The present invention relates to a text input technology, and in particular, to a text sliding input method and apparatus.
Background
With the widespread use of various electronic devices, character or chinese character input is becoming a lot of electronic devices, such as: one of the essential functions of a portable computer, a mobile phone, a Personal Digital Assistant (PDA), and the like; in addition, many electronic devices are provided with a touch screen in order to facilitate input and save space. For the electronic device with the touch screen, a soft keyboard realized by a software mode can be adopted, namely: the keyboard is drawn on the screen, so that a user can realize the input of characters by clicking the screen.
For the characters to be input, different input methods can be adopted according to the needs of the user, such as: a full pinyin input method, a simple pinyin input method, a radical input method, a coding input method and the like. Taking the pinyin input method as an example, the pinyin input method is to continuously input initials and finals and add tones to form a syllable according to the formation rule of syllables of the mandarin, such as: if 'use' is input, 'y' and 'ong' must be continuously input to form 'yong'; "you" is input, then "n" and "i" must be continuously input, forming "ni". The spelling of pinyin has certain spelling rules, such as: the front sound (initial) is light and short, the back sound (final) is heavy, and two sounds are connected and fierce to touch, which is specific to practical application, for example: according to the spelling rule, when inputting "h", the following can only follow "uang", "e", "an", "ang", "ong" and the like, but not "g".
When a user inputs a desired character through a soft keyboard, the conventional method is to use a single key click method, that is: clicking one character for inputting, then identifying and combining each input character through an input method engine of the background of the electronic equipment to obtain pinyin syllables corresponding to the characters to be input, and finally giving out candidate characters according to the obtained pinyin syllables. The input method engine is to convert the input character code string into a corresponding result, such as: inputting the pinyin 'shang', and returning characters such as 'Shang, Shang and Shang' by the input method engine. However, such a single-click input method has certain drawbacks: on one hand, single character is clicked one by one, so that the input efficiency is low; on the other hand, since whether the pinyin corresponding to different characters is distinguished is generally judged according to the click interval between each click, errors are easy to occur in recognition, for example: inputting 'huang', if the click interval between 'u' and 'a' is too long, the input may be recognized as 'hu', so that the character which is continuously input cannot be recognized as the character of the same pinyin syllable, and the character needs to be input again.
Therefore, a sliding input method is proposed, in which a finger or a stylus pen is used on a soft keyboard to click a certain key of the soft keyboard, the finger or the stylus pen is not lifted, the soft keyboard is continuously slid to the vicinity of a next letter to be input, and the finger or the stylus pen is lifted until the input is finished, so that whether pinyin corresponding to the next letter is input or not can be distinguished through whether the finger or the stylus pen is lifted. Specifically, as shown in fig. 1, fig. 1a is a soft keyboard before operation, fig. 1b is a schematic diagram of an implementation principle of inputting characters by a single character sliding input method, and as shown in fig. 1b, when a user wants to input a reading of "hua", the user first clicks the "h" key on the soft keyboard with a finger or a stylus, and then continues to slide without lifting the finger or the stylus to sequentially find and click "u" and "a". In this case, each letter needs to be actively searched when the user inputs the full spelling, which reduces the input efficiency of the character.
Disclosure of Invention
In view of the above, the main objective of the present invention is to provide a sliding input method and apparatus, which can input pinyin syllables corresponding to a desired character quickly and improve the character input efficiency.

In the above scheme, the set display rule is: the initial is taken as the center and is divergently arranged and displayed for 360 degrees, or the initial is arranged and displayed at one side of the initial; or arranged and displayed at both sides or three sides of the initials; or the initials are arranged diagonally in the center and displayed.

Detailed Description
The basic idea of the invention is: after the first letter of the character is input, a candidate input layer is generated according to the input first letter and a preset syllable relation, and a note required to be input is selected from candidate notes of the candidate input layer in a sliding mode.
Here, all notes that can form a correct syllable relationship with the first letter are contained in the candidate input layer. All candidate notes may be arranged in a variety of ways, perhaps 360 degrees around the initial, such as: arranged in a circle, ellipse, square, etc.; it can also be arranged on one side of the initials, such as: arranged in a straight line, arc, etc.; it can also be arranged on two or three sides of the initials, such as: each side is arranged in a straight line, or in an arc shape, or different sides are arranged in a combination of a straight line and an arc shape, and the like; either a fully symmetrical arrangement or an asymmetrical arrangement.
The sliding input method of the present invention is shown in fig. 2, and includes the following steps:
step 201: receiving the initial letter of the currently input character;
step 202: generating a candidate input layer according to the currently input initial and a preset syllable relation;
wherein, the candidate input layer comprises all notes which can form correct syllable relationship with the initial; the syllable relationships can be preset according to basic pinyin rules, and specifically, common syllables are generally classified into the following four categories according to different syllable components:
first, two syllables: initial + final, such as: papa b, hand sh ǒ u, etc.;
second, tripartite syllables: initial consonant + intervowel + vowel, such as: light gu ā ng, quaqu-n, etc.;
third, whole syllables are admitted: the essence is also initial + final, such as: zh ǐ only, four s im, etc.;
fourth, self-syllables: there is no initial consonant, only vowels beginning with a, o, e, such as: ā, ai, a, o, a, 257, oa, ō u, goose, etc.
In pinyin syllables, the initial consonants include: b. p, m, f, d, t, n, l, g, k, h, j, q, x, z, c, s, zh, ch, sh, r, y, w; the vowels include: a. ai, ao, an, ang, o, ou, ong, e, ei, en, eng, i, iu, in, ing, iong, u, ui, un, v; the medium vowel + the vowel include: uai, uei, uan, uen, uang, iao, iou; the whole syllables include: zhi, chi, shi, ri, zi, ci, si, yi, wu, yu, ye, yue, yin, yun, yuan, ying.
The method specifically comprises the following substeps:
step a: determining candidate notes which can be combined with the first letter according to the currently input first letter and a common pinyin rule;
here, the candidate note may be a vowel, or a middle vowel + a vowel, or a letter that may form an overall syllabic syllables; for example: the current input initial is z, then the candidate notes that can be combined with this initial can be a, ai, an, ang, ao, ou, e, en, eng, hi, etc.

All the determined candidate notes are displayed on the soft keyboard, after the candidate input layer is formed, the original soft keyboard cannot accept input information of clicking or touching, and in this case, only sliding clicking input of the candidate input layer is accepted. In the invention, after receiving the input of the first letter, the receiving and the recognition of the key click input in the original soft keyboard are closed.
Specifically, after the display rule is determined, it can be determined where candidate notes are displayed within the screen range, and then the display position areas of the candidate notes jointly form an effective input area of the candidate input layer, that is, when the click point coordinate of the slide input is located in the effective input area, the current input can be accepted, otherwise, the current input cannot be accepted. Namely: when a finger or a touch pen slides to a certain position for clicking, whether the point is located in the effective input area or not and which candidate note the point corresponds to can be determined according to the coordinate position of the current click point, so that the current note required to be input is obtained.

Generally, in the initial state, any key in the soft keyboard is effectively input, and as shown in the soft keyboard in fig. 1a, each key can be displayed in silver; when a key is clicked and pressed, the key will display a different color, such as green, to indicate that the key is pressed, and the pressed key is filled with oblique lines in the figure of the present embodiment.
Taking inputting "navigate" as an example, as shown in fig. 3a to 3d, the sliding input method of the present embodiment includes:
step 31: pressing a key h by a finger; wherein, the pressed h key is shown by diagonal filling, as shown in fig. 3 a;
step 32: determining candidate notes which can be combined with the h according to the currently input initial h and a preset syllable relation, and generating a candidate input layer;
here, first, from the currently input first letter h and a preset syllable relationship, candidate notes that can be combined with h can be determined to include e, an, ang, ong, ua, and the like; then, the display position of each candidate note is determined according to preset display rules, such as: the preset display rule is that the candidate notes are divergently arranged and displayed by 360 degrees by taking the initial as a center, all possible candidate notes are circularly arranged by taking the initial as the center, and correspondingly, the coordinate position of each candidate note can be determined; all possible candidate notes together constitute the candidate input layer, each candidate note corresponding to a key on the candidate input layer, as shown in fig. 3b, the notes in the keys indicated by each circle are candidate notes that can be combined with the first letter h.
Step 33: and sliding from the h key to the key corresponding to the candidate note ang, as shown in fig. 3c, and the black line represents the sliding track.

Because spelling syllables are short and have clear spelling rules in the pinyin input, the input efficiency of a user is greatly improved by combining the full-spelling single character input based on the pinyin grammar rules with the sliding input method, so that the sliding input method can be more comprehensively applied to the full-spelling input, and brand new input experience can be brought to the user.
In the embodiment shown in FIG. 3, all candidate notes in the candidate input layer are displayed in a 360 degree diverging arrangement centered on the first letter, and in particular in a circular arrangement centered on the first letter. In practical applications, all candidate notes in the candidate input layer can be arranged and displayed in various ways, such as: arranged and displayed at one side of the initial, as shown in fig. 4a, all candidate notes are arranged in a straight line; arranged and displayed on both sides of the initial, as shown in fig. 4b and 4c, wherein in fig. 4b, both side candidate notes are arranged in a straight line; in FIG. 4c, the candidate notes on one side are arranged in a straight line and the candidate notes on one side are arranged in an arc.
