Whether S-CSCF network element adds CIC parameter according to message related to calls determines whether to inquire about ENUM, if be configured to not inquire about ENUM, S-CSCF network element directly goes out call routing IMS territory and continues to calling out by traditional fixed network network; If there is configuration querying ENUM, S-CSCF network element is determined final call proceeding route according to the Query Result of ENUM again;
