Abstract

本发明涉及一种保护柜，特别是一种精准化灌溉泵首智能控制保护柜。所述柜体内上部装有水泵控制装置，其下部装有柜载装置，所述水泵控制装置由控制器、防破坏告警器、后备电源构成；该柜载装置由支护架、泵管、管道阀门、放气阀、流量仪表、压力仪表构成，该支护架内固定有泵管，其外部套装井口防护罩，该泵管上设置有管道阀门、压力仪表、流量仪表、放气阀。该保护柜内部装有的支护架，将灌溉用井与保护柜有机结合，起到保护井源和支撑柜体的作用，通过设置的柜载装置和水泵控制装置，使保护柜实现具有太阳能供电、数据实时监控、信息实时采集，可与气象传感器、土壤墒情检测设备等相关设备进行对接。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种保护柜，特别是一种精准化灌溉泵首智能控制保护柜。
背景技术
我国的农业信息化管理还处于起步阶段，农田灌溉的自动化程度和管理还很落后，长期以来还处于人工操作的传统方式。
传统的泵首部位各式各样，没有一个统一标准，甚至大部分直接裸露在外，没有保护措施，而水泵的控制装置大部分为金属壳体，大约两年后壳体会生锈存在用电安全问题。经济条件好的地区的井房是用砖垒砌的，基本上井房的门窗都有较大损坏，而且占地面积大，施工时间长，投资大。现有的控制柜已经大大减少了以上问题，但是还存在缺陷：设备安装时需与地面规定底座，并且井口的泵首需要改造才能达到使用安装条件；放置在野外的井口容易造成破坏，井房的门窗不能完好保存，容易被盗；后期的修井工作进行的箱体拆装不方便；井内容易进入杂物或被不良分子利用进行投毒；放气阀、流量仪表、管道阀门等外漏，容易造成破坏及影响使用寿命；控制设备没有良好的接地装置，存在安全的隐患。
发明内容
本发明是针对现有技术中的不足，提供一种集智能化监测设备与水泵控制井口保护装置于一体，直接与泵首连接且具有支护架、泵管、管道阀门、放气阀、流量仪表、压力仪表等必要器件构成的具有监测准确、功能全、适用广泛的精准化灌溉泵首智能控制保护柜。
实现上述目的采用的技术方案是：
一种精准化灌溉泵首智能控制保护柜，包括：柜体、柜载装置、水泵控制装置、柜用仪表，所述柜体面板至少一面可设置为柜门，底部设置有通风窗，其中至少一块面板上设置有电源开关门、仪表视窗、刷卡区，该柜体顶部通过连接件与防雨帽固定连接，其下端与泵首泵管固定且扣住水源井井口，所述柜体内上部装有水泵控制装置，其下部装有柜载装置，所述水泵控制装置由控制器、防破坏告警器、后备电源构成；该柜载装置由支护架、泵管、管道阀门、放气阀、流量仪表、压力仪表构成，该支护架内固定有泵管，其外部套装井口防护罩，该泵管上设置有管道阀门、压力仪表、流量仪表、放气阀。 
与现有技术相比，本发明的有益效果是：该保护柜内部装有的支护架，将灌溉用井与保护柜有机的结合在一起，起到保护井源和支撑柜体的作用，通过设置的柜载装置和水泵控制装置，使保护柜实现具有太阳能供电、数据实时监控、信息实时采集，可与气象传感器、土壤墒情检测设备、外部输水量管道的流量监测设备，压力监测设备、管道阀门等相关设备进行对接，从而达到井口保护和抗破坏能力强、测控功能齐全。

下面结合附图和实施例对本发明作进一步说明。
参见附图1，一种精准化灌溉泵首智能控制保护柜，包括：柜体5、柜载装置7、水泵控制装置3，所述柜体5面板至少一面可设置为柜门6，底部设置有通风窗，其中至少一面板上设置有电源开关门、仪表视窗、刷卡区，该柜体5顶部通过连接件与防雨帽2固定连接，其下端与泵首泵管直接固定且扣住水源井17井口，所述柜体5内上部装有水泵控制装置3，其下部装有柜载装置7，所述水泵控制装置3由控制器、防破坏告警器、后备电源构成；该柜载装置7由支护架15、泵管16、管道阀门10、放气阀14、流量仪表12、压力仪表13构成，该支护架15内固定有泵管16，其外部套装井口防护罩11，该泵管16上设置有管道阀门10、压力仪表13、流量仪表12、放气阀14。
作为本发明的一种优选方案，所述水泵控制装置3的电源输入端连接有太阳能电池板1。
作为本发明的一种优选方案，所述水泵控制装置3的采集数据输入端通过数据线与流量仪表12、压力仪表13、墒情监测模块、气象站4、水位传感器等连接。
作为本发明的一种优选方案，所述水泵控制装置3装有接地装置8。
作为本发明的一种优选方案，所述支护架15套接在井口上与泵管16固定连接。
作为本发明的一种优选方案，所述柜门6设置有门锁。
本发明的工作原理简述如下：
首先将保护柜的支护架15套接在灌溉井口上与泵首泵管16固定连接，将支护架15上套装上井口防护罩11，在泵管16的出水端装上管道阀门10，可用管阀控制水的流量，然后在泵管16的中部可分别装上压力仪表13、流量仪表12、放气阀14，从而实时监测和控制水泵的使用状态，将水泵控制装置3安装在柜体内上半部分观察和操作区，可利用太阳能电池板1进行电能转换，与流量仪表12、压力仪表13、墒情监测模块、气象站4、水位传感器进行数据采集。

1.一种精准化灌溉泵首智能控制保护柜，包括：柜体、柜载装置、水泵控制装置、柜用仪表，所述柜体面板至少一面可设置为柜门，底部设置有通风窗，其中至少一块面板上设置有电源开关门、仪表视窗、刷卡区，该柜体顶部通过连接件与防雨帽固定连接，其下端与泵首泵管固定且扣住水源井井口，其特征在于，所述柜体内上部装有水泵控制装置，其下部装有柜载装置，所述水泵控制装置由控制器、防破坏告警器、后备电源构成；该柜载装置由支护架、泵管、管道阀门、放气阀、流量仪表、压力仪表构成，该支护架内固定有泵管，其外部套装井口防护罩，该泵管上设置有管道阀门、压力仪表、流量仪表、放气阀。
2. 根据权利要求1所述的精准化灌溉泵首智能控制保护柜，其特征在于所述水泵控制装置的电源输入端连接有太阳能电池板。
3.根据权利要求1所述的精准化灌溉泵首智能控制保护柜，其特征在于所述水泵控制装置的采集数据输入端通过数据线与流量仪表、压力仪表、墒情监测模块、气象站、水位传感器等连接。
4. 根据权利要求1所述的精准化灌溉泵首智能控制保护柜，其特征在于所述水泵控制装置装有接地装置。
5.根据权利要求1所述的精准化灌溉泵首智能控制保护柜，其特征在于所述支护架套接在井口上与泵首泵管固定连接。
6.根据权利要求1所述的精准化灌溉泵首智能控制保护柜，其特征在于所述柜门设置有门锁。
