背景技术
现有风能领域用的电力电缆按照GB/T12706-2008标准生产,外护层材料耐腐性差,抗拉强度不够,电缆不柔软。
发明内容
本发明的目的是:提供一种耐腐蚀、抗拉强度高、柔软的风能领域用的电缆。
本发明的目的是这样实现的:一种风能用耐腐蚀低压电力电缆,包括两根缆芯,各缆芯包括一根钢芯,钢芯外设置七根导体,七根导体整体的外侧设置无卤阻燃交联聚烯烃共作物绝缘层,所述两根缆芯整体的外侧设置高强度聚丙稀填充层,高强度聚丙稀填充层外侧绕包阻水带绕包层,阻水带绕包层外侧编织细钢丝编织层,细钢丝编织层外设置聚氨脂护套。
作为本发明的一种改进,所述导体为镀锡铜丝束绞合,并加有高碳细钢丝。
本发明采用了钢芯和钢丝编织层加大抗拉强度;外护层采用聚氨酯材料防止海水的腐蚀和海洋生物的破坏;同时具有柔软的效果。

1.一种风能用耐腐蚀低压电力电缆,其特征在于:包括两根缆芯,各缆芯包括一根钢芯,钢芯外设置七根导体,七根导体整体的外侧设置无卤阻燃交联聚烯烃共作物绝缘层,所述两根缆芯整体的外侧设置高强度聚丙稀填充层,高强度聚丙稀填充层外侧绕包阻水带绕包层,阻水带绕包层外侧编织细钢丝编织层,细钢丝编织层外设置聚氨脂护套。
