Background
With the continuous development of wireless communication technology, indoor coverage has become a central importance for the construction of 3G networks. For the indoor coverage of the 3G network, the 3G network can not only play the maximum role to create higher value for operators, but also greatly save the network establishment cost of the operators. At present, to meet the indoor coverage requirement of 3G network, HNB (Home NodeB ) has come to work, and it can function as a small Home base station. Therefore, indoor coverage with a family as a unit can be realized through the HNB placed in the home, indoor broadband application of the wireless terminal based on the 3G network is facilitated, and fusion of a fixed network and a mobile network is promoted.
In order to facilitate development of related services, implement a flexible charging policy, and protect broadband resources of UE (User Equipment) registered under an HNB from being illegally occupied, an operator needs to control the UE to be accessed to a certain HNB. Specifically, when an operator opens an account for HNB service, the operator needs to register UEs that are allowed to use the HNB service, and write IMSI (International Mobile Subscriber Identity) of the UEs into an ACL (Access Control List) of the HNB, and during operation of the HNB, the HNB only allows UEs registered in the HNB to camp on and perform services on the HNB, and rejects UEs that are not registered in the HNB to camp on and perform services on the HNB.
In the prior art, in a method for controlling a UE to be accessed to a certain HNB: after the UE initiates a camping request to an unregistered HNB and is rejected, the UE lists an LAC (Location Area code) of a cell where the HNB is located in a blacklist, and then does not attempt to access the cell corresponding to the LAC if the LAC is encountered again; in the implementation process of the method, if the HNB registered by the UE and the other HNBs are in the same cell, the UE will be configured to the same LAC, and once the UE fails to camp on the other HNBs, the UE cannot camp on the HNB registered by the UE any more.

Detailed Description
In embodiments of the present invention, the UE is intended to reside on a HNB that is in a location area that includes the HNB and other HNBs.
Fig. 1 is a flowchart of a method for controlling access of a ue according to the present invention. As shown in fig. 1, the method for controlling access of user equipment in this embodiment includes:
step 101, the HNB obtains the IMSI of the UE to be camped on the HNB;
firstly, establishing RRC (Radio Resource Control, Radio Resource management) connection between UE and HNB, on the basis of the RRC connection, the UE sends a residing request message to the HNB, and the HNB receives the residing request message sent by the UE and acquires IMSI (international mobile subscriber identity) for identifying the UE from the residing request message; specifically, the HNB determines whether the IMSI includes the IMSI by analyzing the camping request message, and if it is known that the camping request message does not include the IMSI, the HNB needs to send an IMSI request message to the UE, and the UE returns the IMSI to the HNB after receiving the IMSI request message.
Step 102, judging whether the IMSI exists in an ACL of the HNB, if not, generating an IMSI inquiry message and sending the IMSI inquiry message to the HNB-AG;
the HNB judges whether the IMSI for identifying the UE is in an ACL included in the HNB, if so, the UE is registered in the HNB, and the HNB allows the UE to reside and perform service on the UE; if not, the UE is not registered in the HNB, and the HNB needs to generate an IMSI query message and send the IMSI query message to the HNB-AG to query whether the IMSI of the UE exists in ACLs of other HNBs in a location area where the HNB is located, wherein each HNB in the location area corresponds to one ACL, and the ACL comprises the IMSI of the UE registered to the corresponding HNB.
Step 103, receiving a query result message returned by the HNB-AG;
HNB-AG receives IMSI inquiry information sent by HNB; according to the IMSI inquiry message, generating an inquiry result message and sending the inquiry result message by searching whether the IMSI contained in the IMSI inquiry message exists in ACLs of other HNBs contained in the location area where the HNB is located; and the HNB receives the inquiry result message returned by the HNB-AG.
And step 104, if the IMSI is known to exist in ACLs of other HNBs included in the location area of the HNB by analyzing the query result message, rejecting the UE to reside on the HNB, and redirecting the UE to the macro network.
The HNB analyzes the inquiry result message, if the IMSI which marks the UE exists in ACL of other HNB which is included in a position area of the HNB, the HNB sends a residence refusing message to the UE so as to refuse the UE to reside on the HNB, the UE receives the residence refusing message sent by the HNB and sends a user using smart card type message to the HNB, then the HNB judges whether a macro network is available, if so, the HNB identifies a smart card used by the UE by analyzing the user using the smart card type message, if the smart card used by the UE is SIM (Subscriber Identity Module), the UE is redirected to the macro network, and if the smart card used by the UE is USIM (Universal Subscriber Identity Module), a leisure mode message is sent to the UE so that the UE tries to reside on the HNB within a preset time period; further, if the HNB knows that the IMSI identifying the UE does not exist in the ACL of the other HNBs included in the location area where the HNB is located, the HNB directly sends an NAS (Non-Access Stratum) reject message to the UE, notifies the UE that the request for camping on the HNB fails, rejects the attempt for camping on the other HNBs included in the location area where the identifier is LAC, and releases the RRC connection established between the previous HNB and the HNB-AG.
The method for controlling access of user equipment in this embodiment provides a way for controlling access of user equipment, and generates an IMSI query message and sends the IMSI query message to an HNB-AG by determining that an IMSI identifying UE does not exist in an ACL of an HNB, and rejects the UE from residing on the HNB and redirects the UE to a macro network if the IMSI exists in the ACL of other HNBs included in a location area where the HNB is located by analyzing the query result message; the technical problem that the UE cannot be resided on the UE registered HNB allocated to the same LAC as the HNB after being refused to reside by the HNB in the prior art is solved, so that the UE can still reside on the UE registered HNB allocated to the same LAC as the HNB after being refused to reside by the HNB.

step 201, establishing RRC connection between UE and HNB;
step 202, on the basis of the RRC connection, the UE sends a resident request message to the HNB;
step 203, the HNB receives the camping request message sent by the UE, and acquires the IMSI identifying the UE from the camping request message; specifically, the HNB determines whether the resident request message includes the IMSI by analyzing the resident request message, if it is known that the resident request message does not include the IMSI, the HNB needs to send an IMSI request message to the UE, the UE returns the IMSI to the HNB after receiving the IMSI request message, and if it is known that the resident request message includes the IMSI, the HNB directly extracts the resident request message for standby;
step 204, the HNB judges whether the IMSI for identifying the UE exists in the ACL of the HNB;
step 205, if the HNB determines that the IMSI identifying the UE exists in the ACL of the HNB, it indicates that the UE is already registered in the HNB, the HNB allows the UE to reside on the HNB and perform related services, and after the related services are executed, the RRC connection is released between the UE and the HNB;
step 206, if the HNB determines that the IMSI identifying the UE does not exist in the ACL of the HNB, it indicates that the UE is not registered in the HNB, and the HNB generates an IMSI query message and sends the IMSI query message to the HNB-AG to query whether the IMSI of the UE exists in the ACL of other HNBs in the location area where the HNB is located, where each HNB in the location area corresponds to an ACL, and the ACL includes the IMSI of each UE registered on the HNB corresponding to the ACL.
Step 207, HNB-AG receives IMSI query message sent by HNB; according to the IMSI inquiry message, generating an inquiry result message and sending the inquiry result message to the HNB by searching whether the IMSI contained in the IMSI inquiry message exists in ACLs of other HNBs contained in the location area of the HNB;
step 208, the HNB receives the query result message returned by the HNB-AG, and obtains whether the IMSI exists in the ACL of other HNBs included in the location area where the HNB is located by analyzing the query result message;
step 209, if the HNB knows that the IMSI does not exist in the ACL of another HNB included in the location area where the HNB is located, the HNB directly sends an NAS (Non-access stratum) reject message to the UE, notifies the UE that the request for camping on the HNB fails, rejects the attempt for camping on another HNB included in the location area identified as the LAC, and releases the RRC connection established between the HNB and the HNB-AG previously;
step 210, if the HNB knows that the IMSI exists in the ACL of other HNBs included in the location area where the HNB is located, the HNB sends a message of denying camping to the UE;
step 211, the UE receives the camping rejection message sent by the HNB, and sends a smart card type message used by the user to the HNB;
step 212, the HNB determines whether the macro network is available;
step 213, if the HNB determines that the macro network is not available, the HNB directly sends an NAS (Non-Access Stratum) reject message to the UE, notifies the UE of the failure of the request for camping on the HNB, rejects the attempt for camping on another HNB included in the location area identified by the LAC, and releases the RRC connection established between the HNB and the HNB-AG;
step 214, if the HNB judges that the macro network is available, the HNB identifies the smart card used by the UE by analyzing the smart card type information used by the user;
step 215, if the HNB identifies that the smart card used by the UE is the SIM, the HNB redirects the user equipment to the macro network and releases the RRC connection established between the HNB and the HNB-AG previously;
step 216, if the HNB recognizes that the smart card used by the UE is a USIM, sending a leisure mode message to the UE, so that the UE does not try to reside in the HNB within a preset time period;
step 217, the UE receives the leisure mode message and does not attempt to camp on the HNB within a preset time period;
step 218, the previously established RRC connection is released between the HNB and the HNB-AG.
