Abstract

本发明涉及一种板材铡切器,包括条状载物台,该条状载物台的一端铰接有切刀,条状载物台上对应于切刀的位置处设置有与切刀铡切配合的刀槽,所述切刀远离铰接位置的一端可拆固定连接有铡切手柄。本发明的板材铡切器在使用时,将待切断的板材放置于条状载物台上,手动按压铡切手柄,使切刀对板材实施切断。采用该板材铡切器来工作时,不会产生噪音,避免了噪声污染,不会对操作者的听觉产生损害。另外,采用切刀来切断板材,其切口处不会产生毛刺,切断的质量较高。还有,采用人工手动切断板材,消除了安全隐患。

一种板材铡切器
技术领域
本发明涉及一种板材铡切器,属于切割器具技术领域。
背景技术
目前,在切割木质地板、硬质纸板等板材时,一般均采用旋转锯片式切割机来进行切割作业。采用旋转式锯片切割机来进行板材的切割时存在以下的不足之处:
1、切割时噪音较大,对周围环境产生噪声污染,同时还会对操作者的听觉造成一定的损害;
2、板材的切割边缘存在较多的毛刺,必须再经过二次处理来去除毛刺,致使工作效率较低,劳动强度大;
3、由于旋转锯片是高速旋转的,当锯片出现打刀问题时,存在对操作者产生伤害的安全隐患。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是克服现有的缺陷,提供了一种板材铡切器。
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明提供了如下的技术方案:一种板材铡切器,包括条状载物台,该条状载物台的一端铰接有切刀,条状载物台上对应于切刀的位置处设置有与切刀铡切配合的刀槽,所述切刀远离铰接位置的一端可拆固定连接有铡切手柄。
所述刀槽顶部的槽沿上固设置有铡切齿。
所述条状载物台由首尾相接的前端载物台和后端载物台可拆固连构成。
所述切刀的刀刃为弧形。
所述铡切手柄上设置有朝向条状载物台的限位支撑柱,限位支撑柱的悬伸末端设置有支板。
所述铡切手柄的末端伸出条状载物台远离铰接位置的端部。
所述条状载物台的前、后两端均固定安装有支腿。
本发明的板材铡切器在使用时,将待切断的板材放置于条状载物台上,手动按压铡切手柄,使切刀对板材实施切断。采用该板材铡切器来工作时,不会产生噪音,避免了噪声污染,不会对操作者的听觉产生损害。另外,采用切刀来切断板材,其切口处不会产生毛刺,切断的质量较高。还有,采用人工手动切断板材,消除了安全隐患。另外,该板材铡切器不需用电,节约能源。也不产生粉尘。
另外,在刀槽顶部的槽沿上固设置有铡切齿,铡切齿可以防止在切断操作时板材的滑动,进而提高了切断的质量。

具体实施方式
以下结合附图对本发明的优选实施例进行说明,应当理解,此处所描述的优选实施例仅用于说明和解释本发明,并不用于限定本发明。
如图1、2所示,本发明板材铡切器的实施例,包括由首尾相接的前端载物台4和后端载物台7通过螺栓可拆固连构成的条状载物台,在条状载物台的前、后两端均固定安装有支腿8。在条状载物台的一端通过销轴2铰接有一把切刀3,该切刀3的刀刃为弧形。在条状载物台上对应于切刀的位置处设置有与切刀铡切配合的刀槽6,在刀槽6顶部的槽沿上一体化固设置有铡切齿1。为了降低切断时操作者所使用的力,在切刀远离铰接位置的一端可拆固定连接有铡切手柄5,安装过手柄后等于加长了力臂,则在切断时用较小的力便可将板材切断。在铡切手柄5上设置有朝向条状载物台的限位支撑柱,限位支撑柱的悬伸末端设置有支板,设置支撑柱可以防止出现因用力过猛而损坏该板材铡切器或伤到操作者的手部。另外,铡切手柄的末端伸出条状载物台远离铰接位置的端部,这样可以防止手触碰到条状载物台而伤到手。

1.一种板材铡切器,其特征在于:包括条状载物台,该条状载物台的一端铰接有切刀,条状载物台上对应于切刀的位置处设置有与切刀铡切配合的刀槽,所述切刀远离铰接位置的一端可拆固定连接有铡切手柄。
2.根据权利要求1所述的板材铡切器,其特征在于:所述刀槽顶部的槽沿上固设置有铡切齿。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的板材铡切器,其特征在于:所述条状载物台由首尾相接的前端载物台和后端载物台可拆固连构成。
4.根据权利要求3所述的板材铡切器,其特征在于:所述切刀的刀刃为弧形。
5.根据权利要求4所述的板材铡切器,其特征在于:所述铡切手柄上设置有朝向条状载物台的限位支撑柱,限位支撑柱的悬伸末端设置有支板。
6.根据权利要求5所述的板材铡切器,其特征在于:所述铡切手柄的末端伸出条状载物台远离铰接位置的端部。
7.根据权利要求6所述的板材铡切器,其特征在于:所述条状载物台的前、后两端均固定安装有支腿。
