Abstract

本发明提供一种集成电路的恒流照明灯电路,采用三端可调稳压集成电路元件,其输出引脚和调压引脚接第一调压电阻两端,其调压引脚通过第二调压电阻接地,其负载为LED发光二极管阵列,为并联四组LED发光二极管,每组为串联五个LED发光二极管和一个限流电阻。结构简单,成本低,为电动车照明灯提供稳定恒定电流,省电效果显著。

采用集成元件的恒流照明灯电路
技术领域
本发明属于LED电路技术领域,尤其是涉及一种采用集成元件的恒流照明灯电路。
背景技术
电动车采用蓄电池供电,其动力耗电较大,其照明灯同样耗电,电池充电次数频繁容易老化,所以照明灯采用功耗小的LED灯,由于电动车通常采用36V蓄电池供电,随着负载的变化其电压不稳定,因此需要采用恒流供电以保证发光管的电流稳定。
发明内容
本发明要解决的问题是提供一种结构简单,耗电少,稳定的LED电路。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用的技术方案是:集成电路的恒流照明灯电路,采用三端可调稳压集成电路元件,其输出引脚和调压引脚接第一调压电阻两端,其调压引脚通过第二调压电阻接地,其负载为LED发光二极管阵列,为并联四组LED发光二极管,每组为串联五个LED发光二极管和一个限流电阻。
优选的,所述LED发光二极管为聚光型LED发光二极管。
本发明具有的优点和积极效果是:结构简单,成本低,提供稳定恒定电流。

具体实施方式
如图1所示,本发明采用三端可调稳压集成电路元件U1,其型号为LM317,其输出引脚和调压引脚接第一调压电阻R1两端,其调压引脚通过第二调压电阻R2接地,其负载为LED发光二极管阵列,为并联四组LED发光二极管,每组为串联五个LED发光二极管和一个限流电阻R3;所述LED发光二极管为聚光型LED发光二极管,所述第一调压电阻R1、第二调压电阻R2和限流电阻R3的值依据所选LED型号而定。
本实例的工作过程:接通电源后,控制开关接通此电路,LED发光二极管发光,电流稳定,耗电量小。

1.一种采用集成元件的恒流照明灯电路,包括LED发光二极管,其特征在于:采用三端可调稳压集成电路元件,其输出引脚和调压引脚接第一调压电阻两端,其调压引脚通过第二调压电阻接地,其负载为LED发光二极管阵列,为并联四组LED发光二极管,每组为串联五个LED发光二极管和一个限流电阻。
2.根据权利要求1所述的LED灯电路,其特征在于:所述LED发光二极管为聚光型LED发光二极管。
