技术领域
本发明涉及一种醋丙乳液保温涂料。
技术背景
目前,我国的建筑隔热保温材料及其制品与涂料是两种材质各异、用途不同的单一产品。如果使用在同一个建筑墙体或天面上,明显存在附着力差,结构不牢、使用寿命短等缺陷,因为现有的保温材料和制品多属轻质蓬松,用料粗厚,如泡沫塑料板、微孔纤维制品、聚苯颗粒、普通膨胀珍珠岩之类。粘结在墙体或天面上,必须加作网格布和砂浆层,然后才能刮涂。室外甚至难以避免松脱掉落,起皮开裂,室内明显过多的占用房屋使用空间或影响装饰效果及施工复杂等弊病。尤其是上述的轻质材厚,附着力差、结构不牢、使用寿命短的保温材料等制品不能与饰面腻子或装饰涂料完美的结合,达不到保温装饰的双层效果。所以限制了在建筑方面的推广应用。
发明内容
本发明目的是为了克服现有技术的不足,提供一种优越的延伸率的醋丙乳液保温涂料。
为解决上述问题,本发明的技术方案是:一种醋丙乳液保温涂料按下列原料按照重量配比搅拌制成:120份醋丙乳液,40份闭孔珍珠岩,20份聚丙烯纤维,15份可再分散乳胶粉,12份硅酸钾钠,5份方解石粉末,20份过氧化苯甲酰,10份苯酚,16份粘结剂,10份松节油,65份水,12份防腐剂,15份高岭土,13份增稠剂,8份成膜助剂。
本发明的有益效果:
1、本产品中添加了闭孔珍珠岩使其具有良好的隔热保温效果。
2、优越的延伸率。
3、耐水、耐碱性佳。
