本发明涉及一种医药用CTC顶空瓶盖，包括有瓶盖（1）及瓶塞（2），瓶盖（1）为无螺纹铝瓶盖，其特征在于：在瓶盖（1）与瓶塞（2）之间设一带有磁性的磁力垫片（3），磁力垫片（3）中间设有圆孔（4），本发明同样具备磁性，使用方便，并可重复使用，成本低，每套仅需0.2元，大大节约了企业的费用开支。

技术领域
本发明属于医疗器具技术领域，特别涉及一种用于检测样品溶媒残余的医药用CTC（circulating tumor cell）顶空瓶盖。
背景技术
目前，制药及化工行业在检测样品溶媒殘余时，要采用CTC顶空瓶，CTC顶空瓶上设有一个带螺纹的瓶盖，瓶盖内设置一塞子，带螺纹的瓶盖具有磁性。样品检测时，利用仪器自动进样器上的磁力将样品从样品盘中吸引，移至加热炉进行加热后进样，再利用磁力将样品瓶移回样品盘，完成进样过程。因瓶盖具有磁性配合带磁力的使用，特别方便灵活。但该瓶盖带螺纹又具有磁性，生产工艺复杂，成本高，价格贵，就目前国内厂家尚无法生产，依靠进口，每套费用近10元，给使用企业带来很大的经济负担发明内容
本发明的目的是设计一种结构简单、成本低廉、使用方便的医药用CTC顶空瓶盖。实现本发明的目的所采取的技术方案是：该医药用CTC顶空瓶盖包括有瓶盖及瓶塞，瓶盖为无螺纹铝瓶盖，在瓶盖与瓶塞之间设一带有磁性的磁力垫片，磁力垫片中间设有圆孔。封装时，瓶塞塞在瓶口上，瓶塞的上面设置磁力垫片，用无螺纹铝瓶盖将磁力垫片、瓶塞及瓶口进行封装。
本发明同样具备磁性，使用方便，并可重复使用，成本低，每套仅需0. 2元，大大节约了企业的费用开支。

具体实施方式
参照附图，该医药用CTC顶空瓶盖包括有瓶盖1及瓶塞2，瓶盖1为无螺纹铝瓶盖，在瓶盖1与瓶塞2之间设一带有磁性的磁力垫片3，磁力垫片3中间设有圆孔4。封装时，瓶塞2塞在瓶口上，瓶塞2的上面设置磁力垫片3，用无螺纹铝瓶盖1将磁力垫片3、瓶塞2及瓶口进行封装。

1.一种医药用CTC顶空瓶盖，包括有瓶盖（1）及瓶塞（2），瓶盖（1）为无螺纹铝瓶盖，其特征在于：在瓶盖（1）与瓶塞（2）之间设一带有磁性的磁力垫片（3），磁力垫片（3）中间设有圆孔（4）。
