Abstract

本发明揭示了一种液体动力自动搅拌沼气发酵装置。该装置由内罐和外罐以及所附属的管道、电磁阀门和进料泵组成。所述电磁阀门和进料泵电源开关由液位探头和PLC控制,实现利用发酵过程产生的沼气推动内、外罐沼液液面高度差变化。利用后者产生的液体动力实现沼气发酵过程的自动搅拌。

一种液体动力自动搅拌沼气发酵装置
发明涉及的技术领域 
本发明涉及环境保护与资源再利用领域,具体地涉及到一种液体动力自动搅拌沼气发酵装置。 
发明的技术背景 
在沼气发酵装置中设置搅拌装置改善发酵过程的传质传热效率,以缩短发酵周期,提高沼气中甲烷的含量和发酵基质的利用率。目前采用的搅拌装置有四类:其一是通过循环水泵对发酵基质进行混合的液体搅拌装置;其二是利用电力驱动的机械搅拌装置;其三是以压缩的沼气作为搅拌动力的气体搅拌装置;其四是利用沼气在特别设计的发酵罐中产生的压力驱动的料液液力自动搅拌装置。 
用泵驱动的液体搅拌装置耗电量大、设备可靠性不高且搅拌效果不甚好。机械搅拌装置虽然比较实用,技术也很成熟,但其能耗大、故障率高且维修困难。以压缩沼气为动力的搅拌装置常因压力不足或工艺缺陷等因素产生管道堵塞等故障,而且要用沼气压缩机压缩的沼气进行搅拌,因此能耗高、设备故障率也很高。本发明揭示的液体动力自动搅拌沼气发酵装置就是一种利用沼气在特别设计的发酵罐中产生的压力驱动的发酵液液力自动搅拌装置。该装置结构简单、维护方便、经久耐用、无能耗、传质传热效果良好,从而使沼气发酵过程高效地运行。 
本发明的内容和发酵罐液力自动搅拌的工作原理 
本发明揭示了一种由内、外双罐结构组成的沼气发酵装置。此种发酵装置的内罐高度的一半设置在外罐内部,另一半凸出于外罐之上端。外罐的容积为内罐容积的四到六倍。内罐的下端距离外罐底部约10至100cm,并设置有按流体力学原理设计的导流罩。外罐的上端设置有和内罐的上端连通的管道,并安装有受“可编程逻辑控制器”(以下简称PLC)控制的电磁阀。内罐的上端还设置有沼气和沼液的排放管道。利用该罐的上述特殊结构和对电磁阀的逻辑控制,使发酵过程产生的绝大部分沼气聚集在外罐的上部。当设置在内、外罐上端连通管道上的电磁阀一处于关闭状态,聚集在外罐上部的沼气产生的压力将外罐中的发酵液从内罐的下端压入内罐,从而实现外罐沼液向内罐的自动注入。当内罐中的发酵液液面上升至液位探头二的设定位置时,输送用于发酵的新鲜料液的进料泵开,料液从外罐上端的进料口 注入。与此同时,发酵后的沼液经内罐上端的沼液排出管道排出。当外罐中的发酵液液面上升至液位探头一的设定位置时,设置在内、外罐上端连通管道上的电磁阀一自动打开的同时进料泵电源关闭。外罐上端聚集的沼气迅速排入内罐上端,促使内罐上部的沼液液面迅速下降,并以冲击流的形式从内罐下端排入到外罐底部,从而实现内外罐中沼液的又一次自动交换。当内、外罐中的发酵液液面达到同一水平面时,设置在内外罐上端连通管道上的电磁阀一自动关闭。发酵过程进入下一个液体动力自动搅拌过程。

Claims (2)

1.一种液体动力自动搅拌沼气发酵装置,其特征在于:所述的沼气发酵装置由外罐和内罐组成;所述的内罐高度的一半设置在外罐内部,另一半凸出于外罐之上端;外罐的容积为内罐容积的四到六倍。所述的外罐上端和内罐上端设置有沼气连通管道和受PLC控制的电磁阀。所述的外罐上端装设有发酵物料注入口。后者与受PLC控制的进料泵相连。
2.根据权利要求书1所述的液体动力自动搅拌沼气发酵装置,其特征在于:所述的内、外罐的上端均设置有液面探头。后者发送液面位置信号至PLC控制回路,以控制上述电磁阀和进料泵电源的开合。
