Abstract

一种可用手拧开也可借助辅助工具启开的外层可拧式双层冠形瓶盖。它是设置成内外层均为冠形的结构,外层裙部的波浪形与内层裙部的波浪形相位相差90°而形成凸凸相顶,且外层裙部末端设有倒钩以防止外层脱离内层,该瓶盖在压盖后外层裙部产生塑性变形从而箍紧内层使内层箍紧瓶口来实现密封和防脱,但是当用手将外层拧转半个齿位的角度后两波浪形相位相同从而出现空隙,内层便在自身弹力的作用下张开,使内外层可一同拔出,而用辅助工具也可启开瓶盖,其开启方法与现有冠形瓶盖相同,开启时外层和内层作为整体被启出。本发明的压盖工艺与现有工艺相似,对压盖工序改动很小。

本发明涉及一种瓶盖,尤其是冠形瓶口所用瓶盖。
背景技术
目前,公知的冠形瓶口所用瓶盖按《GB/T 13521冠形瓶盖》制造,该瓶盖金属部分为单层结构,在压盖后裙部波浪形产生塑性变形,从而箍紧瓶口来实现密封和防止瓶盖脱出瓶口,但同时也使得用手极难打开,需借助辅助工具才能打开。
发明内容
为了克服现有的冠形瓶盖用手难打开的不足,本发明提供一种外层可拧式双层冠形瓶盖,该瓶盖用手可拧开,也可用辅助工具打开。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:设置成内外层同心冠形结构,外层裙部的波浪形与内层的波浪形相位相差90°而形成凸凸相顶,波浪形的齿数可采用现有冠形瓶盖的21齿数;该瓶盖在压盖后外层裙部产生塑性变形从而箍紧内层使内层箍紧瓶口来实现密封和防脱,但是当用手将外层拧转半个齿位的角度后两波浪形相位相同而出现空隙,内层便在自身弹力的作用下张大使内径大于瓶口,内外层便可一同拔出,而不用手拧用辅助工具也可直接启开瓶盖,其开启方法与现有冠形瓶盖相同,开启时外层和内层作为整体被启出。
本发明的有益效果是,可不用辅助工具而是用手也可开启瓶盖,且压盖工艺与现有工艺相似,对压盖工序改动很小。

具体实施方式
在图1所示的实施例中,外层(1)裙部波浪形与内层(2)裙部波浪形相位相差90°而形成凸凸相顶且均为21齿,另外外层(1)裙部波浪形凹处设有倒钩(3)以防止外层(1)脱离内层(2),此时内层(2)裙部内径大于瓶口,在图4中,当进行压盖后外层(1)裙部受外力产生塑性变形从而箍紧内层(2)使内层(2)箍紧瓶口来实现密封和防脱,但是当用手将外层(1)拧转半个齿位的角度后两波浪形相位相同而出现空隙,内层(2)便在自身弹力的作用下张开,使内层(2)外层(1)可一同拔出,而用辅助工具也可启开瓶盖,其开启方法与现有冠形瓶盖相同,开启时外层(1)和内层(2)作为整体被启出。

1.一种外层可拧式双层冠形瓶盖,内层为冠形,其特征是:设有一冠形外层,其裙部波浪形与内层裙部波浪形相位相差90°而形成凸凸相顶。
2.根据权利要求1所述的外层可拧式双层冠形瓶盖,其特征是:外层裙部末端设有倒钩。
3.根据权利要求1所述的外层可拧式双层冠形瓶盖,其特征是:内层裙部波浪形齿数为21齿。
4.根据权利要求1所述的外层可拧式双层冠形瓶盖,其特征是:外层裙部波浪形齿数为21齿。
5.根据权利要求1所述的外层可拧式双层冠形瓶盖,其特征是:内层用弹簧钢制成。
6.根据权利要求1所述的外层可拧式双层冠形瓶盖,其特征是:外层用金属材料制成。
7.根据权利要求1所述的外层可拧式双层冠形瓶盖,其特征是:外层用工程塑料制成。
