further, the user equipment learns that the reporting trigger condition is intra-frequency detection set cell triggering according to a trigger condition cell carried in the notification message, and the set intra-frequency detection set cell trigger event is a 1a event, the user equipment compares the measurement result with an event threshold, and reports the measurement result to the network side when the measurement result exceeds the threshold, where the measurement result may be an event result or an event result and a measured physical quantity value.

Claims (10)
1. A method for managing information of adjacent regions with same frequency is characterized in that the method comprises the following steps:
when the network side determines that the physical layer information of the intra-frequency cell to be added into the intra-frequency neighbor cell list does not correspond to the high layer information, the network side informs the user equipment to report the high layer information of the intra-frequency cell;
after receiving the notification, the user equipment analyzes the system message of the specified intra-frequency cell according to the physical layer information of the intra-frequency cell carried in the notification message to obtain high-level information, and reports the high-level information of the intra-frequency cell to a network side;
and after obtaining the high-level information of the intra-frequency cell, the network side adds the intra-frequency cell into an intra-frequency neighbor cell list.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein before the network side determines that the physical layer information of the intra-frequency cell to be added to the intra-frequency neighbor list does not correspond to the higher layer information, the method further comprises:
a network side sends a notification message to user equipment, and the notification message carries an indication for notifying the user equipment to measure and report intra-frequency cells outside an intra-frequency neighbor cell list; and the user equipment measures according to the intra-frequency cell outside the intra-frequency neighbor cell list indicated in the notification message, and reports the physical layer information and the measurement result of the intra-frequency cell.
3. The method of claim 2, wherein the notification message further carries a report trigger condition cell and/or a cell number indication cell.
4. The method according to any one of claims 1 to 3, wherein the notifying the UE to report the high-level information of the intra-frequency cell specifically comprises:
and the network side sends a notification message to the user equipment, and adds a field or multiplexes a field to place the physical layer information of the intra-frequency cell in the notification message.
5. The method of claim 4, wherein the notification message for notifying the UE to report the higher layer information of the intra-frequency cell further carries an information element indicating to report the higher layer information of the cell.
6. A system for managing information of adjacent regions with same frequency is characterized in that the system comprises: a network side and user equipment; wherein,
the network side is used for informing the user equipment to report the high-level information of the intra-frequency cell when the physical-level information of the intra-frequency cell to be added to the intra-frequency neighbor cell list is determined not to have corresponding high-level information; after obtaining the high-level information of the intra-frequency cell, adding the intra-frequency cell into an intra-frequency adjacent cell list;
and the user equipment is used for analyzing the system message of the intra-frequency cell according to the physical layer information of the specified intra-frequency cell carried in the notification message to obtain the high-layer information after receiving the notification of reporting the high-layer information of the intra-frequency cell, and reporting the high-layer information of the intra-frequency cell to a network side.
7. The system of claim 6, wherein the network side comprises: the device comprises a determining module, a request reporting module and a joining module; wherein,
a determining module, configured to notify the request reporting module when it is determined that the physical layer information of the intra-frequency cell to be added to the intra-frequency neighboring cell list does not correspond to the high layer information;
a request reporting module for notifying the user equipment to report the high-level information of the intra-frequency cell;
a adding module, configured to add the intra-frequency cell to an intra-frequency neighboring cell list after obtaining high-level information of the intra-frequency cell;
the user equipment includes: an acquisition module and a reporting module; wherein,
an obtaining module, configured to, after receiving a notification of reporting high-level information of the intra-frequency cell, analyze a system message of the intra-frequency cell to obtain the high-level information;
and the reporting module is used for reporting the high-level information of the cell to a network side.
8. The system of claim 7, wherein the request reporting module is further configured to send a notification message to a user equipment, where the notification message carries an indication that notifies the user equipment to perform measurement reporting on an intra-frequency cell outside an intra-frequency neighbor cell list;
correspondingly, after receiving the notification message, the acquisition module measures the intra-frequency cells except the intra-frequency neighbor cell list indicated in the notification message, and notifies the reporting module of the physical layer information and the measurement result of the cells;
correspondingly, the reporting module reports the physical layer information and the measurement result of the intra-frequency cell.

The system according to claim 7, wherein the request reporting module is further configured to carry a trigger condition cell in the notification message, set a reporting trigger condition as one or more of intra-frequency detection set cell trigger, intra-frequency monitoring set cell trigger, and intra-frequency virtual active set cell trigger, and set a trigger event and/or a periodic trigger event of the set cell;
correspondingly, the acquisition module acquires the physical layer information and the measurement result of the intra-frequency cell outside the intra-frequency neighboring cell list meeting the triggering event according to the triggering condition cell carried in the notification message.
10. The system according to claim 7, wherein the request reporting module notifies the ue to report the high-level information of the cell, specifically: and the request reporting module sends a notification message to the user equipment, wherein the notification message carries the physical layer information of the cell in the specified frequency.
