Abstract
The invention discloses a resource downloading method, a resource downloading device and a resource downloading system. The method comprises that: a requesting terminal makes a request of downloading resources to a management platform; the requesting terminal acquires the terminal information of an edge cooperative terminal of the requesting terminal, wherein the edge cooperative terminal refers to a terminal which downloads or stores the resources requested by the requesting terminal in a network; and the requesting terminal establishes a communication link with the edge cooperative terminal and the management platform respectively, and downloads the resources from the edge cooperative terminal and the management platform respectively. By the method, the device and the system, the problem that the transmission of a service is easy to block because of network link instability in the marginal area of network coverage in the conventional resource downloading methods in related technologies can be solved.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of communication, in particular to a resource downloading method, device and system.
Background
With the continuous development of network communication technology, network resources are maximally shared, and along with this, the demand for communication efficiency and network bandwidth is increasing. In the future internet of things and even ubiquitous networks, a terminal is generally provided with a plurality of interfaces, network bandwidth is fully utilized by widely adopting a multi-terminal cooperation technology, and efficient sharing and transmission of a large number of resources can be realized by matching a target terminal with surrounding cooperation terminals. Here, the terminal includes, but is not limited to, a mobile terminal such as a mobile phone.
In the terminal cooperation technology, the target terminal and the management platform are in a client/server mode (C/S mode) essentially, that is, the resource comes from the management platform, when the target terminal acquires the required resource from the management platform, the target terminal can apply for the surrounding auxiliary terminals to cooperate in order to improve the transmission speed of the data, and the auxiliary terminals download the required resource from the management platform and then forward the required resource to the target terminal.
In practical application, when a plurality of terminals download resources on the management platform at the same time, even though the terminals cooperate, the download bandwidth that each destination terminal can enjoy is very limited, thereby affecting the speed of downloading resources by the terminals. The multimode multi-interface characteristics of the terminal are not fully utilized. Meanwhile, considering that the resources required by the destination terminal may have been downloaded by other terminals and stored in these terminals (or other terminals themselves store the resources), these resources may be provided as shared resources to the destination terminal downloading link, so as to implement a method for downloading resources by multiple links at the same time, which is also the idea of P2P (Peer to Peer) in the internet.
In recent years, the P2P technology has been rapidly developed, and the core of the P2P is the peering of each node in the network, and each node can be regarded as a server in the traditional C/S mode or a client, so that the network is not affected by the single point of failure, and the reliability and the robustness of the network are ensured. The physical attributes of each node in the P2P network may be different, including a common Personal Computer (PC), cell phone, palm top computer, etc. In view of the wide application of the P2P technology in the fields of peer-to-peer computing, cooperative work, search engines, file exchange, etc., the P2P technology can be introduced into a terminal cooperation system to solve the above problems, so as to enable the devices to cooperate with each other more effectively and achieve the maximum sharing and utilization of resources.
However, in the existing service offloading implementation scheme based on terminal aggregation, a data sharing process is not involved in nature, a final source of resources required by a destination terminal is still a management platform, all terminals participating in cooperation need to establish a link with the management platform to perform service flow transmission in a service transmission process, and the method is prone to blocking service transmission in a network coverage edge area due to network link instability.
Aiming at the problem that the existing resource downloading method in the related art is easy to block service transmission due to unstable network links in the network coverage edge area, an effective solution is not provided at present.
Disclosure of Invention

According to an aspect of the present invention, there is provided a resource downloading method, including: the request terminal requests the management platform to download the resource; the request terminal acquires terminal information of an edge cooperative terminal of the request terminal, wherein the edge cooperative terminal refers to a terminal which downloads a resource requested by the request terminal in a network or stores the resource requested by the request terminal; and the request terminal establishes communication links with the edge cooperative terminal and the management platform respectively, and downloads resources from the edge cooperative terminal and the management platform respectively.
Preferably, the acquiring, by the requesting terminal, the terminal information of the edge cooperative terminal of the requesting terminal includes: the request terminal receives terminal information of the edge cooperative terminal sent by the management platform; and/or the request terminal selects an edge cooperative terminal from available cooperative terminals around the request terminal and acquires terminal information of the selected edge cooperative terminal.
Preferably, the terminal information includes at least one of: port number and address of the edge cooperative terminal.
Preferably, the requesting terminal requests the management platform to download the resource, including: the request terminal and at least one available cooperative terminal selected by the request terminal form a temporary group, wherein the request terminal is used as a temporary administrator in the temporary group; and requesting the management platform to download resources by utilizing the temporary group.
Preferably, the receiving, by the requesting terminal, terminal information of the edge cooperative terminal sent by the management platform includes: the management platform searches resource records and determines edge cooperative terminals carrying resources requested by the request terminal, wherein the resource records store resource information registered when each terminal joins the management platform to establish a network; and the management platform sends the determined terminal information of the edge cooperative terminal to the request terminal.
Preferably, after the requesting terminal performs resource downloading, the method further includes: and when the request terminal determines that the resource downloading is finished, destroying the temporary group, disconnecting the connection with the edge cooperative terminal, reporting to the management platform, and releasing the group number and the corresponding storage space of the temporary group.
Preferably, in the process of downloading the resource by the request terminal, if there are other terminals downloading the same resource as the request terminal, the terminal that has completed the shorter resource downloading time sets the terminal as the edge cooperative terminal of the terminal that has the longer resource downloading time after the resource downloading is completed, so as to provide the resource uploading for the terminal.

Preferably, the obtaining module is further configured to: receiving terminal information of the edge cooperative terminal sent by the management platform; and/or selecting an edge cooperative terminal from available cooperative terminals around the request terminal, and acquiring terminal information of the selected edge cooperative terminal.
Preferably, the request module includes: a forming unit, configured to form a temporary group with at least one available cooperative terminal selected by the requesting terminal, where the requesting terminal serves as a temporary administrator in the temporary group; and the request unit is used for requesting the management platform to download the resources by utilizing the temporary group.
Preferably, the system further comprises a releasing module, configured to destroy the temporary group, disconnect the connection with the edge cooperative terminal, report to the management platform, and release the group number and the corresponding storage space of the temporary group when it is determined that the resource downloading is completed.
According to another aspect of the present invention, there is provided a resource downloading system, including a requesting terminal and a management platform: the request terminal is used for requesting the management platform to download resources; acquiring terminal information of an edge cooperative terminal of the request terminal, wherein the edge cooperative terminal refers to a terminal which downloads a resource requested by the request terminal in a network or stores the resource requested by the request terminal; establishing communication links with the edge cooperative terminal and the management platform respectively, and downloading resources from the edge cooperative terminal and the management platform respectively; the management platform is used for receiving the resource downloading request of the request terminal, establishing a communication link with the request terminal and providing the downloaded resource for the request terminal.
In the embodiment of the invention, the request terminal, the edge cooperative terminal and the management platform respectively establish the communication link, but the edge cooperative terminal does not necessarily need to establish the communication link with the management platform, the stability of the communication link depends on the communication quality between the request terminal and the edge cooperative terminal and the communication quality between the request terminal and the management platform, and not only depends on the network link condition between the request terminal and the management platform, therefore, even if the network covers an edge area, the service transmission is not easy to be blocked due to the instability of the network link, and the stability of network downloading is increased.

Detailed Description
The invention will be described in detail hereinafter with reference to the accompanying drawings in conjunction with embodiments. It should be noted that the embodiments and features of the embodiments in the present application may be combined with each other without conflict.
In the related art, it is mentioned that, in the existing service offloading implementation scheme based on terminal aggregation, a data sharing process is not involved in nature, a final source of resources required by a destination terminal is still a management platform, all terminals participating in cooperation need to establish a link with the management platform to transmit a service flow in a service transmission process, and the method is prone to blocking service transmission due to network link instability in a network coverage edge area.
To solve the foregoing technical problem, an embodiment of the present invention provides a resource downloading method, where a processing flow of the method is shown in fig. 1, and the method includes:
step S102, requesting the management platform to download the resource by the requesting terminal (where the requesting terminal has the same function as the aforementioned target terminal);
step S104, the request terminal acquires terminal information of an edge cooperative terminal of the request terminal, wherein the edge cooperative terminal refers to a terminal which downloads a resource requested by the request terminal in a network or stores the resource requested by the request terminal;
and S106, respectively establishing communication links between the request terminal and the edge cooperative terminal as well as between the request terminal and the management platform, and respectively downloading resources from the edge cooperative terminal and the management platform.
In the embodiment of the invention, the request terminal, the edge cooperative terminal and the management platform respectively establish the communication link, but the edge cooperative terminal does not necessarily need to establish the communication link with the management platform, the stability of the communication link depends on the communication quality between the request terminal and the edge cooperative terminal and the communication quality between the request terminal and the management platform, and not only depends on the network link condition between the request terminal and the management platform, therefore, even if the network covers an edge area, the service transmission is not easy to be blocked due to the instability of the network link, and the stability of network downloading is increased.
As in the flow shown in fig. 1, in step S104, it is mentioned that the requesting terminal obtains terminal information of the edge cooperative terminal of the requesting terminal, where the requesting terminal may obtain the terminal information of the edge cooperative terminal of the requesting terminal from different ways, for example, the requesting terminal may receive the terminal information of the edge cooperative terminal sent by the management platform; for another example, the requesting terminal may select an edge cooperative terminal from available cooperative terminals around itself, and acquire terminal information of the selected edge cooperative terminal. In practical application, the edge cooperative terminals obtained in the two manners may respectively provide the download resources for the request terminal, and may also provide the download resources for the request terminal at the same time, and the specific implementation manner is determined according to specific situations.
The terminal information of the edge cooperative terminal may be any information capable of verifying the identity of the edge cooperative terminal, for example, a port number, an address (which may include an IP address, a UDP address, and the like) of the edge cooperative terminal.
As shown in the flow of fig. 1, in the step S102, when the application is executed, the requesting terminal requests the management platform to download the resource, and in the process of executing the application, other coupled terminals generally exist around the requesting terminal, and these terminals can cooperate with the requesting terminal to download the resource together, so that the characteristics of the multimode multi-interface of the terminal are fully embodied. In practical applications, these terminals are also referred to as cooperative terminals of the requesting terminal. Therefore, when implemented, the request terminal may form a temporary group with at least one available cooperative terminal selected by itself, wherein the request terminal serves as a temporary administrator in the temporary group; and requesting the management platform to download the resources by using the temporary group. In the embodiment of the invention, a plurality of terminals in the temporary group jointly take charge of the resource downloading task as a whole, each terminal transmits part of the downloaded resource to the request terminal, and the request terminal can obtain the resource requested to be downloaded only by integrating the downloaded resource.
In implementation, the request terminal receives terminal information of the edge cooperative terminal sent by the management platform, specifically, the management platform searches a resource record and determines the edge cooperative terminal carrying the resource requested by the request terminal, wherein the resource record stores resource information registered when each terminal joins the management platform to establish a network. And the subsequent management platform sends the determined terminal information of the edge cooperative terminal to the request terminal.
The temporary group is used to request resource downloading, and when the request terminal determines that the resource downloading is completed after the request terminal downloads the resource, the temporary group is destroyed, the connection with the edge cooperative terminal is disconnected, the temporary group is reported to the management platform, and the group number and the corresponding storage space of the temporary group are released, so that the purpose of saving the resource is achieved.
In an embodiment, in the process of requesting the terminal to download the resource, there may be other terminals downloading the same resource as the requesting terminal, and then, after the resource downloading is finished, the terminal that has completed the shorter resource downloading time sets the terminal as the edge cooperative terminal of the terminal that has the longer resource downloading time, and provides the resource uploading for the terminal.
Specifically, the terminal can estimate the task completion time according to the statistical time of the download timer and report the estimated task completion time to the management platform;
and the management platform compares the estimated time of the terminal cooperation tasks for downloading the same resources, and the terminal with short estimated time is promoted to be the edge cooperation terminal of other terminals for uploading the resources after completing the task of the terminal.
In addition, each member in the current temporary group may also be simultaneously applied to join other temporary groups, and at this time, synchronous application to each terminal may be realized, that is, the members in the temporary group may be simultaneously joined to other temporary groups, and the members are used to provide resource upload for the requesting terminals in other temporary groups.
Specifically, the specific way of processing the terminal according to the identity of the terminal in the current temporary group is shown below. After the temporary group administrator and the cooperative terminal form a group, the cooperative terminal provides data to the temporary group administrator. In this process, if a temporary group administrator or a cooperative terminal is applied as a cooperative terminal of another group administrator, there are the following two solutions:
in order to distinguish the temporary group administrators of different groups, the current temporary group administrator is called a first temporary group administrator, other temporary group administrators are called a second temporary group administrator, and the collaboration terminal can receive the application of a new temporary group administrator (the second temporary group administrator) in the resource uploading process, join the group and upload the required data for the new temporary group administrator. The data uploaded by the collaboration terminal to the first temporary group administrator and the second temporary group administrator may be the same data resource or different data resources.
The first temporary group administrator can receive the application of the second temporary group administrator, join the group and upload the required data. The data uploaded by the first temporary group administrator to the second temporary group administrator may be the original data resource of the first temporary group administrator or the data resource being downloaded.
In summary, in the embodiments of the present invention, on the basis of terminal aggregation, it is considered that the peripheral environment of the aggregation system already has the required terminal resources or has the same resources required by the terminal, and a sharing mechanism is established to achieve optimal configuration of the resources. In order to achieve the above object, embodiments of the present invention introduce the technical idea of P2P into a ubiquitous terminal environment, and provide a method and a system for downloading a resource-sharing-based terminal-collaboration multi-line resource, which introduce an edge collaboration terminal to establish an auxiliary download link in a terminal collaboration process, thereby reducing bandwidth pressure on a management platform side, making full use of network bandwidth, multi-mode multi-interface characteristics of a terminal, and existing terminal resources in a network, preventing network congestion, and further improving efficiency of executing a terminal collaboration task. The edge cooperative terminal is a terminal in which resources required by the target terminal are already stored in a network range covered by the target terminal.
In order to make the description of the embodiments of the present invention clearer and more clear, the resource downloading method provided by the embodiments of the present invention will now be described with specific embodiments.
Example one
The embodiment provides a preferred resource downloading method, which specifically comprises the following steps:
(1) when a terminal joins a management platform to establish a network, the terminal needs to register on the management platform side and register resources carried by the terminal, and the management platform inquires and updates the record of nodes in the network at regular time;
(2) when a terminal requests the management platform to download resources, the management platform evaluates the resources, if the resources meet the cooperation standard, the request terminal creates a temporary group for a temporary group administrator (a first temporary group administrator), searches resource records at the same time, finds an edge cooperation terminal carrying the resources, makes an allocation decision, and sends information (port number, address and the like) of the edge cooperation terminal to the temporary group administrator (the first temporary group administrator);
(3) a temporary group administrator (a first temporary group administrator) first obtains available surrounding cooperative terminals through capability discovery, checks whether the cooperative terminals have required resources, converts the resources into edge cooperative terminals if the cooperative terminals have the required resources, starts a download timer at the same time, and establishes a communication link with the edge cooperative terminals by taking a group as a unit according to allocation decisions to download the resources;
(4) once confirming that the information is completely summarized, the temporary group administrator (the first temporary group administrator) destroys the group immediately, disconnects the connection with the edge cooperation terminal, reports to the management platform at the same time, and releases the group number and the corresponding storage space.
Further, the method also has the following characteristics: if other terminals download the same resource through terminal cooperation in the terminal cooperation process, the method further comprises the following steps:
the terminal estimates the task completion time according to the statistical time of the download timer and reports the task completion time to the management platform;
and the management platform compares the estimated time of the terminal cooperation tasks for downloading the same resources, and the terminal with short estimated time is promoted to be the edge cooperation terminal of other terminals for uploading the resources after completing the task of the terminal.
Further, after the temporary group administrator forms a group with the cooperative terminal, the cooperative terminal provides data to the temporary group administrator. In this process, if a temporary group administrator or a cooperative terminal is applied as a cooperative terminal of another group administrator, there are the following two solutions:
in the resource uploading process, the cooperative terminal can receive the application of a new temporary group administrator (a second temporary group administrator), join the group and upload the required data. The data uploaded by the collaboration terminal to the first temporary group administrator and the second temporary group administrator may be the same data resource or different data resources.
The first temporary group administrator can receive the application of the second temporary group administrator, join the group and upload the required data. The data uploaded by the first temporary group administrator to the second temporary group administrator may be the original data resource of the first temporary group administrator or the data resource being downloaded.
The method provided by the embodiment of the invention fully utilizes resources carried by other terminals in the network, obtains the resources through multi-line downloading, fully utilizes the network bandwidth, prevents network congestion and can further improve the efficiency of executing the terminal cooperation task.
Example two
A resource downloading method provided in an embodiment of the present invention is described with a schematic flow chart, and a specific flow chart is shown in fig. 2:
step S202, after the terminal joins the network where the management platform is located, registering at the management platform, and registering the resource catalog carried by the terminal;

in this step, the temporary group means: the group which is created for completing a certain terminal cooperation task and is automatically destroyed and released after the task is completed is managed in a group form, so that the whole task is more orderly and smooth to operate, and meanwhile, the resource interaction with the edge cooperation terminal is more reasonable and ordered by taking the group as a unit;
in this step, the capability discovery can be realized by using a Global Positioning System (GPS) or a communication link quality statistic mode and the like;
step S212, the management platform searches a resource directory according to the name of the resource requested by the temporary group administrator, acquires the terminal information of the stored resource, and simultaneously synthesizes the characteristics of each cooperative terminal in the temporary group to formulate an allocation strategy and transmit the strategy to each cooperative terminal;
in this step, in order to distinguish from the cooperative terminals in the temporary group, the terminal storing the resources required by the temporary group administrator is called an edge cooperative terminal;
in this step, the allocation strategy is that the management platform establishes links between the receiver and the sender and the percentage of resources to be transmitted on each link according to the characteristics of each cooperative terminal and each edge terminal in the temporary group;
step S214, the temporary groups establish communication links with the edge terminals and the management platform according to distribution strategies formulated by the management platform, task transmission is carried out according to the strategies, and all cooperation terminals in all the temporary groups gather received data to temporary group administrators in real time;

step S302, when the terminal cooperative task starts, a timer is started, a temporary group manager can estimate the completion time of the task through timing, and report the estimated time to a management platform;
in the step, the estimated time is updated according to the downloading condition, and the updated time is reported to the management platform in real time;
step S304, when the management platform counts that two or more terminals download the same resource, the estimated time of the two or more terminals is compared;
and S306, the estimated time is short, namely the terminal which preferentially completes the task can be used as the edge terminal of other terminal which is currently performing the task after the terminal finishes the self-downloading task, and the resource is uploaded.
Example four
The management platform, the temporary group, and the edge cooperative terminal mentioned in the above embodiment constitute a system for implementing the above method provided in the embodiment of the present invention, that is, a system for downloading resources cooperatively by multiple terminals is involved, referring to fig. 4, the system is composed of a management platform 401, a temporary group 402, and an edge cooperative terminal 403: wherein,
the management platform 401 is a server of a service provider required by a user;
the temporary group 402 mainly comprises a temporary group administrator and at least one group member, wherein the temporary group administrator is a terminal requesting resource downloading, the group member is a cooperative terminal obtained by capability discovery around the temporary group administrator, the temporary group is created for managing a terminal cooperative task, the temporary group is used as a unit to perform resource interaction with a management platform and an edge cooperative terminal, link advantages between the cooperative terminal and a target terminal (the temporary group administrator) are fully utilized, and the temporary group is automatically destroyed after the terminal cooperative task is finished;
the edge cooperative terminal 403 is a terminal in which the network of the temporary group administrator stores resources required by the temporary group administrator, and may establish a communication link with one or some terminals in the temporary group through one-hop or multi-hop links.
EXAMPLE five
Based on the above preferred embodiment, this embodiment further provides a management platform, as shown in fig. 5, only the main devices related to this embodiment are shown in the drawing, and other devices without changes in connection are not shown, for example, necessary devices such as a communication interface and a server are not shown. The management platform comprises a resource statistics module and a terminal cooperation management module: wherein,
the resource counting module is used for classifying and recording resources stored by each terminal in the network and retrieving the resources, and simultaneously storing terminal information corresponding to the resources, wherein the terminal information comprises information such as terminal port numbers, terminal addresses and link quality;
furthermore, in the terminal cooperation process, the resource statistics module also carries out timing statistics query on the condition of the resource downloaded by the terminal, wherein the resource condition comprises the estimated time of completing the resource, the completion percentage and the like;
further, the resource counting module updates the stored resource records at regular time;
the terminal cooperation management module is mainly used for managing in the terminal cooperation process of the user and comprises a control resource counting module for retrieving specific resources to obtain an edge cooperation terminal, making a resource downloading and distributing decision, monitoring the terminal cooperation process and the like.
EXAMPLE six
The embodiments described above provide specific methods for downloading resources, related systems, management platforms, and other specific apparatuses, and a specific embodiment will now be described in detail. The network environment to which this example relates is shown in fig. 6.
As shown in fig. 6, the destination terminal is a notebook computer, and the user wishes to download a relatively large resource from the server by using the notebook computer, and it may take a relatively long time to complete the downloading operation if a communication link is established with the server by simply passing through the notebook computer. Therefore, a user can apply to aggregate own PDA and mobile phone equipment to form a temporary group to serve the user together, wherein the mobile phone and the PDA are communicated with the notebook computer in a short-range communication mode (WIFI, Bluetooth and infrared). Although a certain bandwidth aggregation is achieved in this way, the remote link established with the server has certain disadvantages in terms of time delay, link stability and bandwidth, and it is known through interaction with the server that the terminal a and the terminal B in the peripheral device of the temporary group store resources required by the user, so with the processing mode of P2P, the temporary group where the destination terminal is located applies for sharing resources of the terminal a and the terminal B in a short-range communication mode and aggregates final resources.
The specific implementation steps for downloading the resource by using the network environment shown in fig. 6 are as follows:
a user makes a resource downloading request to a server through a destination terminal (shown as a notebook in the figure) and a temporary group formed by aggregating a personal PDA and a mobile phone (as a cooperative terminal of the destination terminal);
the server searches an internally stored resource list and terminal resources around the user to find that resources required by the target terminal are stored in the terminal A and the terminal B, and sends the information of the terminal A and the terminal B to the target terminal;
a temporary group (for a user, a large terminal device with enhanced interface increasing functions) where a target terminal is located establishes a link with a terminal A and a terminal B through a short-range communication interface (WIFI, Bluetooth, infrared and the like) and evaluates parameters such as link bandwidth and time delay, and meanwhile, a communication link is established with a server through a remote communication interface (3G and the like) of each cooperative terminal in the temporary group, so that three resource providers exist, and the target terminal is used as a temporary group administrator to comprehensively consider the bandwidth, the time delay and the like of each resource provider to set service bearing percentage of each link.
And completing the final convergence work at the destination terminal side by resource downloading.
It can be seen from the foregoing embodiments that the multi-terminal cooperation method provided by the present invention cooperates the terminals through the temporary group, and simultaneously makes full use of the existing resources in other terminals in the network to perform multi-line resource downloading, thereby fully expanding the network bandwidth, avoiding network congestion, and further improving the execution efficiency of terminal cooperation.
Based on the same inventive concept, an embodiment of the present invention further provides a resource downloading device, which is disposed in a request terminal, and a schematic structural diagram of the resource downloading device is shown in fig. 7, where the resource downloading device includes:
a request module 701, configured to request a management platform to download a resource;
an obtaining module 702, configured to obtain terminal information of an edge cooperative terminal of a requesting terminal, where the edge cooperative terminal refers to a terminal that downloads a resource requested by the requesting terminal in a network or stores the resource requested by the requesting terminal;
a downloading module 703, configured to establish communication links with the edge cooperative terminal and the management platform, respectively, and perform resource downloading from the edge cooperative terminal and the management platform, respectively.
In a preferred embodiment, the obtaining module 702 may further be configured to: receiving terminal information of an edge cooperative terminal sent by a management platform; and/or selecting an edge cooperative terminal from available cooperative terminals around the request terminal, and acquiring terminal information of the selected edge cooperative terminal.
In a preferred embodiment, as shown in fig. 8, the request module 701 may include:
a forming unit 801, configured to form a temporary group with at least one available cooperative terminal selected by a requesting terminal, where the requesting terminal serves as a temporary administrator in the temporary group;
a requesting unit 802, configured to request the management platform to perform resource downloading by using the temporary group.
In a preferred embodiment, as shown in fig. 9, the apparatus may further include a releasing module 901, configured to destroy the temporary group, disconnect the connection with the edge cooperative terminal, report to the management platform, and release the group number and the corresponding storage space of the temporary group when it is determined that the resource downloading is completed.
Based on the same inventive concept, the embodiment of the invention also provides a resource downloading system, which comprises a request terminal and a management platform:
the request terminal is used for requesting the management platform to download resources; acquiring terminal information of an edge cooperative terminal of a request terminal, wherein the edge cooperative terminal refers to a terminal which downloads a resource requested by the request terminal in a network or stores the resource requested by the request terminal; establishing communication links with the edge cooperative terminal and the management platform respectively, and downloading resources from the edge cooperative terminal and the management platform respectively;
and the management platform is used for receiving the resource downloading request of the request terminal, establishing a communication link with the request terminal and providing the downloaded resource for the request terminal.
From the above description, it can be seen that the present invention achieves the following technical effects:
in the embodiment of the invention, the request terminal, the edge cooperative terminal and the management platform respectively establish the communication link, but the edge cooperative terminal does not necessarily need to establish the communication link with the management platform, the stability of the communication link depends on the communication quality between the request terminal and the edge cooperative terminal and the communication quality between the request terminal and the management platform, and not only depends on the network link condition between the request terminal and the management platform, therefore, even if the network covers an edge area, the service transmission is not easy to be blocked due to the instability of the network link, and the stability of network downloading is increased.
It will be apparent to those skilled in the art that the modules or steps of the present invention described above may be implemented by a general purpose computing device, they may be centralized on a single computing device or distributed across a network of multiple computing devices, and alternatively, they may be implemented by program code executable by a computing device, such that they may be stored in a storage device and executed by a computing device, and in some cases, the steps shown or described may be performed in an order different than that described herein, or they may be separately fabricated into individual integrated circuit modules, or multiple ones of them may be fabricated into a single integrated circuit module. Thus, the present invention is not limited to any specific combination of hardware and software.
The above description is only a preferred embodiment of the present invention and is not intended to limit the present invention, and various modifications and changes may be made by those skilled in the art. Any modification, equivalent replacement, or improvement made within the spirit and principle of the present invention should be included in the protection scope of the present invention.
Claims (13)
1. A method for downloading resources, comprising:
the request terminal requests the management platform to download the resource;
the request terminal acquires terminal information of an edge cooperative terminal of the request terminal, wherein the edge cooperative terminal refers to a terminal which downloads a resource requested by the request terminal in a network or stores the resource requested by the request terminal;
and the request terminal establishes communication links with the edge cooperative terminal and the management platform respectively, and downloads resources from the edge cooperative terminal and the management platform respectively.
2. The method according to claim 1, wherein the requesting terminal obtaining the terminal information of the edge cooperative terminal of the requesting terminal includes:
the request terminal receives terminal information of the edge cooperative terminal sent by the management platform; and/or
The request terminal selects an edge cooperative terminal from available cooperative terminals around the request terminal, and obtains terminal information of the selected edge cooperative terminal.
3. The method of claim 2, wherein the terminal information comprises at least one of: port number and address of the edge cooperative terminal.
4. The method of claim 2, wherein the requesting terminal requests the management platform to download the resource, comprising:
the request terminal and at least one available cooperative terminal selected by the request terminal form a temporary group, wherein the request terminal is used as a temporary administrator in the temporary group;
and requesting the management platform to download resources by utilizing the temporary group.
5. The method according to claim 4, wherein the requesting terminal receives terminal information of the edge cooperative terminal sent by the management platform, and the method includes:
the management platform searches resource records and determines edge cooperative terminals carrying resources requested by the request terminal, wherein the resource records store resource information registered when each terminal joins the management platform to establish a network;
and the management platform sends the determined terminal information of the edge cooperative terminal to the request terminal.
6. The method of claim 4, wherein after the requesting terminal performs the resource download, the method further comprises:
and when the request terminal determines that the resource downloading is finished, destroying the temporary group, disconnecting the connection with the edge cooperative terminal, reporting to the management platform, and releasing the group number and the corresponding storage space of the temporary group.
7. The method of any of claims 1 to 6, further comprising: in the process of downloading the resource by the request terminal, other terminals and the request terminal download the same resource, and after the resource downloading of the terminal with shorter resource downloading time is finished, the terminal is set as an edge cooperative terminal of the terminal with longer resource downloading time, so that the resource uploading is provided for the terminal.
8. The method of any of claims 4 to 6, further comprising:
and simultaneously adding the members in the temporary group into other temporary groups, and utilizing the members to provide resource uploading for the request terminals in the other temporary groups.
9. A resource downloading apparatus, provided in a requesting terminal, comprising:
the request module is used for requesting the management platform to download resources;
an obtaining module, configured to obtain terminal information of an edge cooperative terminal of the requesting terminal, where the edge cooperative terminal refers to a terminal that downloads a resource requested by the requesting terminal in a network or stores the resource requested by the requesting terminal;
and the downloading module is used for respectively establishing communication links with the edge cooperative terminal and the management platform and respectively downloading resources from the edge cooperative terminal and the management platform.
10. The apparatus of claim 9, wherein the obtaining module is further configured to:
receiving terminal information of the edge cooperative terminal sent by the management platform; and/or
And selecting an edge cooperative terminal from the available cooperative terminals around the request terminal, and acquiring the terminal information of the selected edge cooperative terminal.
11. The apparatus of claim 10, wherein the request module comprises:
a forming unit, configured to form a temporary group with at least one available cooperative terminal selected by the requesting terminal, where the requesting terminal serves as a temporary administrator in the temporary group;
and the request unit is used for requesting the management platform to download the resources by utilizing the temporary group.
12. The apparatus according to claim 11, further comprising a releasing module, configured to destroy the temporary group, disconnect the connection with the edge cooperative terminal, report to the management platform, and release the group number and the corresponding storage space of the temporary group when it is determined that the resource download is completed.
13. A resource downloading system is characterized by comprising a request terminal and a management platform:
the request terminal is used for requesting the management platform to download resources; acquiring terminal information of an edge cooperative terminal of the request terminal, wherein the edge cooperative terminal refers to a terminal which downloads a resource requested by the request terminal in a network or stores the resource requested by the request terminal; establishing communication links with the edge cooperative terminal and the management platform respectively, and downloading resources from the edge cooperative terminal and the management platform respectively;
the management platform is used for receiving the resource downloading request of the request terminal, establishing a communication link with the request terminal and providing the downloaded resource for the request terminal.
