小值。
在此,阻尼器组件14被设计为容纳标准形式的线性阻尼器,其中翼和凸轮从动件特征形成在套筒上。一种替代选择是,提供一种特别设计的阻尼器,该阻尼器具有形成为其整体部分的翼和凸轮从动件特征。这将具有如下优势,即,使总体组件中的部件数目最小化,以及便于制造过程。
在上面所描述的布置中,凸轮从动件采取与所述凸轮系统轨道互补的一短段螺旋轨道的形式。然而,凸轮从动件可替代地采取销或其他类似物的形式。在销或其他类似物形式中,凸轮从动件将基本上只与凸轮系统轨道进行点接触。这将允许改变凸轮系统轨道的节距(pi tch)的可能性。改变凸轮系统轨道的节距将导致阻尼器组件将可变阻尼力传递至所述铰链,因为阻尼器的运动速率相对于所述铰链的旋转速率将不是恒定的。因此,例如,可布置为,在所述铰链的最后闭合运动的过程中,待被传递至所述铰链的阻尼力将逐渐减小。应理解,所述销和凸轮系统轨道的定位还可通过与上述完全相反的方式布置。进一步应理解,其他布置可同样很好地用于将所述铰链的旋转运动转换为所述阻尼器的线性运动,如在我们的早期已公开申请WO2006/088435中所示。
Claims (15)
1.一种铰链组件,包括:肘节式铰链;具有线性阻尼装置的阻尼器组件;以及,夹具;其中所述阻尼装置被布置为其轴线与所述铰链的运动轴线平行,并且所述阻尼装置被安装在所述夹具和铰链杯形法兰之间,所述铰链组件进一步包括用于在所述铰链的至少一部分旋转运动的范围内将所述铰链的旋转运动转换为所述阻尼装置的线性运动的器件,该运动转换器件包括凸轮面和凸轮从动件,所述凸轮面和凸轮从动件中的一个被设置在所述阻尼器组件上,另一个被设置在所述夹具和/或所述铰链杯形法兰上。
2.如权利要求1所述的铰链组件,其中所述阻尼器组件被直接安装在所述铰链杯形法兰上。
3.如权利要求1或权利要求2所述的铰链组件,其中所述铰链杯形法兰设有用于定位所述阻尼器组件并有助于引导所述阻尼器组件的运转移动的器件。
4.如权利要求3所述的铰链组件,其中所述铰链杯形法兰包括一个细长径向凹槽,用于定位所述线性阻尼装置并引导所述线性阻尼装置的运动。
