Step 103: the WLAN service platform determines whether to allow the mobile terminal to access the WLAN network according to the response of the mobile terminal;
specifically, after receiving the response of the mobile terminal, the WLAN service platform makes a judgment according to the response, and if the WLAN service platform receives a play approval response returned by the mobile terminal, the WLAN service platform approves the temporary access of the mobile terminal to the WLAN network and sends a notification of playing an audio/video file or an audio/video data stream of the WLAN service platform to the mobile terminal; if the WLAN service platform receives a play rejection response returned by the mobile terminal, the WLAN service platform rejects the mobile terminal to access the WLAN network;
correspondingly, if the mobile terminal returns a play approval response to the WLAN service platform, the mobile terminal receives a notification that the WLAN service platform sends to itself to play the audio/video file or audio/video data stream of the WLAN service platform; then, the mobile terminal plays the audio and video file or audio and video data stream of the WLAN service platform and feeds back the playing result to the WLAN service platform; the WLAN service platform further makes a decision whether to allow the mobile terminal to completely access the WLAN network according to the playing result fed back by the mobile terminal, that is: when the WLAN service platform judges that the mobile terminal completely plays the audio and video file or audio and video data stream of the WLAN service platform, allowing the mobile terminal to completely access the WLAN network, and sending a notification that the mobile terminal can completely access the WLAN network to the mobile terminal; and when the WLAN service platform judges that the mobile terminal does not completely play the audio and video file or audio and video data stream of the WLAN service platform, refusing the mobile terminal to access the WLAN network.

and the audio and video playing module is used for playing the audio and video files or audio and video data streams received by the access module.
The following describes the implementation process of the method of the present invention in detail with reference to a specific embodiment of the present invention.
Fig. 2 shows an implementation flow of a method for accessing a wireless local area network by a mobile terminal according to a specific embodiment of the present invention, and as shown in fig. 2, the specific steps include:
step 201: the mobile terminal detects whether a free WLAN hotspot exists in the mobile internet, and sends a WLAN network access request to the WLAN service platform after the free WLAN hotspot is detected;
specifically, after the mobile terminal is started, a WLAN client of the mobile terminal is started and runs in a background; the method comprises the steps that a mobile terminal accesses a mobile internet, whether a free WLAN hotspot exists is detected, and when the free WLAN hotspot is detected by an access module of a WLAN client, whether the mobile terminal agrees to access the mobile internet by using the WLAN is reminded; if the mobile terminal agrees to access the mobile internet by using the WLAN, the access module of the WLAN client sends a WLAN network access request to the WLAN service platform.
Step 202: the WLAN service platform sends an audio and video playing request to the mobile terminal;
specifically, after receiving a WLAN network access request sent by a mobile terminal, a WLAN service platform first needs to determine whether the current WLAN service platform can support access of a new mobile terminal, and responds, that is: if the WLAN service platform cannot support the access of a new mobile terminal at present, the mobile terminal sending out a WLAN network access request is refused to access the WLAN network, and a prompt of 'the current WLAN network is busy, please try again later' is returned; if the WLAN service platform can support the access of a new mobile terminal at present, the WLAN network access request of the mobile terminal is received, and an audio and video playing request is sent to the mobile terminal, wherein the audio and video playing request mainly inquires whether the mobile terminal agrees to play audio and video files or audio and video data streams from the WLAN service platform.
Step 203: after receiving an audio and video playing request sent by a WLAN service platform, the mobile terminal starts a WLAN client audio and video playing module and responds to the WLAN service platform;
specifically, after receiving an audio/video playing request sent by a WLAN service platform, a mobile terminal starts a WLAN client audio/video playing module to prepare for playing an audio/video file or an audio/video data stream of the WLAN service platform, and responds to the WLAN service platform, where the response is divided into the following two cases:
(1) receiving the audio and video playing request, and agreeing to play the audio and video file or audio and video data stream;
(2) refusing the audio and video playing request, and not agreeing to play the audio and video file or audio and video data stream;
if the response of the mobile terminal belongs to the first condition, the mobile terminal returns a play agreement response to the WLAN service platform; and if the response of the mobile terminal belongs to the second condition, the mobile terminal returns a play rejection response to the WLAN service platform.
Step 204: the WLAN service platform makes a decision whether to allow the mobile terminal to access the WLAN network or not according to the response of the mobile terminal;
specifically, after receiving the response from the mobile terminal, the WLAN service platform makes a decision whether to allow the mobile terminal to access the WLAN network according to the response, that is,: if the WLAN service platform receives a play approval response returned by the mobile terminal, the WLAN service platform approves the mobile terminal to access the WLAN network and sends a notification for playing an audio and video file or an audio and video data stream of the WLAN service platform to the mobile terminal; and if the WLAN service platform receives a play rejection response returned by the mobile terminal, the WLAN service platform rejects the mobile terminal to access the WLAN network.
It should be noted that the WLAN service platform only makes a decision whether to allow the mobile terminal to temporarily access the WLAN network according to the response of the mobile terminal, and at this time, the mobile terminal does not have access to a free WLAN hotspot, but only can access to an audio/video file or an audio/video data stream prepared in advance by the WLAN service platform.
Step 205: when the mobile terminal accesses a WLAN network and receives a notification of playing an audio/video file or an audio/video data stream sent by a WLAN service platform, playing the audio/video file or the audio/video data stream of the WLAN service platform and feeding back a playing result to the WLAN service platform;
specifically, after the mobile terminal agrees to play the audio/video file or audio/video data stream of the WLAN service platform and accesses the WLAN network, the WLAN service platform sends a notification of playing the audio/video file or audio/video data stream to the mobile terminal, and the mobile terminal starts to play the audio/video file or audio/video data stream after receiving the notification and feeds back a playing result to the WLAN service platform, where the playing result is divided into two cases:
(1) the mobile terminal completely plays an audio and video file or an audio and video data stream of the WLAN service platform;
(2) the mobile terminal does not completely play the audio and video files or audio and video data streams of the WLAN service platform.
It should be noted that, the audio/video file or audio/video data stream of the WLAN service platform supports the continuous broadcasting function, that is: if the mobile terminal suddenly cannot move the internet in a linked manner or the power of the mobile terminal is turned off in the playing process, when the mobile terminal is successfully accessed to the WLAN again and plays the audio and video files or audio and video data streams of the WLAN service platform, the mobile terminal can continue to play from the position which has been played last time.
Step 206: the WLAN service platform makes a decision whether to allow the mobile terminal to completely access the WLAN network according to the playing result fed back by the mobile terminal;
specifically, after receiving the playing result fed back by the mobile terminal, the WLAN service platform determines the playing result, and makes a decision whether to allow the mobile terminal to completely access the WLAN network, that is: when the WLAN service platform judges that the mobile terminal completely plays the audio and video file or audio and video data stream of the WLAN service platform, allowing the mobile terminal to completely access the WLAN network, and sending a notification that the mobile terminal can completely access the WLAN network to the mobile terminal; and when the WLAN service platform judges that the mobile terminal does not completely play the audio and video file or audio and video data stream of the WLAN service platform, refusing the mobile terminal to access the WLAN network.
If the mobile terminal completely plays the audio and video file or audio and video data stream of the WLAN service platform, the mobile terminal can completely access the WLAN network and perform free WLAN hotspot experience.
In summary, the present invention can effectively promote a mobile operator to deploy more free WLAN hotspots, further improve the service quality of the free WLAN hotspots, and provide a more convenient network access manner for the mobile terminal, so as to promote more mobile terminals to access the mobile internet through the free WLAN hotspots provided by the operator, thereby continuously improving the experience of the mobile terminal user in performing the free WLAN hotspots through the WLAN. In addition, the invention can also effectively relieve the pressure of data service operation through the 3G network.
The above description is only a preferred embodiment of the present invention and is not intended to limit the present invention, and various modifications and changes may be made by those skilled in the art. Any modification, equivalent replacement, or improvement made within the spirit and principle of the present invention should be included in the protection scope of the present invention.
