Abstract

本发明是一种蓄电池用压O型环装置,该装置包括一T形架,在T形架的下端焊接一半中空的直杆,直杆的下端内侧圆孔与待压的O型环的大小相等,T形架与直杆都是不锈钢材质,T形架的外侧设置一层防滑垫。直杆下面的圆孔与要压入的O型环的大小一致,既能帮助工人快速压入O型环,还能防止工人因为长期操作对手部造成的伤害,操作区还设置了防滑垫,还能减少操作的意外伤害。本发明结构简单,制作方便,成本低廉。

技术领域
    本发明涉及蓄电池的制造领域,具体的说是一种蓄电池包装过程中的压O型环的的装置。
技术背景
    在蓄电池所有正板和负板都装在蓄电池的外盒之后,需要对对蓄电池的外盒加盖,由于蓄电池具有腐蚀性,需要对蓄电池做好密封,这样需要在外盒的孔内放置一橡胶的O型环,但是该O型环非常小,工人用手压入会非常吃力,同时因为蓄电池外盒上有少量的硫酸液,也会对手造成一定的腐蚀。
发明内容
    为了解决上述问题,本发明提供了一种蓄电池用压O型环的装置,该装置结构简单,制作方便,既能帮助工人快速的压入O型环,又能防止由于长期工作队工人的手部的损伤。
    为了达到上述目的,本发明是通过以下技术方案实现的:
本发明是一种蓄电池用压O型环装置,其特征在于:该装置包括一T形架,在T形架的下端焊接一半中空的直杆。
本发明的进一步改进在于:直杆的下端内侧圆孔与待压的O型环的大小相等。
本发明的进一步改进在于:T形架与直杆都是不锈钢材质。
本发明的进一步改进在于:T形架的外侧设置一层防滑垫。
本发明的有益效果:直杆下面的圆孔与要压入的O型环的大小一致,既能帮助工人快速压入O型环,还能防止工人因为长期操作对手部造成的伤害,操作区还设置了防滑垫,还能减少操作的意外伤害。
本发明结构简单,制作方便,成本低廉。

具体实施方式

如图1、2所示,本发明的是一种蓄电池用压O型环装置,该装置包括一T形架1,所述T形架1的外侧设置一层防滑垫3,防止工人因为手滑而造成伤害,在所述T形架1的下端焊接一中间为半中空的直杆2,所述直杆2的下端内侧圆孔与待压的O型环的大小相等,这样就能方便的压入O型环,简单方便,所述T形架1与所述直杆2都是不锈钢材质,结构坚硬。
本发明结构简单,制作方便,成本低廉,既能帮助工人快速压入O型环,还能防止工人因为长期操作对手部造成的伤害,操作区还设置了防滑垫,还能减少操作的意外伤害。

1.一种蓄电池用压O型环装置,其特征在于:该装置包括一T形架(1),在所述T形架(1)的下端焊接一中间为半中空的直杆(2)。
2.根据权利要求1所述一种蓄电池用压O型环装置,其特征在于:所述直杆(2)的下端内侧圆孔与待压的O型环的大小相等。
3.根据权利要求1或2 所述一种蓄电池用O型环装置,其特征在于:所述T形架(1)与所述直杆(2)都是不锈钢材质。
4.根据权利要求1-3的任一项所述一种蓄电池用O型环装置,其特征在于:所述T形架(1)的外侧设置一层防滑垫(3)。
