D) 1%-50% is selected from the acid of sulfonic acid, di-carboxylic acid, monocarboxylic acid, aminocarboxylic acid and their mixture;
E) randomly, filler, siccative, solid-state processing aid, tinting material, water-swellable polymkeric substance, wherein said water-swellable polymkeric substance are selected from crosslinked polycarboxylate, crosslinked polysulfonate, crosslinked carboxymethyl cellulose, Mierocrystalline cellulose, Xylo-Mucine and their mixture; With
F) wherein said first part does not contain clorox, Lithium oxychloride, potassium hypochlorite, glycolylurea, isocyanuric acid ester, the carboxylic acid with one or more hydroxyl structures part has aliphatic series or aromatic amine and their mixture with the proton of N structure part covalency keyed jointing; With

E) randomly, water-swellable polymkeric substance, wherein said water-swellable polymkeric substance are selected from crosslinked polycarboxylate, crosslinked polysulfonate, crosslinked carboxymethyl cellulose, Mierocrystalline cellulose, Xylo-Mucine and their mixture;
F) randomly, dyestuff, filler, siccative, solid-state processing aid, spices, sanitas, tinting material, anticorrosion inhibitor and their mixture; With
G) wherein said second section does not contain any oxygenant, and wherein said oxygenant comprises hypochlorite, N-halogen compound, peracid, superoxide, peroxygen bleach and their mixture.
14. the composition of claim 13, wherein said water-soluble polymers are that the acid in polycarboxylate and described first and second parts is di-carboxylic acid.
15. the composition of claim 14, wherein said hypochlorite are that Losantin and described tensio-active agent are anion surfactants.
