Abstract

本发明公开了一种可调底盘高度的履带行走装置，包括机架、安装在机架前端的驱动轮、安装在机架后端的张紧轮，其特征在于：左右二根支撑杆一端分别与机架活动连接另一端分别与左右二个轴承座固定连接，左右二个支撑轮分别安装在左右二个轴承座上，中部可调节支撑杆一端与机架连接另一端与中部轴承座连接，中部支撑轮安装在中部轴承座上，左右二根活动连杆一端分别与左右二根支撑杆活动连接另一端分别与中部轴承座活动连接。本可调底盘高度的履带行走装置的底盘高度可调节，转弯容易，转弯时刮带泥巴少。可应用于收割机上，特别适宜小型收割机使用。

本发明涉及一种可调底盘高度的履带行走装置。
背景技术
目前，收割机上使用的履带行走装置，底盘都不能调节，底盘高度固定不变，收割机转弯时，履带刮带大量泥巴，水田中形成一个大坑，影响水田耕作，收割机转弯也非常困难。
发明内容
本发明就是为了解决上述问题提出的，其目的是提供一种可调底盘高度的履带带行走装置，该可调底盘高度的履带行走装置可调节底盘高度，转弯容易，转弯时刮带泥巴少。
采用的技术方案是：包括机架1、安装在机架1前端的驱动轮2、安装在机架1后端的张紧轮3，其特征在于：左右二根支撑杆4一端分别与机架1活动连接另一端分别与左右二个轴承座5固定连接，左右二个支撑轮6分别安装在左右二个轴承座5上，中部可调节支撑杆7一端与机架1连接另一端与中部轴承座5连接，中部支撑轮6安装在中部轴承座5上，左右二根活动连杆8一端分别与左右二根支撑杆4活动连接另一端分别与中部轴承座5活动连接。
与现有技术相比，本发明的有益效果是：底盘高度可调节，，转弯容易，转弯时刮带泥巴少。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图和实施例对本发明作进一步说明：
在图1、2所示中，驱动轮2安装在机架1的前端，张紧轮3安装在机架1的后端，左右二根支撑杆4一端分别与机架1活动连接另一端分别与左右二个轴承座5固定连接，左右二个支撑轮6分别安装在左右二个轴承座5上，中部可调节支撑杆7一端与机架1连接另一端与中部轴承座5连接，中部支撑轮6安装在中部轴承座5上，左右二根活动连杆8一端分别与左右二根支撑杆4活动连接另一端分别与中部轴承座5活动连接。
中部可调节支撑杆7为二端安装有螺纹套9的螺杆。
中部可调节支撑杆7为液压伸缩杆。
它的工作过程是：如中部可调节支撑杆7为二端安装有螺纹套9的螺杆，则旋转螺杆，螺杆从螺纹套9中旋转出来，中部可调节支撑杆7伸长，在活动连杆8的拉动下，左右二根支撑杆4向中部可调节支撑杆靠拢，可调底盘高度的履带行走装置呈梯形，机架1的位置抬高。反之，可调底盘高度的履带行走装置呈长方形，机架1的位置降低。如中部可调节支撑杆7为液压伸缩杆，只要操作液压装置，可调底盘高度的履带行走装置可自动调节高度。

Claims (3)

1.一种可调底盘高度的履带行走装置，包括机架(1)、安装在机架(1)前端的驱动轮(2)、安装在机架(1)后端的张紧轮(3)，其特征在于：左右二根支撑杆(4)一端分别与机架(1)活动连接另一端分别与左右二个轴承座(5)固定连接，左右二个支撑轮(6)分别安装在左右二个轴承座(5)上，中部可调节支撑杆(7)一端与机架(1)连接另一端与中部轴承座(5)连接，中部支撑轮(6)安装在中部轴承座(5)上，左右二根活动连杆(8)一端分别与左右二根支撑杆(4)活动连接另一端分别与中部轴承座(5)活动连接。
2.根据权利要求1所述的可调底盘高度的履带行走装置，其特征在于：中部可调节支撑杆(7)为二端安装有螺纹套(9)的螺杆。
3.根据权利要求1所述的可调底盘高度的履带行走装置，其特征在于：中部可调节支撑杆(7)为液压伸缩杆。
