真空减压浓缩系统
技术领域
本发明涉及一种真空减压浓缩系统,特别是一种用于青蒿素的植提浓缩的真空减压浓缩系统。
背景技术
真空减压浓缩器适用于制药、食品、化工等行业对料液的浓缩,并且可作为回收酒精和简单的回流提取之用。现有的真空减压浓缩器主要包括浓缩锅、冷凝器、汽液分离器、冷却器、受液桶五部件,浓缩锅为夹套结构,冷凝器为列管式,冷却器为盘管式结构,其中,冷凝器和冷却器可以为多级,以增加溶剂蒸汽的冷凝回收效果,通常,与浓缩锅相连的冷凝器上具有一用于连接浓缩锅的连接管,汽液分离器通常为一捕集网,其设置在所述连接管内,进行浓缩时,蒸汽通过连接管进入冷凝器,在连接管位置,夹杂在蒸汽中的液沫在捕集网的作用下,返回到浓缩器中。然而,由于蒸汽温度通常很高,而连接管的材质一般为不锈钢材质,高温蒸汽在通过连接管位置时,就会发生冷凝又转为液体,重新回到浓缩锅中,这样大大降低了浓缩器的浓缩效率,增加了浓缩成本。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是克服现有技术的不足,提供一种真空减压浓缩系统。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明采取如下技术方案:
一种真空减压浓缩系统,其包括浓缩锅和依次连接的一级冷凝器、第一受液槽、二级冷凝器、第二受液槽,所述一级冷凝器包括具有冷凝水入口和冷凝水出口的壳体、与壳体一体设置的连接管、位于壳体内的冷凝列管,连接管的一端部与浓缩锅密封连接,所述冷凝列管包括多根并排设置的冷凝管,其中每根冷凝管的靠近连接管的一端具有蒸汽入口,而在另一端为液相出口,其特征在于:所述的真空减压浓缩系统还包括设置在所述连接管外周的保温层。
优选地,所述的保温层覆盖连接管的全部外表面。
根据本发明的一个具体和优选方面,所述一级冷凝器包括串接的水平冷凝段和垂直冷凝段,各冷凝段分别包括有壳体和沿着壳体的延伸方向延伸的多根冷凝列管,其中水平冷凝段的壳体上设有连接管和冷凝水出口,垂直冷凝段的壳体上设有冷凝水入口,第一受液槽与垂直冷凝段的冷凝列管的液相出口连通。
优选地,在所述的壳体的靠近连接管的口部的内壁上设有用以防止冷凝液体流向连接管的挡板。
由于以上技术方案的实施,本发明与现有技术相比具有如下优点:
本发明保温层的设置可有效防止蒸汽在连接管位置发生冷凝而返回浓缩罐中,提高浓缩效率,降低成本。

具体实施方式
   如图1所示,按照本实施例真空减压浓缩系统,其包括依次连接的浓缩锅1、一级冷凝器3、第一受液槽5、二级冷凝器7、第二受液槽8,更详细的结构如下。
   一级冷凝器3包括串接的水平冷凝段3a和垂直冷凝段3b,其中水平冷凝段3a包括沿水平方向延伸的壳体30a、位于壳体30a内的冷凝列管32a、设置在壳体30a外且与壳体30a内连通的连接管31以及设置在壳体30a的靠近连接管31的口部的内壁上的挡板4,挡板4距离近连接管31的口部约2至3cm,挡板4的高度为5cm。连接管31的一端部与浓缩锅1密封连接。在壳体30a上还设有冷凝水出口301;垂直冷凝段3b包括沿竖直方向延伸的壳体30b、位于壳体30b内的冷凝列管32b以及设置在壳体32b上的冷凝水入口300。水平冷凝段3a内的冷凝列管32a和垂直冷凝段3b的冷凝列管32b各自由多根并排设置且一端为蒸汽入口320,另一端为液相出口321的冷凝管组成,其中,水平冷凝段3a的冷凝列管32a的蒸汽入口320与连接管31相通,垂直冷凝段3b的冷凝列管32b的液相出口321与第一受液槽5相通。第一受液槽5的上侧部通过管道与二级冷凝器7气连通。
本例中,在连接管31外特别设置有保温层6,如此,可有效防止蒸汽在连接管31位置发生冷凝而返回浓缩罐1中,提高浓缩效率。
    此外,设置在水平冷凝段3a的壳体30a内壁上的挡板4,在确保不挡住蒸汽流向冷凝列管31的前提下,有效阻止了冷凝液体的返流,进一步提高了浓缩效率,降低了成本。

1. 一种真空减压浓缩系统,其包括浓缩锅(1)和依次连接的一级冷凝器(3)、第一受液槽(5)、二级冷凝器(7)、第二受液槽(8),所述一级冷凝器(3)包括具有冷凝水入口(300)和冷凝水出口(301)的壳体、与所述壳体一体设置的连接管(31)、位于所述壳体内的冷凝列管,所述连接管(31)的一端部与所述浓缩锅(1)密封连接,所述冷凝列管包括多根并排设置的冷凝管,其中每根冷凝管的靠近所述连接管(31)的一端具有蒸汽入口(320),而在另一端为液相出口(321),其特征在于:所述的真空减压浓缩系统还包括设置在所述连接管(31)外周的保温层(6)。
2. 根据权利要求1所述的真空减压浓缩系统,其特征在于:所述的保温层(6)覆盖所述连接管(31)的全部外表面。
3. 根据权利要求1所述的真空减压浓缩系统,其特征在于:所述一级冷凝器(3)包括串接的水平冷凝段(3a)和垂直冷凝段(3b),各冷凝段(3a,3b)分别包括有壳体(30a,30b)和沿着壳体(30a,30b)的延伸方向延伸的多根所述的冷凝列管(32a,32b),其中水平冷凝段(3a)的壳体(3a)上设有所述连接管(31)和所述冷凝水出口(301),所述垂直冷凝段(3b)的壳体(3b)上设有所述的冷凝水入口(300),所述的第一受液槽(5)与所述的垂直冷凝段(3b)的冷凝列管(32b)的液相出口(321)连通。
