本发明的目的是提供一种不透气的饮料杯子，达到卫生的目的。

本发明的优点是：使用时，转动一定角度打开透气孔后可以盛饮料，将饮料倒入杯内；转动一定角度关闭透气孔，盖上盖子防止从顶部落尘，从而起到卫生的作用。

实施例如图1所示，本发明的饮料杯包括杯体和盖子1，杯体由内杯体2和外杯体3组成，内杯体2和外杯体3设计有从上到下依次缩小的相同锥度，两者紧密套扣在一起，且内杯体2和外杯体3上均设有透气孔，两者转动一定角度透气孔可以相通和封闭。
