本发明涉及一种屋顶太阳能集热板清雪装置,包括经固定支架斜置安装在屋顶的太阳能集热板,其特征在于:所述固定支架上设置有用以清扫太阳能集热板表面积雪的清扫机构。本发明结构简单,操作便捷,积雪清扫效果显著,并且根据不同需要可以设置不同的操作机构,从而满足不同的清扫需求。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种屋顶太阳能集热板清雪装置,应用于太阳能集热板的清扫作业过程。
背景技术
太阳能在越来越多的地方被使用,而太阳能集热板的阳光吸收率直接影响着太阳能的光电转化效率。目前在北方等气候寒冷区域使用太阳能时,会遇到太阳能集热板上会出现积雪的情况,这样极大影响着太阳能的利用过程。因此,针对上述问题是本发明的研究对象。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种屋顶太阳能集热板清雪装置,有力解决了太阳能集热板积雪清扫问题。
本发明的特征在于:一种屋顶太阳能集热板清雪装置,包括经固定支架斜置安装在屋顶的太阳能集热板,其特征在于:所述固定支架上设置有用以清扫太阳能集热板表面积雪的清扫机构。
本发明的优点:本发明结构简单,操作便捷,积雪清扫效果显著,并且根据不同需要可以设置不同的操作机构,从而满足不同的清扫需求。

具体实施方式
本发明以下将结合实例(附图)作以详细的描述:
本发明一种屋顶太阳能集热板清雪装置,包括经固定支架1斜置安装在屋顶的太阳能集热板2,所述固定支架1上设置有用以清扫太阳能集热板表面积雪的清扫机构。
上述清扫机构为手动操作机构,包括设于太阳能集热板2两旁侧部固定支架1上且可相对太阳能集热板2滑动的导块3,所述导块3之间连接有用以清扫太阳能集热板表面积雪的扫体4,所述扫体4的上端通过弹簧5与固定支架1连接,所述扫体4的下端连接有手拉牵引绳6,如图1。
上述清扫机构为自动操作机构,包括设于太阳能集热板2一旁侧部固定支架1上且可相对太阳能集热板2移动的齿条7,所述齿条7上连接有横设于太阳能集热板2表面上的扫体8,所述齿条7经设于固定支架1上的电机9输出轴上的主动齿轮10驱动,如图2。
上述太阳能集热板1下方的屋顶位置上设置有倾斜安装的积雪收集槽11,所述积雪收集槽11底侧设有供热管路12,所述积雪收集槽11的槽体内设有导热片13,所述积雪收集槽11的下旁侧部上开设有排水孔11-1。
具体实施过程:当采用手动操作机构来清扫积雪时,只需人工拉动手拉牵引绳,使扫体通过导块在太阳能集热板的表面扫过,并使积雪落入下方的积雪收集槽内,通过积雪收集槽底侧上的供热管路给导热片供热,使积雪融化,并从排水孔内排出融化的雪水,松开手拉牵引绳时,扫体通过复位弹簧回至原位,以待下次操作;当采用自动操作机构来清扫积雪时,只需驱动电机,使电机的主动齿轮旋转并驱动齿条移动,由于扫体与齿条连接在一起,即可使扫体在太阳能集热板的表面扫过,并使积雪落入下方的积雪收集槽内,通过积雪收集槽底侧上的供热管路给导热片供热,使积雪融化,并从排水孔内排出融化的雪水,通过电机的正反转来实现扫体回至原位,以待下次操作,电机可由太阳能光电转换后储存在蓄电池的电能供电。

1.一种屋顶太阳能集热板清雪装置,包括经固定支架斜置安装在屋顶的太阳能集热板,其特征在于:所述固定支架上设置有用以清扫太阳能集热板表面积雪的清扫机构;所述清扫机构为手动操作机构或自动操作机构,所述手动操作机构包括设于太阳能集热板两旁侧部固定支架上且可相对太阳能集热板滑动的导块,所述导块之间连接有用以清扫太阳能集热板表面积雪的扫体,所述扫体的上端通过弹簧与固定支架连接,所述扫体的下端连接有手拉牵引绳;所述自动操作机构包括设于太阳能集热板一旁侧部固定支架上且可相对太阳能集热板移动的齿条,所述齿条上连接有横设于太阳能集热板表面上的扫体,所述齿条经设于固定支架上的电机输出轴上的主动齿轮驱动;所述太阳能集热板下方的屋顶位置上设置有倾斜安装的积雪收集槽,所述积雪收集槽底侧设有供热管路,所述积雪收集槽的槽体内设有导热片,所述积雪收集槽的下旁侧部上开设有排水孔
