Abstract

本发明涉及一种旋转式门锁，包括锁盒、锁轴、锁鼻、锁盘、锁杆和限位板等结构，整个旋转式门锁全部安装在门上。锁盒安装在门板的中部，陷入预先开好的相应大小的槽内并进行固定，锁片焊接在锁轴上控制门锁的开关，其上开有条形孔使固接在锁盒内壁上的前端开有锁孔的锁鼻能够从中穿出，锁盘一面的中心处固接在从锁盒侧壁圆孔中伸出的锁轴的一端，另一面设有中心对称且靠近锁盘边缘的两个连接销，锁杆一端有孔且套在连接销上，另一端从固定在门板上的限位板上的孔中伸出。该旋转式门锁结构简单、安装方便，能够通过调节锁杆的长短适应门的大小。

本发明涉及一种旋转式门锁。
背景技术
在日常生活和工业应用中，具有多点锁定功能的门锁应用已经相当普遍。现有的技术中，锁体一般位于门板内部，通常包含杠杆、铰链等机构，结构复杂，安装困难，当门的形状变化时需要对锁体进行调整，通用性较差。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种结构简单、安装方便，能够适应不同大小的门的旋转式门锁。
本发明的技术方案是：旋转式门锁包括锁盒、锁轴、锁杆和锁盘，锁轴的两端从锁盒侧壁上两个对称的孔中伸出，锁轴位于锁盒内的部分固接有锁片，锁盘一面的中心处固接在锁轴的一端，另一面设有两个中心对称且靠近边缘的连接销，锁杆一端有孔且套在连接销上，另一端从固定在门板上的限位板上的孔中伸出。
进一步，所述锁片的上端开有条形孔。
进一步，所述盒体的内壁上固接有前端开孔的锁鼻，该锁鼻在门锁处于锁定状态时从锁片的条形孔中伸出。
进一步，所述限位板包括固定片和与之垂直的限位片，固定片固接在门板上，限位片上开有孔。
本发明的优点和有益效果是：由于采用了上述设计，本旋转式门锁结构简单、安装方便，通过调节锁杆的长度适应不同大小的门。

具体实施方式
如图1至3所示的旋转式门锁，包括锁盒1、锁轴2、锁杆5和锁盘6。锁轴2的两端从锁盒1侧壁上两个对称的孔中伸出，锁轴2位于锁盒1内的部分固接有锁片3，锁盘6一面的中心处固接在锁轴2的一端，另一面设有两个中心对称且靠近边缘的连接销7，锁杆5一端有孔且套在连接销7上，另一端从固定在门板上的限位板8上的孔中伸出。
本实施例中，锁片3的上端开有条形孔，盒体1的内壁上固接有前端开孔的锁鼻4，该锁鼻4在门锁处于锁定状态时从锁片3的条形孔中伸出。限位板8包括固定片和与之垂直的限位片，固定片固接在门板上，限位片上开有孔。
本实例的工作过程：将锁盒1安装在门板预设好的凹槽中并进行固定，在门板背面上下两端靠近边缘处、锁杆5的投影线上选择一个位置固定限位板8的固定片，同时将锁杆5从其限位片上的孔中穿出，至此完成旋转式门锁的安装。当锁片3处于水平状态时门锁处于打开状态，需要锁定时，向上提锁片3带动锁轴2转动，直到锁杆5向上、向下分别插入门框上相应位置的预设孔中。此时锁鼻4带孔的前端已从锁片3的条形孔中伸出，可以用普通的锁具进行锁紧。

1.一种旋转式门锁，其特征在于：所述旋转式门锁包括锁盒(1)、锁轴(2)、锁杆(5)和锁盘(6)，锁轴(2)的两端从锁盒(1)侧壁上两个对称的孔中伸出，锁轴(2)位于锁盒(1)内的部分固接有锁片(3)，锁盘(6)一面的中心处固接在锁轴(2)的一端，另一面设有两个中心对称且靠近边缘的连接销(7)，锁杆(5)一端有孔且套在连接销(7)上，另一端从固定在门板上的限位板(8)上的孔中伸出。
2.按照权利要求1所述的旋转式门锁，其特征在于：所述锁片(3)的上端开有条形孔。
3.按照权利要求1或2所述的旋转式门锁，其特征在于：所述盒体(1)的内壁上固接有前端开孔的锁鼻(4)，该锁鼻(4)在门锁处于锁定状态时从锁片(3)的条形孔中伸出。
4.按照权利要求1所述的旋转式门锁，其特征在于：所述限位板(8)包括固定片和与之垂直的限位片，固定片固接在门板上，限位片上开有孔。
