Background:
in conventional products, there is a type of hook, horn or cone shaped, having a circumferentially shaped male arm, a circumferentially shaped corner, a circumferentially shaped base arm, which is connected to the base by means of an externally threaded fastener. The connected base body is a lath-shaped base body, a plurality of hole-type installation positions are arranged on the lath-shaped base body, and a plurality of hook handles are assembled with the hole-type installation positions and are often used as row hooks for clothes hanging; it is also possible for such hook handle units to be fitted to furniture panels, such as drawer handles, which are often referred to as handles or grips.
If the two types of hook handles are used commonly, the length (height) of the hook handle is set to be a problem when the hook handle is used for two purposes, and the length of the hook handle is difficult to be set. For example, the handle on the drawer cannot be set too high, and is generally set to be about 3 to 5 centimeters (distance from the base body to the outer vertex of the handle), otherwise, the handle is too high, which is inconvenient to get in the way; when the clothes hook is used for hanging clothes, the length of the clothes hook cannot be set too low, and is generally set to be about 8-10 cm, otherwise, only small objects or light and thin clothes can be hung
Other items of clothing that are actually in life, such as clothes hooks, drawer handles, furniture handles, handles on windows, wall hooks (for example for picture frames), towel hooks, bathroom hooks, household hooks for other purposes, etc., are a number of different products, guided by the aforementioned problems. The products have single functions, are independent and can not be used commonly, when one product is abandoned or updated, the product can not be used for other purposes, the design of the products usually focuses on appearance design, so the service life of the product is short, and in order to meet social requirements, producers continuously manufacture new products, which wastes raw materials, wastes energy, pollutes the environment and is not environment-friendly enough.
The aforementioned products belong to the same business category as the manufacturers and retailers of hardware. Countless and various product varieties need to be classified, and a series of links are required: design, production, packaging, inventory, transportation, classification, counter shelf placement, product numbering, management, advertising, and sale. This greatly loses one's energy and valuable time. At the time of sale, a situation is often faced: a large number of types and styles of products need to be placed on a small and expensive counter shelf, and different products need to be classified and occupy a large area. House decoration often needs unified style and decoration accessories, and if the products of the same series, different types and multiple brands are placed, the management is complicated and difficult to be clear at a glance.
As consumers, it is necessary to use the purchased hardware products for reuse, because the hardware products are continuously updated and updated to save money.
The small hardware product has wide freedom degree in appearance design, and almost no certain rule and almost no limitation are provided for the appearance design as long as basic requirements are met. With the social development, how to use the modularized design concept simplifies a series of links such as design, production, transportation, management, sale, purchase and use, prolongs the use period of the articles, expands the use of the articles, and is the social responsibility and the subject faced by designers.
