本发明公开了流体诱导脉动流发生装置;包括动叶片,静叶片,转轴,驱动叶轮及壳体,所述动叶片与转轴连接,所述动叶片与转轴连接所述静叶片与壳体连接,所述转轴与静叶片的内孔配合并相对转动,所述驱动叶轮设在壳体流体入口侧,所述动叶片、静叶片上设有通孔;所述动叶片与转轴采用键与键槽配合连接;所述静叶片与壳体采用焊接固定连接;所述转轴与静叶片的内孔之间装有密封轴承。解决了传热元件的换热性能差以及结构复杂的问题,提高了传热元件的整体换热性能。

流体诱导脉动流发生装置
技术领域
本发明涉及电力、化工等领域中的换热设备,尤其涉及一种流体诱导脉动流发生装置。
背景技术
脉动流发生装置是指通过对稳态流体施加脉动激励,使其成为脉动流的设备。脉动流能够在很大程度上提高传热元件的换热性能,特别是对于约束条件相对较弱的传热边界工况,效果更为明显。如弹性管束换热器,流动介质的间歇性脉动增强了弹性管束的振动特性,提高了对管束壁面流体的扰动,减薄了传热边界层,进而达到了提高管束整体传热特性的效果。脉动流发生装置主要有以下几种:①活塞式脉动流发生装置,主要原理是将流体通道和装有活塞的气缸组成闭合回路,应用往复机构与电机连接,实现活塞的周期运动,形成脉动流;②自激振荡腔脉动流发生装置,主要原理为流体在通过特殊的几何流道后,其内部的一系列涡量扰动得到放大,放大后的涡环与壁面撞击产生压力脉冲,形成脉动流;③空气脉动流发生装置,主要使用扬声器和音频放大器作为设备源,利用声波对空气进行脉动激励,形成脉动流。④机械驱动脉动流发生装置,在流体通道内安装凸轮、叶片等部件,其旋转时就会对水及空气进行周期性的作用,形成脉动流。但是以上装置存在着或者传热元件的换热性能差、或者结构复杂、容易产生故障的缺陷。
发明内容
本发明的目的就是为了解决传热元件的换热性能差以及结构复杂的问题;提供一种流体诱导脉动流发生装置,通过施加脉动激励使稳态流体成为脉动流、提高传热元件的整体换热性能。
为了实现上述目的,本发明采用如下技术方案:
流体诱导脉动流发生装置,包括动叶片,静叶片,转轴,驱动叶轮及壳体,所述动叶片与转轴连接,所述静叶片与壳体连接,所述转轴与静叶片的内孔配合并相对转动,所述驱动叶轮设在壳体流体入口侧,所述动叶片、静叶片上设有通孔。
所述动叶片与转轴采用键与键槽配合连接。
所述静叶片与壳体采用焊接固定连接。
所述转轴与静叶片的内孔之间装有密封轴承。
本发明的有益效果:流体诱导脉动流发生装置,包括动叶片,静叶片,转轴,驱动叶轮及壳体,所述动叶片与转轴连接,所述静叶片与壳体连接,所述转轴与静叶片的内孔配合并相对转动,所述驱动叶轮设在壳体流体入口侧,所述动叶片、静叶片上设有通孔。流体诱导脉动装置的驱动力来自驱动叶轮,当流体经过该装置时会在扭曲叶片上产生冲击力,该力在径向的分量即为叶轮及动叶片提供了转动的驱动力。将该装置安装在换热器被加流动介质入口位置使之产生间歇脉动流。实验结果表明:在实验参数范围内,加装该装置后的弹性管束的管外平均表面传热系数高于无脉动装置工况6.15%。因此本发明的流体诱导脉动流发生装置具有以下优点:
1.不需要单独的流体闭合回路,结构简单,接入方便,使用可靠;
2.不需要额外的驱动力;
3.提高传热元件的整体换热性能。

下面结合附图与实施例对本发明作进一步说明。
图中,流体诱导脉动流发生装置,包括动叶片1,静叶片2,驱动叶轮3,转轴4及壳体5,所述动叶片1与转轴4连接,所述静叶片2与壳体5连接,所述转轴4与静叶片2的内孔配合并相对转动,所述驱动叶轮3设在壳体流体入口侧,所述动叶片1、静叶片2上设有通孔;所述动叶片1与转轴4采用键与键槽配合连接;所述静叶片2与壳体5采用焊接固定连接;所述转轴4与静叶片2的内孔之间装有密封轴承。
上述虽然结合附图对本发明的具体实施方式进行了描述,但并非对本发明保护范围的限制,所属领域技术人员应该明白,在本发明的技术方案的基础上,本领域技术人员不需要付出创造性劳动即可做出的各种修改或变形仍在本发明的保护范围以内。

1.流体诱导脉动流发生装置,其特征是,包括动叶片,静叶片,转轴,驱动叶轮及壳体,所述动叶片与转轴连接,所述动叶片与转轴连接所述静叶片与壳体连接,所述转轴与静叶片的内孔配合并相对转动,所述驱动叶轮设在壳体流体入口侧,所述动叶片、静叶片上设有通孔。
2.如权利要求1所述的流体诱导脉动流发生装置,其特征是,所述动叶片与转轴采用键与键槽配合连接。
3.如权利要求1所述的流体诱导脉动流发生装置,其特征是,所述静叶片与壳体采用焊接固定连接。
4.如权利要求1所述的流体诱导脉动流发生装置,其特征是,所述转轴与静叶片的内孔之间装有密封轴承。
