Description
Technical Field
The present invention relates to mobile communication technology, and in particular, to a method, system, and device for routing a mobile service message.
Background
In recent years, the functions of the mobile phone are more and more extensive, including various functions such as map navigation, photographing, IM, two-dimensional code, video playing, music playing, payment and the like, and the diversified requirements of mass users are met.
Various service functions are usually implemented by service software installed on the mobile phone, and one mobile service software may implement one to more mobile service functions. The mobile service software can be developed in advance by a terminal manufacturer and installed on the mobile phone, or can be developed by a third-party software provider, and then the user downloads the software client and installs the software client on the mobile phone. For many mobile services, in addition to the service software client installed on the mobile phone, the mobile services also need to be connected with the service platform equipment on the network side to implement various service functions.
In practical use, many mobile services have interconnection scenarios, such as:
(1) sharing the service content, when the user 1 uses a service, the currently accessed service content is sent to the user 2, and the terminal of the user 2 opens the service content for processing. For example, after the user 1 uses a service software to find a map content, it needs to send the map content to a friend for sharing and subsequent processing. Other similar situations include music sharing, video sharing, and the like.
(2) And when the user 1 uses one service, the mobile service software client of the user 2 needs to be activated to perform service interaction with the 2 nd user, and the common call service can be understood as the interaction between the voice service clients. The user 1 may initiate a voice communication request in a dial-up service software preset in the terminal, or may initiate a voice communication request in a Web browsing service, which is now commonly referred to as click-to-dial. Besides voice services, short message services are also common service interaction examples, and others include similar or heterogeneous service interactions such as IM (instant messaging) and video.
(3) For example, a mobile phone is used for photographing through a two-dimensional code, an address of a company corresponding to the two-dimensional code is accessed, and if a navigation software is started to navigate to the company, client software of the two-dimensional code service and service software of map navigation are required to be interconnected.
Therefore, there are many interconnection requirements among various mobile service software, and services include interconnection between internet services and mobile services, interconnection between different services on the same mobile phone, interconnection between different mobile services between different mobile phone terminals, and the like.
At present, each application software is provided by a plurality of software manufacturers, and each application is generally relatively independent, lacks an interconnection mechanism and is difficult to realize standard interconnection and fusion. When various services need to be interconnected, the services are usually realized through interface integration between corresponding network side service platform devices, so that the network side service platform devices are in a responsible mesh structure, and upgrading and maintenance are not facilitated.
Currently, some mobile services may implement the interconnection between the present service, the present service and other services through messages, which may be referred to as message services, and include: short message service, MMS service, IM service, email, etc.
However, many other mobile services have no perfect mechanism for implementing application layer service interworking through messages, such as map navigation, video, music, payment, and other services. Or only the mutual sending of messages among different users in the service is realized, but the service providers cannot share the interaction through the messages at different times. Even if the same service is provided, the service network does not have a scheme for correctly providing service messages to corresponding mobile users because of the existence of a plurality of service providers and different preference and service subscription conditions of different mobile users.

After receiving the message, the mobile phone video service system can open the address in the link to play the video content and manage the received and transmitted video message.
According to the above system for interconnecting messages between mobile services, an embodiment of the present invention provides a method for routing messages between mobile services, including the following steps:
step 101, managing a service message routing table, where the service message routing table at least includes a service message identifier, a user identifier, and a target service platform identifier, and setting, updating, and querying a routing parameter of a service message in a service message gateway. The implementation mode of the business function relationship information management comprises the following steps:
(11) and setting a default service message route, wherein the route of all users to a certain mobile service message points to the default mobile service of the service function corresponding to the service message. The default service message routing setting may be to bind the service message identifier with the default target service identifier. If the user identifier contained in the service message is not pre-stored in the service message routing table, finding the default target service according to the service message identifier contained in the service message, and sending the service message to the corresponding target service processing equipment according to the default target service identifier.
(12) When a user subscribes a certain mobile service of an operator, if the route change condition of the service message is met, setting the service message corresponding to all or part of service functions contained in the mobile service and the route associated with the user identifier, and pointing to the service, namely binding the service message identifier and the target service identifier corresponding to all or part of the service functions of the subscribed service with the user identifier of the user in a service message routing table. The service message route change condition is, for example: the user has not subscribed to other mobile services associated with the service message.
(13) The user subscribes a certain mobile service, the user and the route of the service message corresponding to the mobile service point to the default mobile service corresponding to the service message, namely the user identification of the user and the service message identification of the service point to the target service identification of the default target service.
The service message routing table management further comprises the step of managing mobile service functions supported by the mobile services, each mobile service registration being associated to one or more service functions.
102, user 1 sends service message of service 1 to service message gateway through own mobile terminal, the service message at least includes service message identification, user identification, service message content parameter;
the entity of the service 1 sending the service message may be a mobile terminal or a network side service platform device. The service 1 initiating the service message may be a mobile service or a non-mobile service accessed on the internet.
Step 103, the service message gateway determines the target service processing device of the service message, receives the service message sent from the user 1 through the communication network, retrieves through the service message routing table unit, and determines the corresponding target service identifier according to the user identifier and the service message identifier of the message, thereby determining the target service processing device.
And step 104, the service message gateway sends the service message to the service processing equipment corresponding to the target service identifier, and the target service processing equipment receives and processes the service message.
The processing device corresponding to the target service identifier may be a service processing module of the network side service platform device of the target service, or may be a service processing module of the target service at the mobile terminal.
As an implementation manner, the service message gateway may change the format of the service message and then forward the service message to the target service processing unit.
As an implementation manner of step 104, if the processing device corresponding to the target service identifier is a service processing module installed on the mobile terminal, the method includes the following steps:
(41) the service message gateway sends the service message to the mobile terminal of the user 2 through the mobile communication network, and the sending mode includes but is not limited to short message and packet domain IP message
(42) After receiving the service message, the mobile terminal of the user 2 acquires the target service identifier in the message, immediately starts the service processing module of the corresponding target service, and transmits the service message parameter to the service processing module of the target service. Before starting the target service processing module, the voice and light prompts can be sent out, and the content of the received message and the sending user are displayed on the mobile terminal, so that the user can know and confirm the received message.
As an embodiment of step (42), after receiving the service message, the mobile terminal of the user 2 acquires the target service identifier in the message, detects whether the user has subscribed to the target service, and displays a prompt message to guide the user to subscribe to the service if the user has not subscribed to the service. Through this step, the user may be guided to use and subscribe to new services.
As an embodiment of step 104, the following steps are included: the service message gateway sends the service message to the network side service platform device corresponding to the target service identifier through the communication network, and the target network side service platform device receives the service message and performs service processing according to the service logic of the service according to the target user identifier and the content of the service message, for example, a service processing module which sends prompt information to the target user or starts the service processing module can also be only stored in a message library of the service.
The following is an example of a specific application of the method of the invention:
step 101, service message routing table management. The service message routing table at least comprises a service message identifier, a user identifier and a target service platform identifier, and routing parameter setting, updating and inquiring of the service message are carried out in the service message gateway.
The implementation mode of the business function relationship information management comprises the following steps:
in this embodiment, in the management of the service message routing table, the set service functions include map navigation, video playing, music playing, WAP browsing, and mobile payment, and the corresponding service message identifiers are MSG _ map navigation, MSG _ video playing, MSG _ music playing, MSG _ browsing, and MSG _ mobile payment. The service message routing table is stored as a data table, and the table structure is shown as follows:
sequence number user identification service message identification target service identification remark
1133111 MSG map navigation SER wing navigation …
2133222 MSG map navigation SER GoogleMap …
3133111 MSG music Player SER music …
The mobile service 'SER _ wing navigation' and 'SER _ google map' are both registered to support the processing of 'MSG _ map navigation' service messages, namely, the mobile service 'SER _ wing navigation' and 'SER _ google map' can be used as target processing service entities of the messages. The "SER _ love music" registration supports the "MSG _ music play" message.
A mobile service may also register to support multiple service messages, for example "SER _ google map" may support both "MSG _ map navigation" and "MSG _ browse" messages. The association support may be administratively set by the operator.
According to the service message routing table, the service message gateway retrieves the target service identifier of the received message through the user identifier and the service message identifier, and performs subsequent processing.
As an embodiment of the service message routing table management, the method includes:
(11) and setting a default service message route, wherein the route of all users to a certain mobile service message points to the default mobile service of the service function corresponding to the service message. For example, the default target service identifier of the MSG map navigation message is set as: SER wing sky navigation.
(12) When a user subscribes a certain mobile service of an operator, if the route modification condition of the service message is met, setting the service message corresponding to all or part of the service functions contained in the mobile service and the route associated with the user identification to point to the service. The service message route change condition is, for example: the user has not subscribed to other mobile services associated with the service message. In this embodiment, if the user 133222 subscribes to the "SER _ google map" service and SER _ map navigation supports MSG _ map navigation message processing, the MSG _ map navigation message processing entity address of the user 133222 is changed to the "SER _ google map" service identifier in the service function relationship information table.
(13) The user subscribes a certain mobile service, and the route of the service message corresponding to the user and the mobile service is all associated with the default mobile service corresponding to the service message. In this embodiment, if user 133222 unsubscribes "SER _ google map," then its MSG _ map navigation message is associated with the default map navigation service processing entity "SER _ wing navigation" or other subscribed services that support "MSG _ map navigation.
Step 102, the user 1 sends a service message of the service 1 to a service message gateway, wherein the service message at least comprises a service message identifier, a user identifier and a service message content parameter.
In this embodiment, when browsing Web using the internet service 1, the user 133222 finds a dining area and wishes to send a share to the friend 133111, so that the friend can find the dining area smoothly, and then sends a service message "MSG _ map navigation" including a service message identifier ("MSG _ map navigation"), a user identifier (133111), and message content (address latitude and longitude and description information corresponding to the restaurant) to the service message gateway through the network-side service platform device of the internet service 1. The network side service platform device of the internet service 1 is linked with the service message gateway through a communication network (IP network), and the service message sending protocol is defined by an interface protocol of the service message gateway, which may adopt a protocol including but not limited to XML protocol.
Step 103, the service message gateway receives the service message sent from the user 1 through the communication network, retrieves the service message through the service message routing table unit, and determines the corresponding target service identifier according to the user identifier and the service message identifier of the message.
In this embodiment, the service message gateway receives an "MSG _ map navigation" message sent by the network-side service platform device of the internet service 1 through the communication network, and retrieves the target service identifier of the "MSG _ map navigation" message associated with the target user 133111 in the service message routing table as "SER _ angel wing navigation".
And step 104, the service message gateway sends the service message to the service processing equipment corresponding to the target service identifier, and the target service processing equipment receives and processes the service message.
In this embodiment, the service message gateway sends the "MSG _ map navigation" message to the network-side service platform device corresponding to the service "SER _ wing navigation".
As an embodiment of step 104, the "SER _ wing navigation" target service processing entity is an "SER _ wing navigation" service client software element installed on the terminal of user 133111, and includes the following steps:
(41) the terminal is provided with service message gateway terminal software, the service message gateway sends the service message to the mobile terminal of the user 133111 through the mobile communication network, and the sending mode is short message with specific format;
(42) after the short message of the specific format is intercepted by the service message gateway software residing on the terminal of the user 133111, the target service identifier 'SER _ Tian Feng navigation' in the message is extracted, the corresponding Tian Feng navigation client is started, the message content containing the latitude and longitude addresses and the description of the restaurant is used as a parameter to transmit and navigate the 'SER _ Tian Feng navigation' client, the client displays the position of the restaurant through a map and characters, and the user can start navigation to the place at the 'SER _ Tian Feng navigation' client.
