技术领域
本发明涉及一种医疗设备，具体地说是自毁式安全环保一次性输液器。
背景技术
一次性输液器是医院常用的医疗器械，主要用于点滴输液，现有技术的输液器的针头是插在一个塑料管中用于无菌处理，在使用过程中存在的不足是保护针头的塑料管拔下丢弃，输液器使用后直接扔入垃圾箱，与病人接触过得输液针直接暴露在外面，废旧在输液器未完成回收处理之前直接对环境造成二次污染，同时具有被人无意接触造成意外伤害的潜在危险，目前还未有好的解决办法。
发明内容
本发明提供一种自毁式安全环保一次性输液器。
本发明的目的是按以下方式实现的，其结构是由针座、输液管和输液针组成，针座下端设置有过滤器，过滤器通过输液管与输液针连接在一起，过滤器的底部两侧分别设置有薄壁盲孔和无菌针套管，输液针插在无菌针套管之中，针座上口设置有防菌盖；
使用和自毁回收方法如下：
为病人输液使用时，将输液针从无菌针套管中拔出，打开防菌盖，按传统方法为病人输液使用；
自毁回收处理：输液器废弃时，使用防菌盖将针座上口封闭，将输液针从过滤器底部的薄壁盲孔处斜向插入过滤器，输液针穿过过滤器向里一直插进针座上部，将输液针的针尖卡在针座之中，完成自毁，最后丢弃回收箱集中收集回收。
本发明的有益效果是：利用输液器的针座和盲管作为针头使用前的无菌防护和使用后有菌针头的封闭防护，输液针在使用前和使用后都能对输液针加以保护，使用前输液针藏于过滤器底部的无菌针套管之中用于防菌防污染，使用后从过滤器底部的薄壁盲孔中插入过滤器和针座之中，对过滤器进行破坏，同时将带菌输液针进行封闭防止二次污染和对人体的意外伤害，由于薄壁盲孔刺破后成为漏孔，所以能够有效防止二次使用，此方案设计新颖构思巧妙，因此具有很好的推广使用价值。

本发明的自毁式安全环保一次性输液器，其结构是由针座2、输液管5和输液针6组成，针座2下端设置有过滤器3，过滤器3通过输液管5与输液针6连接在一起，过滤器3的底部两侧分别设置有薄壁盲孔4和无菌针套管7，输液针6插在无菌针套管7之中，针座2上口设置有防菌盖1。
实施例
本发明的自毁式安全环保一次性输液器使用和自毁回收方法如下：
为病人输液使用时，将输液针从无菌针套管中拔出，打开防菌盖，按传统方法为病人输液使用；
自毁回收处理：输液器废弃时，使用防菌盖将针座上口封闭，将输液针从过滤器底部的薄壁盲孔处斜向插入过滤器，输液针穿过过滤器向里一直插进针座上部，将输液针的针尖卡在针座之中，完成自毁，最后丢弃回收箱集中收集回收。
输液器的制作工艺与传统输液器制作工艺相同。

1.自毁式安全环保一次性输液器，其特征在于，包括针座、输液管和输液针，针座下端设置有过滤器，过滤器通过输液管与输液针连接在一起，过滤器的底部两侧分别设置有薄壁盲孔和无菌针套管，输液针插在无菌针套管之中，针座上口设置有防菌盖；
使用和自毁回收方法如下：
