Abstract

一种环形特斯拉涡轮,该环形特斯拉涡轮将转子做成一个圆环,环内侧均匀布满环形薄片,喷嘴伸入圆环内侧沿圆环切线方向向圆环喷气,气流会在圆环内侧的导向作用下形成涡流,由于布满圆环内侧的环形薄片大大增加了圆环与气流的接触面,根据边界层效应,圆环将被气流带动一起旋转,从而实现转子的转动。这种环形特斯拉涡轮用圆环内侧的环形薄片取代传统特斯拉涡轮的薄圆盘,环形薄片可与圆环做成一体或从环上支撑和固定,所以比薄圆盘刚度好,不易变形,使转子可以做得直径更大而不易变形,从而功率加大且运行更平稳可靠。

本发明涉及一种环形特斯拉涡轮,属汽轮机技术领域。 
背景技术
特斯拉涡轮又称无叶涡轮,其形状是一根轴上按一定间距固定有多个光滑且薄的圆盘,气流从切线方向冲击这些圆盘,利用边界层效应带动这些圆盘和轴一起转动。该涡轮虽然具有结构简单、体积紧凑、成本低等优点,但因为圆盘尺寸大时刚度不够易变形,盘间涡流挠动大,振动大等缺点而未能普及应用。 
发明内容
为克服现有技术的不足,本发明提供一种环形特斯拉涡轮,该环形特斯拉涡轮将转子做成一个圆环,环内侧均匀布满环形薄片,喷嘴伸入圆环内侧沿圆环切线方向向圆环喷气,气流会在圆环内侧的导向作用下形成涡流,由于布满圆环内侧的环形薄片大大增加了圆环与气流的接触面,根据边界层效应,圆环将被气流带动一起旋转,从而实现转子的转动。这种环形特斯拉涡轮用圆环内侧的环形薄片取代传统特斯拉涡轮的薄圆盘,环形薄片可与圆环做成一体或从环上支撑和固定,所以比薄圆盘刚度好,不易变形,使转子可以做得直径更大而不易变形。环形薄片的形式可以有二种,一种是环与环之间相互平行且互不相连,另一种是环与环之间首尾相连形成内螺纹形状。 
本发明的有益效果是,可以使特斯拉涡轮的尺寸做大,从而功率加大且运行更平稳可靠。

具体实施方式
在图1中,转子(2)内侧有喷嘴(1),喷嘴可以有多个,应均匀分布,以便喷出气流时让转子(2)受力均匀,转子(2)的剖面结构如图2所示,从上至下依次为转动轴(3),转子上盖(4),圆环(5),转子下盖(7),其中圆环(5)内侧分布有环形薄片(6),转子下盖(7)开有排气口(8),气管(9)由排气口(8)伸入转子(2)内连接到喷嘴(1)。 
工作时气体由气管(9)通到到喷嘴(1),由喷嘴(1)喷向圆环(5)内侧, 气流会在圆环(5)内侧的导向作用下形成涡流,由于布满圆环(5)内侧的环形薄片(6)大大增加了圆环(5)与气流的接触面,根据边界层效应,圆环(5)将被气流带动一起旋转,从而实现转子(2)的转动,做完功的泛气由排气口(8)排出。
