本发明提供一种差压变送器零点调整的方法,关闭低压侧进口阀门,打开平衡阀,这样就可以达到高低压侧平衡,阀门的调整可通过调零螺丝或手操器对变送器零点校正,不需要排泄;其优点是只需要操作两个阀门,就可对变送器进行零点校正,既节省了时间,又不需要排泄,能够及时将变送器投入工作状态,提高效率。

本发明涉及一种调整方法,具体涉及一种差压变送器零点调整的方法。
背景技术
目前传统的差压变送器调零点,需要关闭高低压进口阀门、打开平衡阀、打开高低压侧排泄孔,方可进行零点调整。这样不仅操作麻烦、而且如果介质是液体,尤其是微差压变送器,排泄不净,容易造成零点漂移,致使测量结果不准确,调整完毕后需要将上述操作的阀门全部复位,并且需要较长时间才能达到工作状态(排放的冷凝液需重新冷凝)。
发明内容
为解决现有技术的不足,本发明提供一种差压变送器零点调整的方法。
本发明所采取的技术方案是:一种差压变送器零点调整的方法,关闭低压侧进口阀门,打开平衡阀,这样就可以达到高低压侧平衡,阀门的调整可通过调零螺丝或手操器对变送器零点校正,不需要排泄。
本发明的有益效果是:只需要操作两个阀门,就可对变送器进行零点校正,既节省了时间,又不需要排泄,能够及时将变送器投入工作状态,提高效率。
